I was housed in 2016 already several weeks on business at the Garden Hotel (hotel 1). The rooms are very different, I had very nice large room with new equipment. However, I had also already rooms familiar from, cracks in the bathroom tiles, window one in the mottled expired rugs tilt almost slain… The cleanliness in the rooms is ok in my opinion, the Schönheitsreperaturen that is often missing or not properly carried out, it is rather. It's seems odd, because grievances which disturb the guest could be resolved with little money. (Clean glue off of crossing, silicone joints properly renew, replace broken flow, window sash is repaired…)
The staff is always very friendly and obliging. The issue of smoking in the Baar is now set, therefore, also for non-smoking hotel is bookable. The breakfast buffet is beautiful, the Outlook in the Park fantastically. The attached restaurant has a good price — performance ratio and is very cosy and delicious.
I will I continue to use the hotel and tell a friend also.

Visited only seminars here. I can say therefore, did nothing to the rooms. The hotel is clean, but very simple and sober. No charm… must stop the speaker complains about my typing on the phone.

Very clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. There are only 3 stars because of the many seminars. Very you disrupt the recovery.

This hotel is peacefully, but a little off the beaten track. To reach you U car but to walk in 7 min. And takes approximately 15 minutes to. Centre. The staff is very friendly and certainly deserves the four stars. The cleanliness in the room can be but to be something desired. Crumbs are not absorbed, not replace glasses, let alone away from the room. The toilet lid was rather an imposition, as a 4 star hotel may have no lids with tracks eaten up. The breakfast was adequate in order and in any case. The view from the rooms at the Park was very nice.

The hotel is a smoker. For non-smokers, more is a matter for the authorities as an imposition but actually. The problem: There is a bar at the obviously smoking is allowed with the effect that the whole breakfast area and staircase is smoky to classrooms in the basement. Last minute carried the baggage to the second floor and the clothing has stunk like after visiting a smoking lounge. Non-smokers should make a wide arc around the House. Smokers will feel very.

All in all a very good hotel that hardly be desired leaves and a quiet location has its own small park. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean.

Very good staff, quiet night you can stay 100 euros for a two star hotel. The rooms are clean, no fridge, breakfast average. Staff excellent, easy, Vienna tour beginning. Just a good place to sleep.

A super stay at Garden Hotel 1
The Garden Hotel is located 15 minutes from the Centre and is located on their own plant, equipped with a small lake in the garden.
The hotel staff could have not friendly and professional, from check-in to check out.
The wonderful breakfast offered something for all, also warm dishes, great selection of cold cuts and cheeses, large bowls with fresh fruit, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and several varieties of breakfast cereals. There was also a very large selection of delicious breads. The coffee pots with coffee, tea and juice were very welcome.
All in all: great staff, great service, great welcome.

An interesting and convenient choice If you you want to visit Vienna and you look for a quiet place to rest this is the best places you can find. Although it is not situated in the centre of the city, the hotel is nearby the subway station and the neighbourhood is quite nice.

For a city trip to Vienna to recommend!
Is something outside in a quiet location surrounded by a beautiful park with old trees and a pond in the vicinity of Schönbrunn Palace. Ideal transport links with the Metro (5 minutes walking distance to the Metro and then 10 minutes to the city centre). The cuisine is highly recommended. Competent reception information and additional information in connection with the performance of reservation requests. All in all very much recommended.
