We stayed here for the first time this year and were greeted very warmly and friendly at the reception on arrival. The hotel is modern with great attention to detail and yet totally comfortably furnished. Whether in the lobby, the dining room, on the terrace, the spa area inside/outside or in the room, you feel comfortable everywhere. Kudos to the entire rope team:
THANKS to the kitchen for the great breakfast buffet and the super delicious, very varied menu every evening
THANKS to the dear good-hearted Elisabeth and her friendly service team, who are VERY attentive and fulfill all the wishes of the guests
THANKS to the floor team, it is really always everything tiptop clean
THANKS to the Gassner family, you have created an absolute oasis of well-being here!
And all this in a beautiful environment in which we have not yet explored everything.
We will be back for sure!

Dear family Gassner, dear staff, thank you very much for the wonderful holiday. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. From check-in to cleaning the rooms as well as the very tasty food, everything was right. Especially the people who work in this house are a jewel. We have never experienced such a warm hospitality. Everyone has taken care of the well-being and has responded to requests, whether at the reception, in the restaurant or in the room service. The offered hikes were varied and are very well managed by Moni. Also the "wild watching" with completion on the alpine pasture was great fun. The spa and wellness area is very clean, towels can be changed at any time, drinks and snacks are available, just great and you can switch off super. Parking spaces were available for guests. We also thought it was great that alcohol-free drinks were available free of charge until 8 p. M. And that you got a delicious soup or small dish at lunchtime.
