On the whole, good. BUT
the reception staff is incompetent. Almost superfluous.
1. We were not told that hotel guests have their own changing rooms for the spa.
we got this info after 20 min waiting from spa staff.
so back to reception. Get the keys and go.
in the evening in the changing room… violent faetal stench.
and only 1 changing room per gender. Wait another 30 min.
when checking out I was told that parking would be included in the bill. When driving out we had to pay extra 17 € for parking
on the already juicy bill, however, the parking was already paid…
in retrospect I was told that the staff at the reception should devalue the ticket. Didn't do it.
if possible, I ask for a refund of the plus costs

We were 2 next in Leoben from 26.07 to today and were absolutely disappointed! From a Falkensteiner hotel you really expect something completely different, It was really a naughty thing.
On arrival we were welcomed in a reasonably friendly way, that was ok.
The floor of the room was completely dirty, water stains on the floor, as well as brown imprints throughout the room.
The curtain bar in front of the shower was broken off on the side of the corner and the curtain hung down.
There was still ash on the table of the front user on the balcony and the garbage can could not be opened, because the pedaling process of the bucket on the side was broken off.
At dinner, the appetizer was relatively quick at the table, waiting for the soup for over 35 minutes because of the completely overwhelmed service staff.
When the Griesnockerl soup was finally there, it was lukewarm and the Nockerl inside was still freezing cold.
The main course beef was also just lukewarm, if we hadn't been so starved, the dishes would have gone back, only longer we definitely didn't want to wait any longer. (it was already 21:20)
Friendly, the two drinks were then taken over after the gift and charged to the house.
In the morning we were asked when the check-out would be scheduled, one of the young girls said 10:00, although at check-in and 11:00 was said!

It was beautiful was there with my friend and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to relax only warmly I will definitely go back there soon.

Very nice hotel, great food and direct access to the thermal spa.

Honestly? Not worth the money at all. Unprofessional staff, paid a lot for having our pets with us, but did not get what was promised in the “pet package”. Be careful at the check out as well as they forgot to deduct the deposit. We will not be back.
One thing I have to admit is that the food was great and the restaurant staff amazing, their kindness saved our stay.

At Falkensteiner Hotels we are used to very good appearance of the entire hotel. The spa area is larger than others, but day guests are also visiting. Overall, a rather relaxed and open approach to people and staff. Efforted service in the restaurant and reception, although sometimes a little understated. Kitchen very good. Room well equipped and also clean behind hidden areas.

We spent the Easter week end at the Falkensteiner Hotel & Asia-Spa. The facility is very clean, the staff courteous. The rooms have a slightly Asian touch and are also clean. The dishes are good for a hotel kitchen. The spa area offers something for everyone — outdoor and indoor sauna with very entertaining aroma and themed infusions — brine outdoor pools, steam, herbal and infrared chambers are also available as well as a sports and family pool. All in all, you can recommend this system.

Comfortable room, bit. Noisy, thin towels, easy walking distance from station and town centre.

Excellent place. Clean. Good breakfast. Great facilities. Short walk to nice town centre with good restaurants and cafes.

In the Rooms you might be able to grind one or the other crack over, but that didn't bother us any further. It is a real pity that no Parking spaces belong to the hotel, here cashed one on the Hotel.
I would particularly like to highlight the Restaurant, the Food was always Top, finally a Hotel with German-speaking Staff with whom you can talk, we were led directly into our Place almost always got our Table. Thank you & greet us here to the Young Lady who helped us so nicely through the Wine List.
The Hotel also has its own spa access and an Underground Car park, which was very important to us.
All in all, it was a Top Getaway.
— — — — Update 02.06 My Girlfriend booked us back into the Falkensteiner thanks to the Last good Experience. I don't know how that can change so drastically in a Month. The Rooms were as described above and we were satisfied but in the Restaurant … As if we had booked in another Hotel. What we were able to experience these 3 Days coincides with the Experience in April. Waiters hopelessly uncoordinated, breakfast see Photos … Tinkes not Sauber, we have even been implemented once. On the last Day we went Away Food. Was management on Leave? We also missed the nice young waitresses from last time. That was the last time in this Hotel.

Thank you but no I do not! your rooms should soon be renewed to charge high prices and then rooms that have mold & water stains on the ceilings, on the sheets hair & stains, furniture that have long been for the bulky waste! I don't wish it on anyone what we have experienced! I am sorry for the employees because the director and those responsible do not do anything! Sad.

Big rooms. In the room a bath, shower, TV. All spa services are available free of charge. On the ground floor there are always fresh apples. But the restaurant is so-so. Haute cuisine! That's why we can't eat.

It was all clean and perfectly fine. The staff was very, very friendly and nice. We felt very comfortable, it was really perfect. Thanks to everyone who works there, you guys are really great!

Top Hotel, gladly come again. We were received kindly. In the rooms you could or another crack might on grind, but that doesn't bother us. Really a pity the Hotel has no Parking, here cashed from the cost of a hotel. Particularly, I would like to talk in the lift, the Restaurant, the food was always Top, finally a Hotel with English speaking staff, we were directly guided to our place in no time-consuming searches. Greetings to the Young black/brown haired lady who has helped us so nice by the wine list. The Hotel also has a private Spa access, and an underground garage that was very important to us. All in all, a Top it was a short vacation.

Five stars are too little… the room is beautiful. With everything you need. Staff friendly and competent. The Director makes the greeting personally. Breakfast opulent, but according to the latest standard of Health! 4-course menu in the evening. Fresh. Creative. Modern. Easily. TOP… 6 stars from me.

At least the fifth time we enjoy this beautiful hotel with an attached public spa, which offers for our family with 2 children and 2 dogs optimal relaxation. We appreciate the central location of the hotel, the beautiful space around the property and the uncomplicated treatment of the guests.

A great place to relax! Large mixed area with an outdoor pool and large indoor pool. Two large saunas outside with guided infusions. There was an excellent breakfast buffet which I really did not want to leave open! Dinner the same! The staff was always very friendly and competent.

Staff are not well trained or No knowledge of clause and no system all messy. Bathroom tiles are realy broken and lots of lime storage. The food was horrible! The dinner was pure catastrophe: we had 4-course menu, appetizer we have a tiny tofu in the dough, as supe we have cooked water with rosemary and small brotstück (I hope it was bread) which has swam, main dish was very small after nothing tasted, I did not expect such a horrible thing from a Falkensteiner hotel! Spa area: Much to much chlorine had even a small rash, to the hot could not lie had no air.
I took the hotel because of its name and reviews, was very disappointed!

Very nice and well maintained spa — and sauna — area, good sports pool, children apparently also have some things to experience and explore, hotel very ok, nice staff, great breakfast! Eat hardly any bread, but the breads here are fantastic.

Very nice rooms, the restaurant is ok, but quite overpriced. Staying here mostly makes sense to stay at the spa.

The ambiance is very nice. It is a good place to meet friends and chat.

Certainly, it is a nice hotel with very good breakfast buffet very varied and the food of the season. Only flaw is the price for the bed only, a bedroom with a double bed over the 200 €. In my opinion, a cost too high.

New Year's Eve in the Falkensteiner! Dinner was really good but too little! The midnight Goulash has not even been enough for all guests!

Last supper of the year refined and of high quality, unfortunately for the 3 guys in our result was more a steak and chips, which was asked to the fantastic waiter, Mario, there, he heard immediately. Thanks a lot to all the staff.

Excellent restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. The food is great, the deserts are very good. Ice creams are top-notch. Coffee, beer and other drinks are very good with affordable prices. Everything is on the level, my sincere recommendations.

I think it's very good! That's the same as the Asia — Spa! The hotel is very nice inside! There are also many people from abroad! ☺ Love people here makes holidays.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff good atmosphere.

Relaxing stay with a large wellness area in the Connected Asia spa Therme. When checking in on Sundays, the 2 ladies at the reception were not exactly the friendliest reception. The online Meldezettel does not appear to have arrived in the system. The mistake was then made to me. Parking costs are not OK at these prices. This should be a good service. The staff in the service were very accommodating, extremely polite and always worried about the well being of the guests. Especially the team at dinner. Once a main dish was not at all my liking. Promptly, she was dumped without discussion and the cook made a new vegetarian dish. The breakfast was very varied, plentiful and always enough there. Even if it was already at the end of time. The rooms were well equipped. Would have liked a better seating but you probably have to book a suite.

Hotel is nicely furnished, look friendly staff. Kitchen is not bad, but also not excellent. The Asia spa is unfortunately not judgeable, as most saunas were closed due to cable fire. The quiet room was OK, the gastronomy rather meager.

Super Hotel with great spa area. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is really pleasant, super friendly staff, great breakfast and very nice rooms. Everything you need to feel welcome home.

An unexpected gem in Leoben: the restaurant "In the Au" with chef Josef Kamsker & his team. A beautiful park view and amazing food (very authentic Asian dishes — I simply love the thai cury). Good news for all the desert lovers: no gelatin is used only agar agar.

I was on business trip hier. Excellent location. You may go to Asia Spa and Therme. Pure relax. Nice breakfast. Perfect rooms.

Spacious and very well-tended rooms with views of the hills. Breakfast and 5-star.

Everything top, the rooms tidy and everything there you need, the food excellent and the staff very nice and accommodating. Also in the spa area everything was right and the treatments very good. All in all a wonderful weekend to relax and enjoy.

We were already for the second time at the Falkensteiner and Asia Spa, everything was perfect again, except for the 6 Euro parking fee we do not find ok, and furthermore something strange, the bracelet that you get on the extension day for the spa area, but still only pay with cash Can.

Were otherwise over the weekend to visit, room very large with balcony but with a few flaws in the bath or shower and balcony door, great.
The adjacent Asia Spa was OK, but not particularly great (sauna is not used), luckily, not much was going on.
Breakfast buffet was highly recommended. À la carte in the evening, although expensive, but good.

We were this weekend from Friday to Sunday in the Falkensteiner Hotel.
Rooms are nice but the prospect is anything but nice. We had the room with city view booked what we got was the underground a shopping centre and the hotel car park. Also we thought also that the parking lot it would be, which was not so for the Teifgarage we paid 8 euro per day extra one at that. For the normal parking, it would have been 6 euro. The spa area is really very nice and I think big enough.
We had our booking a 4-course menu it's was good but has me now not really from the stool carved because also this happened we over half an hour waited on our main course where other who came long after us with the dessert were. Taken care of who really has it. However, the breakfast was really over the TOP. On the second evening we have to choose us whether we wanted to again have a menu for 25 euros per person without drinks or from the card. The map is more than ridiculous in my opinion because only 2 dishes are on the menu. So a selection you can not forward. What was the ABSOLUTE temerity for me though is we have forgotten a ring in the hotel room. Then I have called and inquired whether they could not look whether the ring is still in the room. About 20 minutes later the call came Yes he is still there, we thought we were very happy. Then, the Lady on the phone said we should do that with Porto's talking about 67cent! She said if we transfer this amount or how exactly it jz run.

The Spa area offers something for everyone — both the Outside and Inside of the Sauna with a very entertaining Aroma and topics infusions — Sole-heated outdoor pool, steam, herbal and infra-red chambers are also available as well as a Sport — and family swimming pool. All in All, you can get this plant to recommend…

Am just from leoben come back! our room was very nice with views of the city, quiet with kl. Balcony. Food very good, Breakfast buffet rich, super selection-except bread not cheap! but the service (except front Desk very friendly and competent) furchbar intemperate overwhelmed, helpless unkompetent!
