Good position. Everything is very near (public transportation and many city landmarks are just on corner). Staff are so friendly. Rooms are small. Corridors are clean. Elevator is fine. I have expected more.

Deep concerns. Corporately run with no soul of a hotelier. Mold and mildew smells from shower drain. Constant whistling from HVAC system. No late night house keeping services. Well intentioned but still poorly delivered directions to the restaurant we were looking for. Easily added 10 + minutes. Lookout Econolodge I found your competition.

Fantastic hotel! Very good location, many many things walk distance to eat and to walk around historic places, and in front of subway… cannot be better! The hotel has everything I need, including free passport for public transport. Very nice staff and clean places. The breakfast is excelent. It is a strong recommendation.

Very convenient location-at the very beginning of Mkriyilferstraße. A big plus — they issue a ticket for public transport for the whole period of stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel at a top location. Very close to the subway and directly to a Shopping Street. The Rooms are well Equipped and the Breakfast was wonderful.

The service is seriously decreased since previous visit. Booked room with one bed but got room with 2 beds. Next day the room was substituted to one bed room. As well as dirty caps in the room and burned sausages at restaurant. But still cleanly in the rooms and variety meals on breakfast.

For almost 10 years I stayed at this hotel, when I come to Vienna on a business trip, love the service, cozy rooms, excellent cuisine (at breakfast there are always thin pancakes), the main advantage of this hotel not only in its Location of course, but also in the provision of a travel ticket for the city transport for the duration of stay.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are of the size adequate, clean and tidy. The bathroom is modern in style and also very clean. The breakfast buffet offers a very wide selection of Frühstücksvsrianten. It is good quality Segr and also the staff on site is always friendly and accommodating.

Pro: Clean room, two separate single beds, large bathroom.
Cons: The ventilation in the bathroom runs constantly and is very noisy. The patio door is only obtained for two because it can only be closed completely by pressing the upper right (room 407).

Rich and delicious breakfast buffet! The service was very friendly and attentive and did not lack anything. Also the location is excellent! Only recommended.

Very good from the West train station, best shopping area right outside the door. Courteous, helpful staff. Room and bathroom clean, friendly and quiet for the location acceptable. Beds are clean but subjective, everyone looks different. I was satisfied. I don't understand how you can get the stupid idea to evaluate something as individual as lying comfort besides cleanliness. Breakfast buffet appealing, generous and with a lot of choice. The buns were partly well baked and a little hard, but if you are not satisfied with the assortment of toast over croissants to all kinds of bread, it will not be the same in the Hotel Sacher. I can only recommend it for a short break with sleeping, washing and breakfast an absolutely good choice.

I don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars.
The following points are negative: 1. Beds are much too soft.
2. No hotel parking – and the prices in the surrounding car parks are almost as "usury".
3. And — what counts rather as a lesser evil is the far too small television.
It is positive to mention: 1. West station is opposite.
2. The shopping street of Vienna is right in front of the door.
3. Rich breakfast buffet.
4. Very friendly staff.
5. Sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) tip-top.

Good location close to shopping area and public transportation. Depending on your booking, you may get a "free" public transportation pass valid for a week. Handy. Staff could be more welcoming and warm.

Nice hotel with prime location as the metro station is walkable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were neat but slightly small.

Perfect location. Surrounded by shops and there’s so many restaurants and cafes next to it. Metro station is just seconds away literally few meters to walk to it. The rooms of the hotel are quite small (28m) but very clean. The staff are nice and friendly. If you’re staying here make sure to give a try all of the cafes around. You should know that Austrian ppl are not that friendly so don’t expect them to smile to you! But just take it easy and enjoy yourself.

The rooms are clean and spacy. The breakfast is very good. They have reconcepted the meny and focusing more on bio products. Delicious food and polite staff.

Well located Hotel, next to shopping area, Metro, trains…

Good hotel in a very convenient location. Also the breakfast is okay but expensive. If you don't need it, there are many ways to have breakfast in the area.

The location is very good, near the Vienna West station, shopping street, the surrounding restaurant shopping spots are very rich, close to the Vienna attractions. The rooms are very well furnished and the service is excellent. Recommended.

Decent property at great safe location with good breakfast.

Very centrally located right at on top of the Westbahnhof and directly on Mariahilferstraße. The rooms are very clean and the staff are helpful. The best thing about this hotel is that you get a free transportation card for the duration of your stay.

Overpriced for a very basic hotel. Staff were polite but unhelpful. Said they would bring pillows to our room three times (after calling) but never brought them or explained why. As a result a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Very nice hotel well located, near a metro station on line 3. Nearby are many cafes and restaurants on a pedestrian street. The staff is very friendly and the overall service was super. I would recommend this hotel to solo or couples traveling for leisure or business.

Location is great! The hotel is right on one of the main shopping streets and right next to Westbahnhof Metro. Going to the center of Vienna takes only 10 minutes! The service was good. Only downside is that the regular rooms are really small. Also, there is no gym or other amenities.

One of the most memorable hotel stays in Wien. Great location (very near Westbahnhof), nice reception with apples & fruits, great clean room/bathroom, quiet and good deal with mini bar! Good option if you stay for couple nights in Wien. Close to Westbahnhof, direct on main shopping street and also close to Siebensternstrasse for night life.

Clean rooms, nice bathroom. Simple but effective. Location is good near tube trains and tram. Very large and excellent breakfast selection on a par with 5 star hotels.

The mini bar is free, and in the reception speak English. Location next to the station, which has been petado of moors that smelled like ass and feet.

Super Hotel in a terrific location, Tram stop right in front of the house subway 50 meters away, one block further is the train station, nice room with functioning Elevator, Breakfast perfect, coffee machine works more often not, we praise the Intercityhotel in the highest tones.

The rooms are with very good beds. The Breakfast consists of a large selection.

We are every two years in Vienna and get off for a long time at the InterCityHotel Wien. The hotel is easily accessible by car, it is very clean, and the breakfast excellent. The Metro is just around the corner, so you can reach quickly any point in Vienna. What can I say, we come back.

Rude staff and lousy service. Can't be bothered with guest's simple request of having an additional fan. It was summer and we had 2 beds in 2 rooms with just a fan. Since the hotel is non air conditioned, how can we sleep with just a fan during summer.

Good four stars hotel. Excellent location, breakfast, and welcoming staff. Some receptionist need to practice smiling! ;).
