Nice ambiance! I’m always there as a breakfast and Bar guest! I really like your hotel! It is always clean! of course friendly staff as well! I never check — in there but according to some friends who have already checked — in it was also very nice to stay there! For that I also agree with them because of my experienced at your Bar and Breakfast restaurant! Cheers!

Nice Hotel, something away from downtown, but with the subway stop close by. Comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and friendly.

If you want to experience Vienna, you are in good hands there. Great connection to the city. Only the bed takes getting used to. I flew home with back pain. I am also too old. But mattress on chipboard doesn't work at all. Sorry folks. Does that have to be.

Great and recommended, friendly, helpful, very good breakfast, beautiful rooms, we made a room with an outlook in the yard because quieter and we could sleep with open windows, was immediately prompted. Underground car park ok at an additional cost.

Spacious, clean rooms. Mineral water and 2x of coffee included. Points deduction is available for the shower. It is impossible to avoid turning the water off again and again unintentionally. The mattresses of the beds are quite good, but far too soft for my taste. The offer at the breakfast buffet is fine for this price range.

The Hotel was very nice and the location was very good. Room with a view, spacious and equipped with every comfort. Great breakfast buffet. Recommended.

The hotel has a perfect location, just a few steps to the metro station of the U6. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet, modern and clean. The prices are really cheap and therefore the hotel is suitable for a short-term trip to Vienna.

Was in the hotel with family for New year.
Actually booked the hotel very early in August, the price then more or less adequate. The hotel was chosen thanks to the high rating and a lot of positive reviews on Bellagio. The hotel met our expectations partially. I will start with the location, to get from the airport is really convenient, on the train S7 to Vienna-Mitte, and then on U4 to go 6 stops to Ländgefeldgasse, got out of the subway and through the track immediately the hotel. I can not say that we were greeted somehow, in a special way, although we settled on New Year's Eve, but everything went very quickly, showed the reservation from the booking, filled the card, paid the money by card, received a receipt and the keys to the room. The large family room on the 5th floor turned out to be really big, fully matched to the description on the Bellagio-2 large 2-bed beds, spacious, clean bathroom, armchair, Chair, table, capsule coffee machine, 2 capsule coffees, 2 sachets of sugar and cream, a half-liter bottle of mineral water, a bottle of champagne, 2 glasses, champagne is good, just celebrated the new year. For breakfast, having read enthusiastic reviews, planned to have breakfast all 5 days of our stay, but in fact have had breakfast only 3 times, the price is unequivocally inflated, breakfasts of this money do not cost.

Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. It is easy to get to this hotel using public transportation, which is convenient because there is not a lot to see around this area. Good quality-price ratio.

I booked a double room, convinced to find a bed in two squares. Instead They were two beds from a square and a half. Clean Room, working heating, free Wi-Fi, as well as a water bottle and two capsules for espresso machine. At the end of the stay, the tourist tax was requested. Positive Judgement.

Great place for a family to stay! Delicious breakfast (kids eat for free), large rooms with comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure. There’s a traditional but casual Austrian restaurant at one end of the block and a grocery store at the other end, and there’s a metro stop on a main line right across the street. Very affordable, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Fridge, safe, kettle with tea and meringue, there is. There were no programs in English on TV. The shower cabins are great. The water pressure is large. There's a hair dryer. Quiet in the room.
Close to Metro station. The hotel is on the corner grocery store, and many different options for cafes and restaurants. In the neighboring Café House with a menu in Russian and a great beer.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and liked it then except for a couple of tiny things. Still great value with decent sized rooms. They have since added Nespresso coffee pod machines to the rooms which is great. Still only 1 pillow per person but easily fixed. Only real problem is that the Wi-Fi is still very slow and weak which I had noticed was a problem afew years ago and still is exactly the same. Breakfast is still very good value for money and choice for €13. Very close to the trains and centre of the city, and quiet. Good value and clean without having to spend alot of money.

Though the Hotel is good and located centrally in Vienna, but don't expect much from this no frill hotel. You have to manage everything by yourself some it seems a business hotel. I stayed with my family and we had to go to lick up plates and even tissue paper. So being no frill hotel you might feel it's costly but in Vienna similar hotels would be two times of the cost than this. Over all very happy with hotel location and staff behavior, haven't taken breakfast so can't comment on that.

The hotel is easily reached by car and plenty of transport options in the vicinity. The staff is very professional and helpful and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. Very good if it's your first time in the city or visiting some attractions around and nearby. There was some work being done in rooms nearby, which created some noise, but that wasn't very early and it didn't take long. I guess it had to be done at some point.

Decent and affordable option with quick access to the U4 subway line. Room was clean and well furnished. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall had quite a pleasant experience.

Great hotel located on the U4 tube line four stops to Karlplatz. Very conveniently located with a Spar grocery store located in the same building. The room is clean and new along with the rest of the facility. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak english.

Great place to stay if you just need to catch flight next day, staff was very helpful. I asked for cab to pick me up at 6:30 am and one that took credit card but the cab driver did not accept so was lucky I had the 45 euros to pay driver on hand. I found it was a little to far from the airport. If you are looking for something closer to the the airport look harder. There are closer and less inexpensive nice hotels to stay. If you want or need to stay in center city Vienna great very simple and clean close to train. If you do not order your room with breakfast extra 16 euros did not buy did not have time cannot comment on what breakfast was like. I would look around before booking this hotel again.

Grand hotel. The room was very comfortable. The metro stop a minute and five minutes from the Centre in such transportation. Very friendly staff. Ideal for visiting Vienna at good price.

Fantastic breakfast! Lovely simple rooms. Close to Schonbrunn and relatively close to Naschmarkt.

I recommended adding more TV channels in English and Russian Languages. Very grateful to the employees. After long walk around the city a pleasure to be in the cozy atmosphere of the room.

Here it is perfect if you are looking for a nice and clean hotel with good transport links and good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the rooms offer everything you need for some comfortable nights. The subway is directly opposite, and despite central location, the rooms are very quiet. Again and again!

Modern hotel, very good public connections U4 Schönbrunn or U4 Meidling and bus 10A. This is 10 minutes in the city. Comfortable rooms, moderst service equipped, 5 stars!

Very good hotel in its category and price range, really enjoyed our stay, the bed was very comfortable and huge the space was specious and the bathroom was futuristic and we'll designed. The only downside is that it is a little outside the city center but the subway is 5minutes away and from there on the center is another 10!

I like the Hotel very much and that I decided after checking in. The staff is so friendly and also at the Bar is you like to have a chat. The rooms are very nice, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi works perfectly and the over all, I have rarely experienced. VPN is also possible. The prices are also completely reasonable. I'm happy again.

This a great price/performance ratio I know in Vienna a number of more expensive hotels where you feel not so good.

We stayed here before and we enjoyed the stay, For this price it is fantastic, we have stayed in more expensive hotels and been dissapointed. Location is great, get yourself on the underground (just opposite the hotel) its cheap and easy. Very clean and service was perfect. We are going again next weekend.

I've stayed here just after opening so everything was brand new and fresh. Very professional staff. Hotel is close to metro and there is a Spar supermarjet nearby. Very good value for money.

New building perhaps more soulless and empty than clean and modern. But the rooms are big, clean and cheap, and the location is a super-easy five minute subway ride to Vienna's highlights. (If the manager reads this, maybe s/he should warn people that, regardless what your thermostat tells you, sometimes they just don't turn the air conditioning on. ).

The room was clean quiet when paying for hotel Parking, do NOT attempt to pay using the machine (it will count for 2 euros per hour), ask for a card at the front :) metro station is 2 steps across the bridge.

A beautiful 3 star hotel, it has the air of "new" (the furniture, the wall painting), clean, excellent breakfast. There is free wireless internet, but but with poor signal. Very close to the electric train station, which comes in handy if you're visiting (direct line to the centre).

Newly-built Hotel (March 2013), nice clean rooms (our room was in the quiet courtyard), connecting door to the children in that room, possible, good buffet Breakfast.
