A well located simple but comfort hotel. Great value.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Stay there whenever we are in or near Vienna.

Excellent situation in the Museum Quarter, good size room, very clean with comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, haven’t tried the breakfast yet but as we were too tired to go out we had bar snacks, freshly cooked and tasty.

We stayed here 2 nights. Room was very good. Air conditioning worked well. Easy walk to tram & bus stop. Staff were great. Good breakfast. Recommended.

The staff was kind and the room was excellent. I was happy for convenient traffic when I stayed there. Especially rhe film festival at the city hall near the hotel was wonderful.

Excellent location for a Vienna City break or business trip. Excellent breakfast. Very expensive drinks at bar. Fairly standard but clean rooms. Plenty of good small restaurants and bars nearby.

A little hidden, but a nice find. Our room was clean and quiet and had extra outlets that so many other European hotels lack. The staff was very friendly and all spoke English. It does not have views of the city, but is just outside of the first district on a side street. If being in the middle of everything with views of some of the historic sites is a priority you may want to look elsewhere, but if you want excellent service, quiet nights, and don't mind a little extra walking K + K Maria Theresia is an excellent choice.

Not bad, but nothing more. Pros: Close to the city centre, it's all within walking distance, size of room, air conditioning! For me personally to improve: Choice at breakfast, cleanliness of the entrance area and shower!

Just had a lovely few days in this hotel. It’s very well located next to the Museum Quarter, U2 tube station, trams, and Hop On Hop Off buses. Location is great. The room was so quiet facing the courtyard, with no traffic noise, so a great sleep. Air conditioning was quiet too. Helpful cheerful staff. Would definitely book again.

At first, great location. Just a few minutes walking from Museum Quartier. The staff is very nice and help full. We enjoyed the stay.

The location. Location. And the efficiency of service. Very helpful front desk. And a friendly bartender. For a tourist, no other place can be better. For its ease, convenience and value for money.

This very quality price, it's a comfortable hotel and is also in downtown, everything you need very close by, the breakfast self-service was also very good, if something can be said, is the character of the staff, for us, a little bit serious that sometimes it gets to seem that they are antipaticos, but all are so, for these places, I say that is because of the cold, Vienna is beautiful, well worth the visit. Good that I turn off, the hotel very well¡¡¡¡

Cute little hotel near the Museum Quarter in Vienna. Conveniently located in walking distance of plenty of musuems, shops, and restatuants, yet removed far enough from any main streets to be quiet. Rooms are small, but comfortable.

Twice I was staying there, it has an excellent location close to museums, restaurants and cafes. The deal is very compromised. The cleanliness is better but nothing serious. Recommended.

Good hotel with a top connection to the historic Old town. In 5 min. At the Hofburg. 15 min. To St. Stephen's Cathedral. 2min. Subway. What more could you want. A very generous breakfast.

Very good hotel, perfectly located in a quiet little street of the Museum district. The Volkstheater station is right next door. Great room, clean, rich and varied breakfast (even if the price is high). The staff is professional and enjoyable, apart from a friendly lady like a prison door… To recommend for a stay in Vienna!

Loved this place, awesome location, fantastic staff and hotel amenities we're second to none.

Good location for sight seeing. MQ and other museums are just around the corner. The center is a good 10 minutes walk. Shopping are is just 200 m away. The hotel has its own underground parking which is big advantage. Otherwise not too fancy but larger then avarege rooms.

Site perfectly located, a few steps from the center, so after the forced visits, here you relax one, in a neighborhood with native atmosphere, young people and good restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the hotel was very housekeeper and the rooms were very good. Totally recommended.

Good value for money, clean rooms, good breakfast, great location. Within a few minutes walking distance you will be in the old town. By public transport you can quickly get everywhere. The main shopping street runs parallel to the hotel. Many good restaurants ensure that you can go for a meal in the immediate vicinity. Only the high price (€25 for 24 hours) for the garage didn't like, but for the location is probably also normal.

This hotel is incredibly well located, the staff are all extremely helpful. One young lady whose name eludes me, who tends to work late shifts, small in stature, long brown hair and wearing glasses, made our stay extra special with her assistance, recommendations and if we are ever in Vienna in the near future, we will certainly come back as this was more than good value for money. One thing to note was that the Wifi was quite weak from the top floor (we were in room 620) at the back end of the hotel, but with that view, I strongly advise putting down your electronic device and admiring that vista.

Perfect location, walking distance from many sights down town (Hofburg palace, the opera, Saint Stephen church, parliament building, museums district etc). Very quiet place. We were informed by e-mail that additional cost for parking our car is 25 € per night.

Although the space was what you expect from a 4* hotel, the service didn't match it. The battery that operates the hotel door died and we got locked out from the room until the next morning. They provided another room that didn't match the original one. The next morning I went to reception where I was told that the lock had been fixed and they apologised. That was it. I expected a much better service from a 4 star hotel service since we were deprived from all our belongings like pijamas, tooth brush, phone charger, fresh underwear for next morning amongst other stuff. It was a huge disappointment for such a nice hotel and its surrounding area.

Great location, very close to the museumquartier, and in the center, large and comfortable rooms, very clean, and quiet, despite the road below, where the tram passes. We will return.

Modern hotel with bar restaurant. Very good location close to the airport shuttle, subway and especially the Museum district. Which does not prevent it from being quiet, giving in a little street busy at night. Correct breakfast (for 14 euros). A Consultant for Business trips (Congress Centre 15 minutes by Metro) or extended week end (museums).

This hotel has the basics covered well and the bed is very comfy. The rooms are quite simple but clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful whatever issue you may have. Location is good as while not in the very centre it is just right in being a few minutes walk away while benefitting from being quiet and not too touristy.

Spacious rooms, generous coffee and tea in rooms, good breakfast, few exercise machines, good sized TV, courteous staff, bathrobes and slippers available on request.

Great Hotel in strategic point of Vienna.

Just got back from a week in Vienna. The hotel was 1st class, staff didn't put a foot wrong. Location was quiet and surrounded by superb restaurants. I would love to know what pillows they buy, had the best nights sleep of my life with them and I'd love to take that home with me!

Only for 2 days underground paid €50! I find something very expensive! Especially because it was pointed out at the check-in not.

Unpleasant experience. The mattress was low and formed a hole in the middle, causing severe back pains the next day. We used the parking from the hotel (€18 per day), where we got blocked twice by another car and when we went to the hotel staff to complain about the situation they were unhelpful and cynical. They treated us as if we were the wrong party and took a long time to fix the problem. In the end we had to get out on foot and were late for our compromises.

A hotel very well located, rooms are comfortable and well decorated although a little cold. We had a problem with the caleffaccion, and although it took too much time to solve it, finally did and took care of the rest of the stay there was perfect! A plus? The breakfast fully suited for celiacs and very rich! I overawed.

Although we had the inconvenient of no heating at our room, the reception worked for solve the problem. First with no success because maintenance did't work as expected in a hotel with this category, but at the end and a couple of hours later all was fine. The hotel is very well communicated with many important things in Vienna at 15 minutes walking. The room was clean with a very good Wi-Fi connection and a very good breakfast service (perhaps the worse was that there is no so much sweet options). A good choice is you visit Vienna.

The rooms are well designed and clean, large enough though not big. This is a great locale. Breakfast is good. They have BBC prime available so in the evenings after work I can watch something other than CNN. Really, good value, great place and locale. My one rub, no gym. There is another K+K in the city, that place comparable in case this one full.

The rooms are very nice and super clean. The breakfast is very extensive with lots of choices, including fresh fruit! The fitness room is very small, but better than nothing. Also the location is very good, walking only 5 minutes from the Mariahilfer Straße.

NOT worth the money. In spite of the lovely, helpful women at the front desk and the superb breakfasts, the extremely dim lights and lack of basic amenities in the rooms make this a poor value. Additionally, the location is neither convenient nor interesting. If this had been less pricey, it would have seemed better.
