We were 2 next in Leoben from 26.07 to today and were absolutely disappointed! From a Falkensteiner hotel you really expect something completely different, It was really a naughty thing.
On arrival we were welcomed in a reasonably friendly way, that was ok.
The floor of the room was completely dirty, water stains on the floor, as well as brown imprints throughout the room.
The curtain bar in front of the shower was broken off on the side of the corner and the curtain hung down.
There was still ash on the table of the front user on the balcony and the garbage can could not be opened, because the pedaling process of the bucket on the side was broken off.
At dinner, the appetizer was relatively quick at the table, waiting for the soup for over 35 minutes because of the completely overwhelmed service staff.
When the Griesnockerl soup was finally there, it was lukewarm and the Nockerl inside was still freezing cold.
The main course beef was also just lukewarm, if we hadn't been so starved, the dishes would have gone back, only longer we definitely didn't want to wait any longer. (it was already 21:20)
Friendly, the two drinks were then taken over after the gift and charged to the house.
In the morning we were asked when the check-out would be scheduled, one of the young girls said 10:00, although at check-in and 11:00 was said!
After we had consumed the breakfast, which also did not consist of more side dishes than gouda, salami, ham, a few tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, we went again to the reception to fetch our ribbons for the sauna. Apparently we were forgotten to register there again, even though we had already entered this the day before EXTRA early enough the day before. Now there was no room left to visit the sauna, an absolute naughtiness!
On the day of departure we stood in the 10:00 at the checkout, where the lady at the reception told us that departure was only from 11:00!
And so we couldn't even have the sauna In the morning visits and breakfast in peace, because the great reception staff apparently don't really know how or what's going on in the hotel!
It really seems that the right hand does not know what the left is doing!
