I went only for one dinner. It was excellent: from service to tastyness. They have wide range of good wines.

Super nice holiday in February with a great panorama view of the thermal spa Loipersdorf We were sooo enthusiastic about the hotel and staff. All were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. You will be warmly received at the entrance, then taken to the room and personally instructed in everything. The food was really very tasty and nicely prepared. This was really a PERFECT couple's holiday, which we can only recommend ❤ we will definitely be back soon!

We spent a night here on our wedding day. Simply to escape from everyday life and enjoy time for two. The room was very attractive and the service team was very friendly. We had our dinner and lunch in the room and it tasted great. We can definitely recommend your stay in Maier's cuddly hotel and will be happy to come back.

We are happy to be guests at the Maiers Kuschelhotel and will come back safely. Was our 5 visit! Unfortunately, this time we had to find some defects in the room. At the moment the "Wellnesshotel" is being converted into a "sleep good hotel" and thus should not be so closely considered for the cuddly hotel?! But by and large it was a dream stay again! Food and service are top!

Fantastic location. Exceptionally! Great garden architecture, LOEBEFull furnished rooms, discreet and very good service, top-level food (5-course menu), one of the best and richest breakfast buffets, highly recommended!

Service was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean down to the ceiling, but this has been fixed immediately. The balcony leaves something to be desired, because this cannot be described as a balcony in this suite where we were. The food has to lie one. From our side, have not been ours. Otherwise a nice hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and quiet, the reception was very cordial, we immediately felt comfortable.
Our room was very nice and cozy furnished.
The sauna area I small but nice.
Unfortunately we could not use the garden as it was still too cold.
The Restautant, breakfast room and terrace invite you to linger.
The breakfast in the room is extensive and above all punctual.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly, adapting to the needs of the guests in the best possible way.
All in all it was a very nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely be hollow again.
Now of course I must also justify my star deduction…
Unfortunately our room was not as clean as it should be, respectively. As you would expect. The room was not dirty or unhygienic but dusty our guess is that our room has not been forgiven for longer and the dust layer has accumulated over the weeks. The biggest deduction is however for the private erotic room This was unfortunately very unhygienic… it was noticed that it was cleaned, also thoroughly museum, there were stains on the armchair and the walls and a smell (to which I would not like to go further) which gave us the evening Ruined it. In such premises hygiene must be at Ertser place!
It is not supposed to mean that the hotel is dirty or dingy… It only needs someone whose main task is cleanliness and hygiene. Many save on room staff and these are often under time.

Excellent location, great concept, but unfortunately many shortcomings. Kitchen absolutely tasteless, glasses knocked out, hygiene in Erotikroom catastrophic, hair from the predecessor, as well as sperm traces. Would not book it anymore. Also, do not take spa vouchers anymore, although asked for booking.

Very cozy house. The reception was very friendly.
The rooms are bright. Friendly and relatively large. Small box food in the restaurant (cuddle dinner) was great.
In the dining room it was also dark in the morning and cool.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The 5 course dinner was top served we tasted great. Staff very attentive and very very friendly. You will be greeted very friendly at the entrance. Everything was very clean in size and overall highly recommended and very relaxing.

The rooms are very stylish, clean and with love. We were especially able to relax in the jungle spa. The breakfast was simply sensational with this variety and especially lovingly prepared for the eye.
The tranquility and friendliness of the staff radiates to the guests and is noticeable even in the large breakfast room!

We stayed with you from 2nd to 4.4.18in a fantasy room and enjoyed the weekend to the fullest!
After a very nice reception we moved into our very stylish and lovingly furnished, clean room.
We were able to relax especially at the Jungle Spa, which was hardly used by others, although it is very inviting. (Small review: Unfortunately, the Himalayan salt scent did not work in the Jungle Soleum. )
The breakfast was simply sensational with this variety and especially lovingly prepared for the eye delicious.
The peace and friendliness that the staff radiates is transmitted to the guests and is even noticeable in the large breakfast room!
We were very happy to be there and will certainly come back!

The hotel is a real dream. The staff is super friendly and reads every wish from the eyes. We had the luck this time and have received an upgrade as our suite unfortunately has fallen victim to a burst pipe. She was the absolute dream we can really recommend the hotel.
Got a bunch of roses from my sweetheart that was organized over the hotel, which looks like freshly bought after five days.

Great romantic ambiance. We will certainly visit again for our annual breather. Rooms were clean. Food was delicious and the service super friendly and accommodating.

If the hotel were a little cheaper, four stars would have been reasonable, but for this price region you would expect a near perfect hotel. On the whole also OK, however you should not look too closely (water damage, mold to silicone joints, ) the climate in the restaurant is much too cool, you had to get something to take over.
Hotel is designed for eroticism rather than cuddly experience.

The room is very nice and also clean. The receptionist was rude. The waiter at dinner was nice, but not very competent for the price. The décor is also not very appealing in the restaurant. The food was unfortunately heavily salted. I felt more like a ready-made dish and not like a course menu.

We had the superior suite with sauna and jacuzzi the rooms are very stylishly furnished, details such as the erotic minibar cover numerous wishes.
The staff is very busy and discreet — a special thank you to the reception, who left the room longer (due to logistical problems regarding travel home with public funds)!
The food was very well and stylishly prepared, the wine list rich. The tables are too close to each other, however, because the other couple sat in such a close distance to us that it was already very cuddly and every word to listen was…
Another (small) point of criticism: in order to be able to escape from everyday life (without children), it is also necessary to be able to sleep a little, there is eternally long sucking with accompanying polishing at 8.30h somewhat counterproductive
