A great hotel in a dream location. Metro and trams directly. Downtown with U1 after 2 stops. Prater (giant wheel) in the immediate vicinity. Nice locations close to the hotel.

What a lovely surprise when you return to your room after a delicious breakfast in a very pleasant and spotless dining room on your birthday. And the hotel staff have left birthday wishes and a little gift in the room.
Excellent service from we checked in and a warm, welcome from Laura on reception.
The staff are extremely pleasant and we got lots of helpful sightseeing tips from the newest member of staff, Jenny. Our room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. We would recommend the hotel to friends and family and will come again for sure. Well done everyone at the Austria Classic Hotel Wien.

What a lovely bright & clean Hotel, staff are charming a very helpful. The rooms are very clean and well looked after. There is a bar which warm & cozy.
The breakfast is very good with lots of choice to cater for everyone. This is now my Hotel of choice to stay every year I come ❤️

We are now the second time in this hotel and I would always book a room there when I am on holiday in Vienna. The staff is very friendly. I am very satisfied and feel very comfortable here. :-)

The breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS!
the wait staff in the dining area is very helpful and courteous.
the desk staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They helped us learn our way around the city on day one, by giving us a map send pointing out the way to the underground subway. Also giving us suggestions for restaurants. I was in touch with the reception staff via email before we arrived and they help set up a taxi to meet us at the airport which was very important to us.
the room cleaning staff does a great job every day keeping our room neat and tidy and we always felt we were in a clean environment, anywhere in the hotel.
thank you all for your help to make our stay in Vienna very memorable.

Night staff is very nice, friendly & helpful. Not so the two women who work during the day. Snooty.
Make sure you bring your own wash cloths. They do not provide them. I was told they aren’t necessary by the day staff.

Very comfortable and well located hotel. Lots of shops nearby, and bars and cafes, and very close to public transport links got easy access. Rooms are comfortable, enough for resting or working, and clean too. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do, if needed.

Absolutely fab hotel, really easy to get to from airport, warm and friendly welcome, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms good Aircon, spotlessly clean, great breakfast selection, very reasonable prices in the bar, little additions such as loaning umbrellas, have no hesitation in recommending, I will definitely stay here again.

Public transport and taxis are easily accessible. Prater amusement park is at a 5min walking distance. Nice and tidy rooms and decent breakfast. Overall a good experience.

Nice hotel, clean. Very good breakfast Very well connected through the subway. Very friendly staff. What you have against is that the area of Vienna where it is located is not nice at night. And the hotel is huge and there are areas where you have to access the rooms up several steps and with the suitcases is complicated.

Very clean and big rooms. Great facilities such as TV kettle coffee tea and fridge. Rooms gets cleaned every day. Fairly close to town centre and nearest u-bahn station only 5 min walk away.

Great value hotel in good location. I stayed here while attending a conference in Vienna. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a great selection at the buffet breakfast. The location is great, with easy connections to the centre, the station, the airport and the convention centre on the Danube. There is easy access to the Prater park for relaxing walks. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner.

Austria Classic Hotel is our favourite hotel in Vienna. We have been going there every year for many years. Location is really good, very close to the Prater and the metro is just a few minutes away. St Stephanplatz is only two stops away. The hotel has big rooms and it is very clean. Staff very polite and breakfast very good. This hotel is our 'home' in Vienna.

Nice hotel, close to city center and other tourist venues. Easy to get to from main train station and also right next to subway line.

Loved the breakfast, especially the strudel. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Parking available for a fee. Close to the city centre. Near a supermarket that is open until 10 pm and on Sundays. Kids are welcome.

Loved our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcomed us with a box of candy. Close to transportation and wonderful food all around the area. I’d definitely come back!

A fantastic hotel in the middle of the Prater. The hotel, the small bar and the wellness area (including sauna) with fitness room was absolutely clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortably furnished. The staff is super friendly and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the city. We can only recommend this hotel!

Perfect, if not the lack of double beds in the hotel. There are only single beds, either close together or separated. It does not seem to be mentioned on their website, too bad.

Conveniently located Hotel near the station and a few minutes walk from the city centre. It is located in a quiet neighborhood full of services (shops various restaurants and supermarkets) and well served by the means. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is very nice. Rich continental breakfast and with quality products. Possibility of on-site parking for a fee.

A very comfortable place. The staff is really nice. They tried to help us with anything we needed and there was always a smile on their face. The hotel is like 200 m away from the railway and 2 stations from the city center or 10 minutes of walking and most important just across the street from the Prater entertaiment park. Also, the breakfast is amazing with a large variety of food, it's really clean and it makes you feel like in a classic movie with its golden dors and golden elevator with music in it. Really nice. Hope we will come back sometimes.

Great Classic Viennese Hotel with Wonderful Location. The general atmosphere of the hotel was of classic retro style. The location is marvelous, it is few steps close to the Praterstern which is a transportation hub including regional trains (S bahn), Metro (U bahn), trams and bus. We came directly from the airport by the S7 train. Check in was easy and the receptionist staff were very helpful and polite. The room itself was small (standard double), actually it was too small for a family of 3, there were hardly a place for my baby's cot. I would have appreciated an offer for upgrade to a bigger room. The room was clean and tidy, contained minibar, digital safe, good sized closet, phone, a big LCD with smart TV capability and well functioning air condition, but no coffee making facility. Wifi was good, but we had to log in every 2 hours. Bathroom was very clean and modern, they offered small amount of shampoo/body shower. Housekeeping was daily and perfect. Breakfast was great, there were enough non-pork varieties to our satisfaction. The breakfast room was spacious and bright with an outdoors extension that we especially liked. The breakfast room staff were very helpful and attentive. N. B: I stayed there with my family in June 2016

Great food, great rooms, great service. I love that golden colour with brown colour. Just one if the bests hotels which I ever visited.

We booked the hotel at short notice for an overnight stay and were therefore extremely satisfied in all matters. Parking right next to the hotel in the courtyard. Also the room was very quiet for the area (being in the courtyard) very friendly staff and very good breakfast buffet. Also the cleanliness in the room was excellent.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Very close to public transport and the beds are way too comfy to get out of in the morning. Would I stay here again? Most definitely YES.

The location was very good.

The hotel is at a really good location, with U-ban just few minutes away. Personnel is really nice and helpful. Rooms are spatius, clean and modern. All in all I really like it.

3 star hotel at best. Con; Compare to a Comfort Inn along some highway in US. According to these reviews expected better. Barely a 3 star hotel. Definitely not in the main area that most people come to visit Vienna for. Pros; Very nice staff, good breakfast and coffee. Linens and rooms are clean. Area is safe. Price is excellent for Vienna.

This is the fifth time my wife and I have been to this hotel. Everything is just right here!
It starts with the very warm welcome and information you need at the reception and ends with the very friendly and pre-existing good "ghosts" that make your stay very pleasant!
The rooms are large, very clean and comfortably furnished.
The house has a small but fine gym, which has already made us sweat and a sauna.
The breakfast room with its richly sorted buffet invites you to an extensive and very tasty breakfast.
The location of the hotel is fantastic! The nearby metro station is within walking distance and you are very quickly in the middle of the city.
We are looking forward to our next trip to Vienna and we will definitely have our accommodation again at the Austria Classic Hotel Vienna!

The atmosphere Good value for money.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever ever stayed at. Quiet area. Convenient for public transport, plenty of nice restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. Walking distance to historic city or a couple of stops on the underground.

So glad to find this hotel, clean, organized, and friendly and helpful staff. Room is very large, bathroom facilities very good, beds very comfortable, even in the building across the street is very quiet. Hotel location is very good, a lot of places we wanted to visit on foot to the center of. Also very convenient to the subway station, convenient to city history attractions. Breakfast is included, and weight is enough, satisfactory, including hot and cold food, snacks, and opens up a beautiful day. If we again went to Vienna, will definitely come here again …

Goods as 5 group at Austria Classic Hotel. Were 2 rooms divided, both were absolutely fine. Quiet, clean and big enough. Vienna is a great city, where one no matter always has time to go out to eat or drink. During the day, you have class shopping facilities and good transport links.

Very nice hotel which I can highly recommend for a short vacation in Vienna. It of very clean, makes a pleasant impression and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and well suited also for late risers, open there until 11: 00. There are plenty of Cafés and restaurants around the hotel. The nearest metro stop is two minutes away and from here it is only two stops to the Centre (Stephansplatz).

A really nice hotel. Clean, friendly and traffic spared. The buffet breakfast is appealing, fresh and always replenished. The staff is always friendly to the point, whether in reception or in the breakfast room. I've rated it 4 stars. I would have given the 5 star if the terrace not to the inner courtyard. Since I like to sleep with an open window, it was at night something loud. The next time (of course I will book there again) I take a room in the back easily.

This hotel is really great. We paid £ 130 for a double room, breakfast and parking included for one night. People are very kind and very nice. We could use the sauna without problem or difficulty of understanding (we speak very well English). The rooms are nice. Breakfast is a very complete buffet.

A cheap little hotel right on the Prater. The downtown is easily accessible by subway. You can visit also the dog water houses quickly on foot.
The decor is modern, the staff is very friendly, In the basement is a decent small sauna with shower and buffet breakfast is awesome.
This hotel leaves no wish unfulfilled and is fully recommended.
