Room very neat and very clean.

Thank you so Much Motel One at Hauptbahnhof and Stefano in particular. He helped us today to find a room for two Ukrainian moms and two children for free. I couldn’t find a place for them to stay and they were 3 days on a road without a stroller and with a 8-month baby. It was such a huge help, within just half an hour Stefano helped us with the room and this brought them so much comfort. I was only helping as a volunteer. You can hardly find such a fast and friendly help these days. Thank you 🙏.

The hotel itself is really great very clean and very friendly staff. I'm a fan of Motel without.
Only (we were in December 2019 with 2 adult and 2 children 11 years and 2 years) the room was for 4 people and a double bed, a folded out sofa as well as a baby bed too small no place to turn, professionally I will gladly use it again private with family rather not m ehr, and an absolute no go will be for me because of : the breakfast. I won't book anymore… very little selection i. E. The string cheese in the pot was replenished every day only looks like from 4 weeks ago, the "Nutella" chocolate cream very hard inedible, coffee very aqueous and the hard eggs were really hard which I could have cut to the head so har t. The scrambled eggs with bacon were missing. I'm sorry but 11, 50€ per guest also my 11 year old daughter costs 11, 50€ it is not worth it. Every bakery will do better at the price.
Unfortunately, that was very disappointing. Only the bread was very good. We could have saved ourselves almost 100€.
The stay despite everything was very nice because the room was very clean and their staff are absolutely super friendly.

Motel one always delivers high quality for a very good price. We paid 90 euro per night for a large double room with an amazing view across Vienna. The hotel is located directly at Hauptbahnhof which gives you access to everywhere in the city. The breakfast is at the lower level with a very beautiful Terrasse outside. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Vienna.

It’s a descent and clean hotel! I had a good time there. The location is not bad either. Near the main train station, practical for late arrivals.

Beautiful rooms and beautiful bathrooms. The bathroom is equipped with organic soap and shampoo. Plenty of towels. So close to the train station and public transport. The only negative experience was the receptionist was not accommodating as we were a big group checking in. Great selection for the breakfast. We were all veg satisfied with our breakfast experience.

Good amenities and courteous, helpful staff. Rooms were a tad bit smaller than we expected but I didn’t feel strongly about it as we were out all day. We had a very early morning flight out and had paid for breakfast that day so the staff made sure to pack us a nice and yummy breakfast to take along!

A distance from the tourist attractions, the hotel is next to the new Central Station (West station also has a home, such as the use of offline map, do not make a mistake) ; After four o'clock in the afternoon, the baggage can be parked there; the room is very business hotel, although simple but comfortable.

Super Motel. Friendly service, 24 hours of service, good and plentiful breakfast buffet, clean, was very satisfied.

Small but clean rooms. Noise from the station, no one can be heard. Bar reasonable nibbles, however, are priced in full coated.

Stayed for one night due to flight cancellation.
For such a situation the hotel is great. Modern, comfortable enough. Close to the center.
Convenient transfer to the center and to the airport. Availability of laundry on the floor.
Friendly staff.
In my opinion, one drawback-in the room no drinks, no utensils.

Good hotel, clean and modern. Easy access to the main train station (1min walk), nice bar however there's no in house restaurant and the room doesn't have a mini bar or even a water boiler.

Nice team, we were received kindly, the handling when checking in was competent and professional. The room on the 16th floor met our expectations. The view was great. We were in Vienna for two days and needed an affordable clean room with breakfast. You get that at Moto One Vienna. Breakfast wasn't necessarily worth the price, though. Next time we wouldn't book again. That's why 4 stars.

The location directly at the Hbf is also highly recommended! (The hotel's car park is very expensive. 300m, however, is a parking space where you can park for €5am a day. )

Small room with a bed, Tv and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is clean. It is exactly that name says motel but a really nice one and can give you all you need to stay overnight. You can have a breakfast there. The train station is next to it approximately 50m.

Great Location! 2 min walking from metro station and Train station (To EU)! 10 min from DT! great view for city from top! Rooms are very small and without closet all your clothes have to stay in bag! No refrigerator or water in room! Customer service 6/10!

I stayed here for three nights. This was the best accommodation experience I have ever had. Rooms are very clean, big and tidy. Staff are very professional and very polite. Fantastic location right in front of Vienna Central Station. Best value for money. Tips when you go there: — Book the room with breakfast, you will love the breakfast menu. — Buy the Vienna city card to freely access all public transports and save money. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. A lot of thanks to staff in Motel One.

Top Hotel with very good Service. The facility is very clean and the staff courteous, very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend. Praise work at all. Furthermore, I would even want to asked you a room further up or down. Everything was great and again and again.

My stay in this hotel was super enjoyable. Staff was very attentive, friendly and patient. For the price you get best service available. Although it is located near train station which is big plus transport-wise, with windows closed you cant hear any station noises. I could definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Location, Location and Location. You won't find a better hotel at the door step of a main train station especially if you are on the move whether to visit places in Vienna or Bratislava for the day or travel to Budapest like I did. The room was comfortable and nicely designed.

Very friendly staff, with very clean and modern rooms, albeit on the small side. Room a/c did not work, and room was a bit on the warm side. Windows opened, but a building next door was under construction between around 7:00-15:00. Lobby area and bar with patio is very nicely designed.

The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and fast, the bed comfortable and bathroom modern and functional. Hotel staff neatly tidied up the room during my 2 night stay. This is ok. The staff are nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy. You can have even USB plug for charging. The air conditioner needs some setup. In the bar you can have special, local Austrian gins.

Das Motel One in Wien am Hauptbahnhof war sehr angenehm. Es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es war ruhig obwohl auch andere Leute im Hotel waren. Das Frühstück war ein großes Buffet und es gab für jeden etwas leckeres zu finden. Es wurde immer nachgefüllt und man konnte immer nach allem nachfragen. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Kann man immer weiterempfehlen :)

The rooms have a modern look and are clean. Breakfast is okay. Due to the location, it is directly outside the Central station, Every location can be reached easily.

Loving the ambience, cleanliness and hygiene. Rooms are done nicely and are actually quite plush for a motel. Accessible to Haupenbahnof Central Train Station, a McDonald's cafe, various coffee shops. Also a Hop on Hop off bus stop is right across the road.

I have stayed in Motel One Prague and Brussels before. Standards were well maintained. Like their cleanliness and modern room. The high floor view was stunning. Staff were as usual friendly. Keep it up.

Got to stay here due to flight cancellation. I must say the place helped to lift my mood up a bit. The hotel room's modern design, comfortable bed with many plush pillows, minty shower bath gel and clean towels contributes to a great night's experience. I must add that the location is superb, just next to the Bahnhof.

Was a permanent Motel One customer, but now it's enough. Unfortunately, the built-in air conditioning in the room is only ornament. At 25°C outside temperature and a glass facade, everyone can imagine the temperature in the room. Windows do not open possible, since in the 2 floor overlooking the station crossing. Worst night of my life and I was still lied to at the lobby… yes, of course the air conditioning is activated … prefer to pay a little more and have a well-tempered room. They don't see me anymore…

Top Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof. Saubere Zimmer. Toller Ausblick über Wien in den oberen Stockwerken. Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Beim Frühstück fehlt nur Rührei und Lachs.

A typical Motel One, with the usual quality. In the room I got, were heard in spite of a very good window in the night the freight trains, the nearby main train station. The volume of the disturbance can be by no means referred to as problematic.

Functional, so close to train station and commercial centre. No noise, would be great if it had a sauna after all that walking in Vienna. Breakfast is a good bargain.
