Checkin time is limited, no explanation on how to get keys on website or receipt. Had to pay for accommodations at another hotel for the first day. This is NOT A HOTEL or B&B, its an appartment on the third floor of a business building dressed like a hotel. It only has 5 rooms so when it says there is only 4 rooms available book now. Room is very small. Take tour time and look for a. Better hotel. One night stay at the Hotel Regina is 10 USD more and is a lot nicer. Vienna has a lot of these types of "Hotels" try and do as much homework as possible before committing to this one.

Everything was good. The only annoying thing was a bottle of water in the room with a price on. I think water should be complimentary.
