Very accommodating, prudent, friendly and attentive at the reception and in the restaurant. Example: Mobile phone was charged in reception because I had forgotten my charging cable. All in all: A relaxing, really pleasant stay in a beautiful environment. We'll be back!

From the Booking Request to Leaving the Hotel we were very satisfied, the Staff were invariably very friendly, competent and helpful. The Quality of the Breakfast was excellent, the Offer very great. All in all — a very pleasant Stay — we will be back safely.

The stay was again very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also very delicious and there was plenty of choice. Driving always happy there!

We stayed in the Sonnreich for 2 days. Friendly welcome, excellent service. As we had booked a voucher, the room was a bit older with the dark-red-brown furniture and the view was out back. It didn't bother me because we were just sleeping in the room. The room itself was great to me an extra couch and a desk. Bathroom also huge for a hotel, even with bathtub. Breakfast is versatile and sufficient. Service was very attentive and friendly. We liked it, would love to come back, but then three.

Simply top and we are very happy to come back. Hot breakfast, Super great food, plastic free drinks and sun gate tea ´ S. Lace!
Nice, cosy entrance area. The new bar has become beautiful. Very nice staff throughout the house. We love the in-house quiet bathing area.

The hotel was clean and nice! About the staff I can only pronounce a compliment it was every one very friendly and helpful! The food was very good and the choice was enough. What I personally didn't like most was the sports pool and the lounge area was a bit too cold! Otherwise the stay was very nice and very relaxing! Thanks again to the whole team.

Definitely recommend to anyone! Maybe there is a hot water pool in the hotel sauna area in the outdoor area. Pity there are no more infusions! Definitely come back. Have certainly been there 10 times. Very fine again and again. The friendly and helpful staff are particularly noteworthy.

It was a very pleasant stay at Sundays. Excellent cuisine and friendly staff. The rooms are top, unfortunately, the air conditioning is controlled centrally. The massage offer is very extensive, however, it was not possible for us to get the desired treatment for an appointment. Therefore, no evaluation at this point! At the Spa itself, you can complain only that it is in the sun, a sauna, still no run infusions. The Led infusions are therefore limited to a single Sauna in the Schaffelbad, which can only be used with a surcharge. Led infusions are standard in many spas already. Here, however, a certain amount of catching up to do. Despite these small shortcomings, I hold on to the Note 5. It was as always a wonderful stay.

Has just got a new indoor design — beatifull.

Very nice and clean room, unfortunately a bit older. Food excellent, selection unfortunately only manageable. Staff is very nice and friendly.

The room was beautifully redesigned. The food was perfect as always. The only minus point were the mattresses. They were too hard for me. I prefer to lie softer.

Unfortunately, only 2 nights were there, next time maybe longer. Everything was great. Excellent cuisine!

For people who like a complete tranquille enviorement.

In and of itself everything was fine with some exceptions that you would not want in the price category. Small minus point — the breakfast coffee! Unfortunately almost not drinkable. This is a big plus for the selection and quality of the breakfast and dinner buffet. Otherwise, everything is super clean and good service!

Nice rooms and very nice countryside. The service is good. The price seems to be fair for what you get. Unfortunately the spa area closes a little bit early in my opinion.

All in all very disappointing — my 10th and for time being last stay you can feel the saving course via the new owner not customer friendly opening times of SPA (Pool 7am-7pm — Steamroom/Sauna 12am) no Treatments on a Sunday Expensive Dinner — compared to last years much higher prizes — halfboard used to be €25, — and not it's up to €35, —!

High-level Hotel with its own spa and adjoining spa with fun park and numerous pools, saunas and everything you need. Look at the site. Excellent value for money.

We probably felt all around! Even the kids were really excited! If we should again be in Loipersdorf we are very happy to again check you! Especially great, we also found that we were allowed to use even the room on the day of departure until 17: 00. So we could go morning stress-free even in the spa and in the afternoon we could shower alone and check out.

The location of the hotel is very good and is surrounded by many hiking trails, tavern and Winery. The ambience and service are very high and a second visit. It was the first and the last. We were about content, and can highly recommend hotel "Vienna House". Price, service, performance in the complete package very good!

It is the small things that spoil the effect. The phone in the room did not; upon arrival were empty bottles in the refrigerator; the cleaning lady did not know we had late checkout and burst into the room, the service in the restaurant is friendly but not competent (personnel costs), regulars get no Prosecco in the room…
We come now for 8 years to you, each year at least 2 times; and the quality gradually decreases from year to year. It is still produced acceptable — price but that probably unfortunately not forever.

We get about 2 or 3 times a year in the hotel and each time we feel when we would get home. The entire staff is very friendly and obliging. The culinary of just pointed. The love nice Mr Varga always strives for guests. A big thank you.
Yes, not to mention the great sauna with the love Christa is anyway getting an experience.
We hope however, that we get back a sparkling wine and the small packaged Guglhupf, instead of the Apple juice and cake on the Board, as a welcome gift, please. Thank you!

S have been met my expectations. What I don't like: the balcony table in room 308 dissolves slowly. The linchpin of the Clothesline in the bathroom is broken. This shows House slow "aging" in General.
And last: the new name "Vienna House" for a hotel in Styria the 160 km Vienna is… Your marketing geniuses really only for the Russians have imagined it, or?

It has me really good at your hotel, this was the last time.
2 points that I have not so good like:
1. ) on their website they advertise the available Wi-Fi. It is also true that it has reception in most areas of the House. Unfortunately, I had one in my room. To work with the laptop, that was not so good. I had to go in the lobby.
2. ) the food at the restaurant was really excellent. After a good meal, I wanted to try the bar then and was surprised at how little is actually offered. Here I expected something more choice.

Service & food. I very much liked the Easter special activities for kids (Easter Bunny and torch procession was a highlight, on top with very friendly and family type execution). It has been my 5th visit and you are still No. 1 hotel for me and my family :-) Thank you!

The dinner in buffet form is very stressful, you may no longer reserve tables advance since latest, although at 6 there. Had 3 waiters at dinner, where nobody knew of us to who we should go now. A la carte is difficult, nothing local produce from the region. Buffet must be designed at holiday times more on children.

As a newcomer in your home, the information around the House, restaurant, and Spa should be slightly larger.
The case page choose your guests — we were not supervised, although both men had time…
Our room was not really clean (dust) — and we're not so picky like the hotel Tester in the TV…
Broken floor tiles and off usual carpets are a no go
The midday snack must apply for each day of the stay — is in the neighbouring hotels also so…
Offering breakfast and evening buffet was very large and also really good!
Bathrobes should be present also in size S!
The proximity to the adjoining Schaffelbad is super!

As a repeated guest per year — and this for many years — you can rely on the consistent quality in every respect. The in-house sauna area is a good and above all quiet — alternative to the thermal baths. In the long pool, you can start an active day from 7: 00 a. M. And the relaxation rooms offer relaxation and a setting to saunas to indulging the own thoughts.
It hardly wishes stay open — and if, then is if necessary gladly and quickly delivered a firmer cushion or the extra blanket or constant changes the room temperature to the desired level.
Top grade. For years!

Relax in the hotel's Spa. The infusions of "Christa". The food. The friendliness of the staff. The coffee machine in the room. The first fill of the minibar. My wife, Heidi, and I come back. We have fueled much force again in three days. You will be highly recommended by us. Thank you on this way to all of you.

Overall hotel standard. Though my wife said that the exersize room on the second floor was not as good as the 3rd floor.

We were as always very satisfied with our stay. Also ordered a bouquet of flowers was perfectly organized. The room is ok, the Spa is very nice, the staff very attentive and the food very good. The Breakfast in the 2nd floor of the carrot juice press, it created a construction site atmosphere, it is better not to set up or a quieter model to buy.

This was our second stay in the Spa & Conference and we were, like in the first Time, very satisfied. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean and cozy. The food was excellent and both the Breakfast as also the evening buffet a great selection of food. For me as a vegetarian, it is of course important that for me something Decent to eat. And I was not disappointed. In addition to vegetables, there were also dumplings with spinach stuffing, rice, potatoes, different salads etc. The buffet Breakfast was simply super. There are so many different things, there's something for everyone. The only drawback was in our booked a package that included lunch-time snack. There was goulash soup, sausage salad and as the only vegetarian Alternative: pasta soup. It was me, personally, a bit too unimaginative and too little. Because it would, in my opinion, if there is already a sausage salad, a vegetarian pasta salad. Then you would have had 2 things for the meat eaters and 2 stuff for the vegetarians. But this was not as bad as it could prevent me from doing my high opinion of this Hotel. Practically, I also think that you can reach the Spa from the Hotel via a corridor. So you can easily go from your room in your Bathrobe in the thermal Spa. Although it is a bit far, but still practical. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable but, unfortunately, much too fast. We will come back!

We had a great stay at your hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service and atmosphere. We did find the beds slightly uncomfortable, but loved the queen open room we stayed in. We also liked the food, but would have enjoyed a few more vegetarian options.

Unfortunately, the hotel's own spa area, Karin has us so well-liked. Only sports clothing and no"warm" water and the berths in the spa area were signs welcoming.

The staff is more than worried, is extremely friendly, accommodating and does the Best everything in your Power to make the guests happy and satisfied. Also the food is very recommendable and I have nothing to complain about. The room was very clean and beautiful so that you feel right from the start. All in All, I am more than satisfied and would anytime again this Hotel. A small point of criticism would be the price, because it is in my opinion a little too high.

We were disappointed that the Hotel no thermal water. The offer in the public thermal baths is very large, but financially unacceptable — the full price for a day ticket on arrival / departure day to pay is dubious, in the amount of the award. This invites a Rethinking, a Spa, select the entry in the public Spa included. Another option would be to 48 or 72 Stundenkarten from the Hotel with the Thermenverwaltung to negotiate and / or guests to offer.

The spa area is very nice and offers very good Aufguss events. Hotel has a perfect location and the atmosphere is very good. Only missing points are due to the breakfast service. Table were not cleaned and brushed up again to welcome next guests, offering limited but what was there was good.

A good Hotel with connecting corridor to the Schaffelbad. What more could you want? The Spa is a bit small but who doesn't need much to find some interesting things there. I'm still a big Fan of the Schaffelbads and will always this book :)

I am by and large comfortable. The Hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated, the staff is friendly and helpful. The offer in the Spa area is diverse, there is something for everyone! Unfortunately I'm not offer vegan food noticed and the offer of vegetarian dishes was low and fanatasielos. I would come back, if there is a range of vegan food there, or at least the vegetarian range will be expanded.

Very nice and large Hotel. Very friendly and fond of animals. Had two retrievers with and everything went totally smoothly. Even got a little Hundepaket. The food was plentiful and lots of choice. Rooms were top!

As a regular guest in this house, I have no special suggestions. It was, as always, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Was especially pleasant for us that in the summer, not so much guests, and the entire Spa area, Restaurant and the attention of the Services. Very nice was the Breakfast on the terrace. We come again in December!

A relaxing Spa vacation with beautiful Hiking, Cycling and excursions.

What impressed us is that everything was perfect, even the little things: Austrian style oven roasted Apples, tea Bar in the library, welcome drink. We will gladly come again, if the action is repeated. (1+1 free)

Price performance just does not fit. (Room and Buffet) More complicated and more expensive access to Spa, Schaffelbad etc.

Nice staff, flexibility in fulfilling special requests, super accommodating in form of baths-entrances, because the hotel's Spa was renovated. Food and wine tip.

The operation in the hotel bar leaves to be desired! Food is good. Otherwise, access is very cumbersome, and it has the character of a tourist trap. Rooms in the deluxe class more than easy.

Ideal for active and relaxing holidays. The staff is friendly and very professional. Direct access to the Schaffelbad is handy, but the spa and fitness area is so well equipped that you must visit the Spa not every day. :).

The hotel in 2002 year. Great location, excellent thermal resort. Beautiful terrain. Silence. By the way, if I am not mistaken, the hotel belonged to Interkontinentalû. There you need to go and see everything and try to speak and tell the difficult. How can you describe bathing in the warm mineral water in January month:).

TERRIBLE food! Served self service buffet style, so pre-cooked then left to dry, cool, stew and generally become inedible. A la carte would be merely same food brought to table. Place is too big — 300 yard walk from reception to room! Price includes spa facilities so inappropriate for an overnight stop en route. Just too rambling. Staff good. Lawnmowers wake you at dawn. Water tepid only so no hot bath. Air conditioning difficult to adjust and apparently turned off centrally about 11 p. M. After we'd gone bed, so uncomfortable night sleep.

Quality of the buffet at a Christmas ceremony really bad.
