Top location and very friendly staff! We always come back.

Leonardo Hotels are always a guarantee, this nice 4 star hotel is only 250 meters from metro and tram station, room and bathroom were very clean, beautiful and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. The underground multy-storey car park costs 18 euro per day and it has a very large entrance and exit, I didn't have any problem getting in and out with my Opel Insignia.

It's great location to getting around Vienna.

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the location it is centrally located by the westbanhof underground station … but that’s where it ends … the amount of SCAMS this hotel runs are mind boggling … staff are unfriendly and uninterested … They fail to understand that a hotel is meant to be a hospitable environment, the Wi-Fi is honestly a joke, it costs 9 euro per day (seriously can’t remember the last time a hotel charged for Wi-Fi) to make matters worse it cons…tantly disconnects and is UNUSABLE… the hotels response when this was brought up is that I should use the free Wi-Fi in the lobby … no no no… I don’t want to use the lobby Wi-Fi … and of course they didn’t refund the money for the non working Wi-Fi … my brother (a non smoker) had his fire alarm go off this morning, the staff came to check … no fire of course … 10 min later the fire department came in … no fire of course… the hotel on check out charged him 500 euros … they claim he was smoking … when we pointed out he doesn’t smoke … they quickly shifted gears to it was his “vape” (impossible) and that the SMOKE Alarm can “smell” the water vapor “FYI he didn’t vape in the room” of this 250 euros is for clean up (for what exactly) and they claim 250 euros is for the fire department (since when does the publicly funded fire department charge hotels… my parents room on the TV welcomed them as some other person in some other room number (they claim this was a technical error but the fire alarm apparently can’t be

Very clean, comfortable beds, helpfull receptionists and nice rooms.

Location and mariâštrasse to go to the Centre for tourist street, walking distance to the Centre 15 minutes walk. The hotel is pretty decent. I liked. For accommodation there are seasonal discounts. Breakfasts are very good.

Good hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, but Wi-Fi is in the evening definitely overwhelmed.

I do not like this hotel and here are the reasons why: 1. Rooms are too small. I'm 190cm and I feel claustrophobic. Bathroom is even smaller. 2. No free Wi-Fi, not even for bus drivers. So tour leaders and other special people get Wi-Fi but we, bus drivers are obviosly scum so we so not deserve free Wi-Fi to do our planing and our operational bussines with our companies. Who in 2016. In a 4* hotel charges Wi-Fi? No one, only you. 3. No bus parking. I walked 20 minutes trough storm to get to the hotel. Not cool. 4. Rude staff. Too bad I dont remember her name but the lady at the reception was very unpleasant. I only gave 2 stars for two reasons: Great breakfast Excellent modern design of the hotel. If wasnt for that it would be one star from me. Think about everything I stated now and I will think about bringing my groups to your hotel ever again.

I have spent 3 nights from April 5th to April 8th, 2016. When I asked the reception about not being able to adjust the room temperature. He said "it's centralised air conditioning, the controls ij your room don't work. If it's too hot for you, just open the windows and it will cool off". Unable to bear the heat, I opened the windows and all night I didn't have good sleep due to the traffic and it's noise. Why have controls in the first place when they don't work? But the hotel papers inside the room say, you can adjust the room temperature to any desired temperature you like. This is lying out right according to me. The safety lock in the room malfunctioned when we are all set to leave the room. This is not fun. It took half hour for the technician to come there and help us out. We barely made the train we were supposed to take because of this. Water would leak out of the shower area and even when I complained to them, they wouldn't do anything. I wouldn't stay in this hotel anymore. I sincerely wouldn't recommend this to anyone either.

Underground something narrow, room (attic) very hot during the day but top breakfast choice, video on demand in room, Internet in the rooms and friendly staff!

Great hotel close to the Westbahnhof station, really very nice, simple and well cared for.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, only minus the bathroom a bit small. However staff courteous and friendly!

We caught a very bad room, first when the three of us (I was with my parents) stopped in this room we found that the room is a large, two local bed and a small bed for a newborn baby. NEWBORN! but we were told that all will change, and changed.
But this Paul case, on the second day, we noticed that, in our room, we're not alone, and with bugs. With BUGS in 4 STAR HOTEL! But worse these bugs us on gnawed and began an allergic reaction. All česalos′ and all over my body was rash.
In the dining room were fed well, tasty. No complaints on this
In short if I honestly I do not recommend the hotel "Leonardo", because I was very struck by the situation with the bugs, and if you do not want to vacation with you divided the small, kusačie, harmful bugs, better not risk it.

Hotel is clean and pretty much all around average as far as the rooms and service. It's located right by a major shopping district and pedestrian area and it's a fair walking distance from the Museum quarter, opera house, christmas markets (in winter), public gardens, and many other sightseeing areas. My main complaint is that the Wi-Fi they offer is atrocious. 6 Euro per day to access it and it's the same speed as the free internet they provide in their first floor lounge. It's not worth paying for when it takes ten minutes for each web page to load properly. Also ran into some issues with their lounge computers and printer.

First of all, defiantly this hotel is clean and nice housekeeping attitude and we appreciate that! but the only thing that I don't like about this hotel to be honest is the reception treating! when I came to the hotel for check-in it was 1:05pm and they told you have to wait until 3:00 pm to give you the key for the two rooms you booked?! I mean why I have to wait until 2?!. I just get a sick of travailing and the told wait.

I have to say that this hotel is clean, but I would not say that is comfortable. In the business lounge in 8 floor, room is super tiny, but that is still not the reason why I think this hotel is so terrible. The RECEPTION is so terrible. The workers are so impatient! I asked for changing rooms because of sloping roof, they aked me why and said: you are not 2 meters high! I mean, do I need a reason to change a room? I feel very uncomfortable and not recpected! What should I say? It is really an terrible unblievable experience! One more thing I have to say: the assessment in the leonardo hotel homepage is just a joke. Do not believe it and think that this hotel is so great. As long as you get in, you will find out that was just a dream.

Clean and modern hotel but the staff are unhelpful and not very friendly. Hotel was quite noisy with people slamming doors late at night and people running along the corridor at night too. Didn't avail of the breakfast as it wasn't included in the price and price for breakfast was far too expensive. Hotel is in a very good location with West Bahnhof a 2 minute walk away.
