The bath tubs are so tall and narrow with no coating I could not hoist myself out this morning. We had to call for help at the front desk and while we were waiting I was able to hoist myself to the side of the tub. Horrible experience.

Everything, really. Beautiful rooms, great staff, hospitable, good gastronomy…

The badest experience I had in my life for sure. I’ve never seen a customer service as worst as this one. Sandra was disrespectful and annoying, will never go there again even if we give me money!

The bar/restaurant service was very bad I waited for 20 minutes while the two staff walk around not seeming to do anything and when you tried to get there attention they ignored you and others. This isn’t what you expect from a Marriott hotel.

To be honest I though that my stay here would be just an average and decent experience.
However, the staff made it absolutely as 5* superior level, especially the Front Office. They were super kind, helpful, accommodating, kind and proactive.
Big compliments to Restaurant Manager who managed to resolve the only issue which I had due to the rush hour at the lobby restaurant. He showed that even though the service issues can sometimes happen due to several factors which one can… hardly influence, the right gesture can rectify it all.
Rooms very fresh, well equipped and clean.
Gym accessible 24hours and with decent equipment — compliments also to the cleaning lady who makes sure there are always clean towels and bottled water.
Most of all, congrats to the General Manger for having such a 5* level staff! Warmly recommend and will come back.

Very pleasant and clean room, on newly built building, well furnished and complete with every comfort; kind and helpful staff. Good value, despite the not-negligious cost of paid parking. The only small "sin": for the most sensitive people there is to record a certain noise caused by traffic coming from the road side.

Just simple perfection! Staff is amazing, super clean, in front of metro station where you can go anywhere, Airport shuttle is only 36€ or you can take the metro to the central station then take the train to the airport, it will only cost 14.5€ per person. Neighborhood is cozy and alot of cafes and restaurants which little bit pricey! Hotel Rate is little high but not compares to its style and quality. I recommend it.

Great place to stay, hotel staff very friendly, easy access to all public transportation that includes trolley, subway and bus lines. No need for a car. Wonderful city to visit with lots of history. Restaurant was great for breakfast with eggs to order, if you can find the cook. No transportation provided to/from the airport. Nice rooms.

So glad we stayed here while visiting Vienna! The hotel has been completely redone a few years ago and is gorgeous from top to bottom. It looked like it was a little far from the immediate center of Vienna but the metro is across the street and we were walking the center streets in less than 15 minutes kith mornings. Three of the most important things for a hotel for me is: comfortable bed, AIr conditioning and ability to darken the room, this hotel was a perfect 10 on all three. Eva at the front desk along with the rest of the staff were wonderful and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was very service oriented and friendly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Vienna again.

This place has been a horrible nightmare. Went to work out in the fitness center only to be barraged by naked old men who were apparently using a sauna next to the center. I vomited from the shock. Marriott, please warn me next time. When I went to the front desk to address the issue, I was verbally attacked by a very fat white bald man who told me that was the Austrian culture and if I did not like it I should leave. I was also accused of praying to God? where did this come in? A night manager worked it out so hopefully I can work out at a nearby Marriott. Would never stay here again and will seriously reconsider staying at any Marriott in Europe. Just not up to par.

Not a bad hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Stylish interior, nice design. Big, clean rooms. The staff go above and beyond for a good guest experience. A wide range of breakfasts.

We were very happy with this hotel. Good staff made two dining suggestions that were spot on. Quiet room, especially considering that we were on the ground floor next to the street and rail line. Hotel seems to be a little out in the burbs but with the U4 subway line right across the street getting around was a snap. Only one stop from the palace which is not to be missed.

Upgraded room, not upgraded. Left used glassware in room. Restaurant help needs to be more helpful. Austrian attitude is a turn off, multinational location and guests.

Location is good. Well connected to public transport. Room size is small compared to standard Marriott chain of hotels.

I liked this hotel for a classy cozy feel and nice room amenities. It was outside the city centre but Vienna public transportation makes it easy to get around and alternatively, it was close to the palace. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and the gym and wellness centre was top notch!

Very good hotel! 1. Rooms are not big but the equipment is new, the decoration has a sense of design, beds and pillows are very good to sleep!
There are windows in the room, good lighting, is a beautiful night!

The hotel is modern and centrally located. It is very clean. Only the breakfast was too expensive at 25, — Euro per person.

The hotel is a dream, very clean, the Himmer are very modern, the staff competent and friendly! The location is relatively central 20 minutes to the castle Schönnbrunn and 30 minutes walk to the Mariahilferstraße! Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is to be praised, a large selection of delicacies!

The room was very nice and comfy. The bathroom looks very good and in the shower is place for 2 person. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And it's not far to go to Schloss Schönbrunn. Or you can take the train for one stop. We walked around 15-20 very slowly to there.

I absolutely love this hotel. It's decorated In A trendy, modern theme but with references to renaissance era in fun ways. Rooms are standard size and are really clean. I absolutely love the bathrooms at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing. There's so much variety that caters to everyone's different taste. It's impossible not to find anything to eat.

My stay so far has been very good. The breakfast is excellent, staff have been friendly and helpful, and the location is right across the street from the Meidling Hauptstrasse metro station so getting around the city is very easy. On top of that the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A bit outside the center of the city, but has easy access to the subway. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are a bit on the small size, but there is ample storage. Gold and platinum elite members get the option of bonus points or full continental breakfast, which offers pretty much everything you could ask for in a breakfast. The room cleaning was a bit spotty. Some dirty dishes were left in the room, not all towels were replaced. Rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet. Perfect for the jet lagged traveler!

I truly recommend this hotel to people planning their trip to Vienna for below reasons:
1) center of city and good location
2) excellent room interior
3) value for money
4) good ambience … But below things are not so excellent:
1) size of room bit congested but excellent interior compensates
2) elevators all 3 at one place so area gets congested if too many people come at one time
3) breakfast was good but, I being Indian, didn't find it much suitable compared to other european hotels where I stayed. Overall it is a value for money.
Over all the city is beautiful and so are its people. Helpful and nice.

Quiet, close to the Metro U4 which takes us to the heart of Vienna in 5 stations. A 7-minute walk from the palace of Sisi and its gardens. The hotel staff is at the top. The room is very nice, very clean, very functional, superb shower room and bedding. We also eat very well. Ideal for decompressing. The fitness room and the sauna allow us to face a new day with energy and enthusiasm. You plan to go to Vienna PR for work or vacation, I recommend you go down to the Renaissance hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were nice, but dinner was lacking in flavor and variety. A pool would have been a huge plus but the top floor sauna was also a big treat.

Elegant hotel, the rooms are small but very comfortable. The hotel is located outside the ring, but a few meters there is the possibility to take the subway.

The Hotel with the best value for money in Vienna! Also, the Bar and the food is good! The bartender Anatol is a soul of a man … Very nice and tries to make everything possible … He has, for example, demand for in the kitchen if we can get from the menu is a club sandwich, which was excellent, by the way, as was the whole meal… Because of that alone, this Hotel deserves a star extra from me!

Location just accross metro station and close to many decent restaurants. Friendly staff and welll designed modern rooms. Excellent value for money compared to what you'd get in central Vienna. Only downside is that breakfast options remained almost identical for my 5 day stay.

Very friendly staff in a beautiful, renovated Hotel. A smartly decorated Bar, which is also used for the Breakfast. Spacious entrance area with PC workstations and sufficient power outlets for the Gadgets. The rooms are consistent with Wallpaper decorated with the great wall. The U — Bahn is directly in front of the door, and a walk to the Schönbrunn Palace is always worthwhile.

Modern and cosy. Bed and bathroom are excellent. Close to public transport and 2km away from Schonbrunn. Recommended. Room price was 100 eur.

The Renaissance Hotel Vienna is being rebuilt, the reception and the staff are very nice. A Lounge — like actually in Marriott hotel of this class normally — there are not, as a compensation, there was a sparsely-stocked mini-bar. The Breakfast is huge, but in masses of fruit/vegetables from glasses/cans. The cheese and cold cuts looks, as purchased in the store. The bread is frozen and half cold. Very pleasant, however the cook the eggs or omelet fresh on the prepared pan. The rooms are very old and tons of damage. Despite multiple reference here was not properly cleaned. In the bathroom, rust, and it rots. Faucets are knocked off, the Schrankbeschläge also. I actually promised "Club room" with higher Standard (due to Gold Elite membership in Marriott) was then short-Hand but refused. The food in the evening in the Bar was good. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the holiday at the Renaissance Hotel — I don't know why it's at the Marriott in a category above the Marriott Courtyard Vienna Messe, as well as more expensive than this. Between the two Hotels are loosely 3-star difference. For the Renaissance Hotel Vienna descends itself is to blame. Although I repeatedly have complained and I was assured that you are again on me coming back-for which one has my name listed — is this not happen until today. At the Marriott Courtyard Vienna Messe, however, came unasked to me because of a rating.

Excellent hotel. Clean, tidy, up to date, and in a relatively good location. Not downtown but near the Schloss (10-minute walk). Subway across the street. Several pubs and coffee shops nearby (1-minute walk). Safe neighborhood. Good breakfast. Very prompt and happy employees. Renovating exterior here in summer/fall of 2014, but a pleasant hotel during this period.

It's a pity that 17 euro per day to be paid for Internet access. It feels pretty to rip you off.
To do this they wanted me detach for breakfast 25 euro. But after long discussions but noticed that it was already included in the price with me.

Although we are big group — spontaneously — arrived to a very friendly, professional reception. Rooms good beds class. Buffets (abds. U. Morg's. ) top tip. Come in Wienbesuch happy again.

Bathrooms are old and worn out — for me the most important thing in a Hotel, because this is a special Hygiene area. Very friendly staff, but rather due to the fact that Vienna or Austria are very hospitable. The rooms are OK but outdated, the Matrazzen — well. Unfortunately, there was at the time of booking problems. At the end hats although it worked, but the prices were spot massively higher than in the Internet. We won't go in Renaissance Vienna.
