Unfortunately, they were very unlucky with the hotel.
Only got one room directly at the noisy central ventilation system — moved to another room at 1 o'clock at night, because we just couldn't fall asleep. (At this point: The staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating! )
There it was quieter, (except for the very bright walls, which allow to hear everything in the surrounding rooms) but there was a large, disgusting "hygiene deficiency" in the form of outside (! ) on the toilet key sticking, dried faeces.
I just wonder if we were just really unlucky, or that happens there more often — it would be a pity, because the rooms themselves are really nice and everything fits well around them… :/

Booked Junior Suite 101 is a joke. Completely glazed front to the road, over which abundant cars and tram drive. Room heats up a lot, air conditioning loud, sleep was unthinkable.
Clear night porter has rebooked to other rooms.
Breakfast good, ambience friendly.
The direct location at the Museum Quartier is noteworthy. You can reach the museums, Hofburg, Volkspark after a few minutes walk.
Several restaurants around the hotel.

Good Otelchik, of course for 4 stars is not pulling. But firm Treshka. The rooms are small but cozy. No air conditioning. Expensive breakfasts 15 Euro per person.

It was an amazing experience spending two night in such an elegant place. It is close to the museums and many other attractions so I had a wonderful walk each time I was gone for a walk. They have cozy rooms and a professional staff that keeps them neat and clean. In the evening I also got free coffee and tea, would definitely visit this place again.

Great location From the hotel you can visit Vienna on foot. The spacious room and especially a coat door at the entrance to the room. Very convenient.

The hotel have excellent location. Nice personal. Rich breakfast. Why 4*? In my room I have two radiators and room still was extraordinary cold.

It is a very good and nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was very clean. Great reception staff, parking in the parking garage only EUR 10. —/24h. Also parking is available in front of the door. Free parking ticket for unloading from the hotel.

The hotel is nice, let's say that the common rooms (like the lobby) look brand new. The same can not be said of the rooms, but they are still cozy. The staff speaks decent English. The breakfast is not very diversified, especially considering the price (€15 to November 2017). Being a hotel in a very central location, it's worth a little thought (as long as you don't spend too much because it's not worth as many as four stars). Parking is not included in the price.

Excellent relation quality — price. Very central, about a five-minute walk from the Parliament, and therefore about 10 of the center. Breakfast is very profitable and quite rich. In addition there is coffee and hot chocolate available to guests throughout the day.

5 stars because they deliver what they say. Yes the rooms are rather small, but it's a hotel, I only spend time in the room for getting dressed and sleeping. Clean room, good minibar, small shaving kit, only a shower, good bed, not noisy only the fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, very nice coffee, juice, bubbles, just excellent. And on top of this, the location is just perfect. 5 minute walk from nice restaurants, the city center, museums, christmas market (as of next week ;).

Beautiful hotel, very well located, multilingual and friendly staff, very decent buffet breakfast. Only negative: no airco in the rooms and too much noise in the rooms on the street …

Perfect location rooms are small but has aircondition (much appreciated during heatwaves) nice breakfast and good Wi-Fi, helpful staff cheap parking nearby (8€ pr day)

Very decent hotel, good value for money, great central location right next to Museumsquartier and many other tourist sights along the Ringstraße. Rooms are ok but not very large and not super modern, breakfast fine but not very cheap (€15. —)

In the main City centre and next to a metro station. Modern design but rooms are a bit too small. Perfect the 24 hours coffee bar and juices, in particular if you want to work in an open space.

It's very comfortable! Close to the MuseumsQuartier, a few steps from Mariahilferstrasse (the shopping street) and with the Metro stop Volksteather very near. You can't ask for better.

I loved the service, the location. I loved the decor, the atmosphere. In a city like Vienne it is refreshing to go back to your hotel with tasteful, simple design.

We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. The receptionist lady was very friendly from check-in to check-out. Room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing! There is a shortcut to the museum quartier right across the street and also if you take two rights from the door of the hotel there is a street with cafes and shops. You can walk to so many places! Also it was a few steps away from the underground train and the above ground train. We will definitely be back! One suggestion is to make the Wi-Fi access easier — you had to re-login every time you used the internet.

Very good hotel. It is modern, very clean. Very close to attractions and downtown Vienna. The rooms are comfortable quiet and clean and the bathroom equipment is complete. Externally not impresses. But when you get in, you relieve design, the courteous staff and beautiful lobby. Breakfast is very good with many choices. The price is quite attractive, including breakfast.

I am now relegated to the 4th time at this hotel. Before I was always very happy. Unfortunately seems to have worsened significantly the level. I had a double room used as single. I don't know how 2 people should arrange in this narrow space. Apart from a plastic chair, there were no more seating. As a storage option for the suitcase was missing. The furniture was too strong. The dust was not to be overlooked. The move, I found a hair in the sink. A T-Shirt of my prior resident hung on the bathroom door. The corridors, doors, as well as the elevator are now fairly Dowdy. I forgive the 2nd star only for the great location.

The term with reference to design is a joke. Not a big difference to a random Ibis somewhere on any motorway exit.
Very high for the offered prices. Simple rooms but unfriendly and desinteresierte reception. W-LAN, Internet corner broken, unprofessional housekeeping. To the (expensive) accommodation is just yet, otherwise a few hundred meters further on at a better price in the much better and more beautiful old town. At.
