Fabulous staff who went out of their way to make your stay an excellent one. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great food too Gave to say a huge thank you for all their help during my stay. Definitely would go back there and recommend the hotel totally.

Perfect breakfast! Staff were very polite, kind, helpful. The hosts who were responsible for the breakfast were patient. There was a host from Turkey in origin, who acted so professionally and patiently, if only he noticed that we were missing something immediately he would approach us to help us. Spacious rooms, the hotel is incredibly clean, you could say it was sparkling with cleanliness. We booked 2 rooms, one for me & my boyfriend, one for my mom& her boyfriend.

Great small hotel close to centre of Vienna but quiet. Good breakfast choice and large airy rooms with themes.

New or newly renovated. Best spot, just in front of Metro, two stops to Stephansplatz. Many restaurants and cafes on the Praterstrasse. Very clean, nice balcony and private parking (extra charge). Very friendly staff.

Have been staying at Das Capri during my visits to Vienna over past couple of years. It's a really clean and well maintained property with extremely friendly and courteous staff. Centrally located and walking distance to key visitor attractions. Breakfast here is by far the best :-).

This was one of the nicest Hotels I’ve stayed in on our trip to Europe June 2018. The employees could not have been nicer and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if one is staying in Vienna.

Very well. Quality-price ratio interesting for Vienna. The rooms are spacious, modern and individually decorated with themes Austrians (personalities or well-known places. The breakfast is excellent : lots of variety and home-prepared. I recommend.

A really nice hotel with very friendly staff. No matter whether at the reception or at breakfast or housekeeping. The rooms are very clean, beautiful and functionally furnished. Our room with balcony was to the inner courtyard and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was offered everything you needed and the food was delicious. The hotel is absolutely recommended. One is very fast in the inner city centre at the STEFFL. Location 1a.

Super clean rooms, well laid out. Breakfast is absolutely top shelf. Location is decent although it is a bit of a walk to many tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and speak English well.

Das Capri is very clean, in a place very close to the city, and the breakfast is delicious. It is the perfect hotel to visit Vienna, Austria. Five stars for them.

We were looking for hotel which will be close to the city center. We like to walk. The staff is awesome. They are very helpful, guided us through the city attractions, all of them were very friendly and nice. Great breakfast. The room is clean and nicely look. Not stylish but very pleasant. One thing I liked seeing was that on the walls by the stairs there were photos of the staff, with some warm words for each staff member. I think it says something about the management. Very good experience for us. We will definitely recommend it to anyone, and will come back for sure!

Great location. The city centre, the train station and other sights can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The rooms are well equipped. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and the service just great. We felt very comfortable here and would always like to come here again.

It is located next to a Metro station and within walking distance from the old city. The room was clean nice and spacious, some rooms had a balcony overlooking the back yard. They served a superb breakfast with many items to choose from. A nice selection of bread, rolls, cold cuts' and a variety of cheese. The healthy corner offered yogurt, nuts, cereals, fresh fruits & vegetables. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They offered free water, tea and cookies in the lobby.

Very nice in downtown Vienna. It has the close comfortable cozy Metro.

Lovely Hotel, very good position only 2 subway stops to the centre of Vienna. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a nice room which was plenty big enough and the breakfast was fine, the staff were great too.

Stayed for two nights on December 2017. The staff could not do enough for you. The room was so clean and spacious. The breakfast choice was great. 20 minutes walk to the centre or two stops on the train. The station is right outside. Used the train all the time over two days, for just 13 euro. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Frustrated and very rud personnel, worst type of breakfast I ve ever seen in my life. Dirty carpets in the room. Room smells like animal pi. Wirst experience in my life. Paid in advance of my 5 days stay. Could not got money back instaed charged 20 € extra for 2 hours early check in.

Great location (in front of the subway), clean, nice, friendly, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast, but the halls where it takes place go overcrowded on weekends or when the hotel arrives to accommodate about 200 people.

Strategic place in front of the metro station and it is a 5 minute walk from the center.

I stayed in the hotel for one night and I have to say this was one of best hotel I had in Vienna (this was my 8th). I also work in the hotel as a receptionist and I see the process a little bit diffrent than an average guest. The hotel impressed me because of the stories about Vienna in their rooms (in a hostel that I worked I was the author of the similar project — stories about Maribor in the rooms), especially I was impressed that the hotel that has a location like that (2 stops from center) puts so much effored into the content of the hotel. This is definetly hotel with a story to tell. I am just very sorry that my phone died and I couldn't take any pictures. The room was clean, staff wonderful and very helpful, breakfast superb — all local, all bio. Definetly coming back and would definetly work in the hotel :).

Decent place to stay for a few nights. Das Capri was clean, welcoming, and well-light. They had s great staff and a really nice, above-average breakfast. Approaching trendy in style, with renovations both at the hotel and at the shop next door throughout the entirety of our stay. Unfortunately the combination of the two was very noisy. This was one of reasons for this being a 3 star and not a 4 star review. The hotel was aware renovations would be going on but decided not to let it's customers know prior to their reserved arrival. For whatever reason, that didn't sit well with me. We also stayed in a street facing room on the second level of the hotel. The street noise added to an already noisy environment. Fortunately everything died down later into the evening so it was possible to sleep through the night. This hotel is not particularly close to anything. That's not so bad as there are some local, authentic restaurants nearby. About a 15 minute walk to nearby attractions.

Here on a 7 days holiday, everything cool, so far. Nice room and breakfast. Clean and kind personal.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff really helpful and always around if you want anything. Rooms all have TVs and a tablet that you can use to find out what's around or what's on Facebook if you prefer! Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is great!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Very nice service, beautiful hotel with themed floors. Very cozy and personal touch in their attention to detail. Price was relatively low, probably because the neighborhood is less fancy. Well located though, very near the subway, just a few stops from the city center. We took an inner yard view room, and that was quiet. Modern option for old and young travelers.

Very cozy and modern. Great breakfast with many organic products and very spacious rooms. In my double there was also a Samsung Tablet with information about the city (points of interest, restaurants, bars…) and the possibility of access to the Internet. The location is also very convenient, since in front of the entrance there is an elevator that leads directly to the subway track.

The room is very nice and simple. The bathroom is very comfortable. The thing I liked the most is the abundance and quality of the buffet for breakfast! Superb!

Very nice and well located hotel, on foot and with the U Bahn very easily accessible. With large, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. The generous breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. We felt very well in the Hotel Capri and will definitely come back!

A very recommended hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and it is very clean. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The Breakfast was with products from the Region and also homemade food is very good and transparent. Price — performance was just, we would love to come back.

Nice, clean Hotel in the heart of Vienna. Friendly Staff. Comfortable, large and quiet rooms. Breakfast plentiful and very fresh food at the always be refilled. The Breakfast room in the 2. Floor and natural light. Lift the U-Bahn station is directly opposite the hotel. In short, the perfect Hotel for a city break. We will definitely come again and recommend the Hotel. A little disturbing was the long wait at the Elevator. Reason: installation of an air conditioner, therefore, the Lift also by the workers used. Whom this modification, however, is ready to take care of this Problem by itself.

I am regular guest in this hotel for more than 9 years professionally as private and can heartily recommend it to every guest in Vienna.
This hotel is a nice private hotel with 72 rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very well equipped. A lift which will take you to the subway is located directly in front of the hotel.

The hotel has become our master hotel for 4 years. It is perfectly located between Prater (walking distance) and downtown (2 stations subway) right on the Metro station Nestroyplatz. It is a small owner-run hotel with lots of innovative power. The room that we have inhabited (multiple — different rooms) are large, bright, friendly and modern furnishings. The bathrooms are newly made. Everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is moved now rely heavily on fresh BioProdukte sourced, very tasty and not only at 7: 00, but also at 9 40 am always still enormously rich. The sound in the House is very friendly and helpful. You simply feel that here all feel comfortable, both all employees feel at home and thus also the guests feel. All rooms are very good, free Wi-Fi, which is important for us, as we combine always business and private visits in Vienna. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

To keep it simple — good prices, good location, great rooms and amenities, and great service at the front desk. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Vienna was a very nice surprise for us, mainly because how beautiful the city is and also because the high quality of life you can feel there. And Hotel Capri was fully aligned with that: excellent location, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room and very complete breakfast. Best Palace in town.

We have stayed here couple of times. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast includes variety of food. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent location, near city center (in foot range), easy to reach from highway. Parking is included. The best choice in that price range.

I stayed here last year in May 2009. I think this hotel is amazing for its modern setting, a flat-screen TV, comfortable beds, beautiful fixtures in the bathroom and a huge two double-bed room which I was given all to myself. The hotel actually had some guests so it was not empty (for a conference I believe), so getting such a large and beautiful room was a pleasant surprise. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food for the breakfast (in the breakfast rooms complex (a series of several inter-connected rooms) is very good, with cold cuts, sweets, hot items also. All were prepared with care and there was plenty of variety, including fruits, cereal etc. The location and is two metro (subway or "U-Bahn" stops) from central VIenna's Stephansdom Cathedral. Literally across the street is Nestroyplatz U-bahn. The street where the hotel is situated is really a boulevard (Praterstrasse) with several restaurants and many shops. The metro has an entrace with an elevator almost across the main entrance of the hotel and a more "traditional" entrance nearby. So location is excellent. I did not have a computer at the time so I have not tried the wireless internet but I did use their internet terminal located at the lobby. I loved this place and will seriously consider staying there on my next visit to this amazing city! Montreal, Canada.
