Very nice hotel, very comfortable, very attentive all the guys at reception. The breakfasts are amazing. The only thing we could not enjoy at all because husband got sick, we stayed a week but we could enjoy very little.

This place is amazing they offer a free hotspot for internet that you can use anywhere while staying here but rooms are not for you if you can’t take stairs.

Most beautiful view, Morning walk will Be nice there, we have a good stay and nice time there, short time to spend in city, I would live to spend more time lay on the greenery and enjoy the sun and beautiful peoples.

This year it was particularly difficult to get a table on the terrace. When I called in May I got the table for 29.7. We come again and again on Sunday for brunch, mainly because of the beautiful terrace overlooking Vienna. Also in the afternoon we like to come for coffee because of this ambience. Yesterday the starter buffet was excellent again, soups good, desserts pleasing only the choice of main dishes so not at all to our taste. But it is difficult to please all guests. The service has fit (clearing etc. ) only with coffee I was annoyed then. Instead of the two little browns we get two black coffee. The milk is then added.
There are two extended ones on the invoice. In principle, I don't care because I'm tipping anyway. Nevertheless, I complain, name the rounded amount sign the credit card receipt and receive an invoice that is again not correct. I left them at the table — I resigned.
For the terrace I would award the "excellent".

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The price was lower than the average in Vienna at the time we were there. Many parkings available (for free), and we could see the whole city from our room on 3rd floor. The only negative point for me was that the floor is all carpet.

After Noisy City hotels here is just paradise. If you are travelling by car, recommend to stay at this lovely place. The Castle is located on the mountain, so in the morning with breakfast on the terrace you will enjoy the view of Vienna. Parking near the hotel for both cars and buses is free.

Restaurant review: well prepared and delicious food. Friendly staff. Unfortunately there was a wedding going on which seemed to increase the waiting times a bit but great experience nonetheless.

It was the fifth time I have stayed there. The setting is beautiful. It is in Vienna but not in the busy city center-an oasis near the woods. The breakfast is always delicious. Benjamin at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. This is the only place I stay when I go to Vienna and hope to return asap.

Visited the restaurant the other day. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly! Atmosphere was relaxing and not as posh as I initially assumed. The food was quite good. I enjoyed a soup up front, naturally, followed by a Schnitzel. It wasn't the best I've had but definitely among the top 10. Would likely come here again if the opportunity arises.

If you want to see the real Vienna, you need to stay here. This is certainly not the best hotel on the comfort, but everything around, and the fact that you live in a former palace, just locks your breath. Fresh air, Viennese forest, friendly staff, and a divine view from the window and terrace of the restaurant! Just a fairy tale.
The cons. There is no air conditioning in the room. Summer will be hot.

I was very pleased with pretty much everything, except for the loud clatter that came from seemingly any ventilation on the outside and us in the middle of the night. Food was good, Service was excellent, ambience was very nice, even in the garden, the views of the city is really great, also the Breakfast platform.

A trip with a huge relaxation value! The Breakfast was great, the Hotel wonderful and the Sunday brunch, we will definitely be back soon! You don't need to live in the centre of Vienna, to Vienna, and enjoy! Great view, so much Green and great transport links into the City!

From my popular places in Vienna as well as the senior staff good colleagues of mine I can only say convince yourself. As a wedding location highly recommended.

My wife and I were in October 2016 for a week guest at the Schloss Wilhelminenberg. We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The 2-storey superior rooms were also decorated in a very stylish style. Although the hotel was well attended at the time, you didn't hear anything from the other rooms. Living area, bathroom and cupboards were in the lower part of the room. To get to bed you had to walk up a 3 metre high staircase. Believe me, that had something! Especially since the 7 metre high rooms were very impressive.
The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We responded to individual requests immediately. Also, as well as nice excursion tips have got.
Another highlight of the hotel is the large terrace with its amazing view: Since the hotel is about 8 km from the city centre and about 400m above Vienna, the view of the city was really great. Every evening we enjoyed the view of Schönbrunn Palace and the Viennese city with a Ottakringer beer and a nightcap.
Speaking of enjoying: The buffet breakfast and the dinner a la carte were also very lush and very good.
Even if the Castle Hotel is located a few kilometres outside of Vienna, you arrive by bus (stop is directly at the hotel) and subway in 20-25 minutes to the city. A reasonable amount of time.

Too warm there, nice food and coffee. Brilliant views. A bit too far away from cornor shop.

As the father of four children, the Ungustiöse, inhumane prehistory is sheer horror. 2018 purely externally and objectively one of the imperial residences with built-in outbuildings which now serves as a youth hostel with the probably most beautiful view over Vienna and depending on the daily condition, one can spend hours in addition to the animal station (Dammwild ect) Vienna Forest Hiking * * or just take the bus, down to "the city". Fantastic view from the Castle Hotel I prefer to go 100 meters next door in the former imperial farm "Villa Aurora" — but you can try both and form an opinion yourself.

I think that this Christian Kindel market is the most beautiful in all of Vienna. The crowd is not so high and the view is wonderful.

The palace is situated on one of the hills within the western boarder of Vienna surrounded by the forest Wienerwald with a beautiful panoramic view over Vienna. A very dignified hotel with good service, if you want to rest and be far from the turbulence of the city center.

It looks better on the internet than in does in the reality trust me. It's still a very nice hotel though, great view and location.

I was very happy with just about everything, except the last rattling that apparently came from some ventilation outside and kept us awake in the middle of the night. Food was good, service was excellent, ambiance was very nice, even in the garden, the view of the city is really great, even from the breakfast platform.

Delicious and very extensive Sunday brunch, the choice is very large and the food tastes really good. The service staff was a bit forgetful but always eager and friendly. For this fantastic view you are paid a bit more reservation recommended!

Good hotel with big rooms, Wi-Fi is acceptable, breakfast is good. The restaurant has a terrace with a great view. It does not offer toothpaste and toothbrush. The only drawback is that it is far from the downtown and the combination with public transport for going there or to the airport is very bad.

Simply perfect! Varied breakfast, delicious dinner, wonderful view over Vienna, not in the city but easy to reach, very kind personnel, elegant environment, eco friendly… we’ll be back and we’ll suggest it!

Stunning place in perfect distance from the city centre. Dog friendly and very cool place. The rooms are big and beautiful. Definitely worth a stay if your planning to stay in Wienna.

An okay place to stay. We stayed on the second floor, room with a small window and no air conditioning. The carpet was stained in few places but otherwise the place was clean. The breakfast choice was good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel with buses running regularly to the nearest underground station taking you straight to the center of Vienna.

Right place to spend a weekend.

Was in the Hotel on one training. The food was absolutely below ground. In one day 3 of the course participants had gastro-intestinal flu (all of which had eaten a salad) Otherwise, what is overcooked, the baked chicken press, meat and all the side dishes. Never again. The room at first glance clean, but the blood on the ceiling and dust on the shelves. The Sofa in the room has the quality of bulky waste. A lady at the registration complained (rightly so) because the bedroom has in-Suite, no window, and she spent a fortune for a wedding trip… So all in all Never Again. The view is great, the beer you can Drink, the Café comes from the machines!

There isn. T coffee port, room shoes, bathrobes. And elevator is very old, slow, and makes horrible sound but It makes you can feel exotic old feeling. Actually it isn't that bad. :) It is fine place to stay in Austria. Easy to get to city by bus, there's nice breakfast with nice view.

Very lovely hotel. Pro tip if you want to use Wi-Fi: ask for a room close to a router, because thick walls stop the signal.
