The warm-hearted hospitality and care for the family, Beer is just great. The food is excellent, and children of all ages are welcomed with great cordiality welcome!

Really great hotel. Good condition great food, great location. I was there 3 nights with my family and definetly will do that again!. One thing that stood up was the service, l which was helpgul freandly and was given warm hartly with a smile and at the minute you asked for it.

The Beer family must be praised. Kindness and cleanliness and food 1a. Simply a super family-friendly hotel and very well organized. Best of all we come back in August because we like it so much.

Already at the first contact I had a very good feeling and also booked the same. Once there, everything positive has also been confirmed. We made a men's holiday over Christmas with 2 adults and 4 boys. The hotel is located in the heart of Wagrain and from there everything is perfectly reachable. The rooms are very nice and clean. The kitchen is excellent, which is managed by the junior chef. We have no wishes left and we will certainly be back. A great compliment to the beer family who makes their cause with love. Thank you. Family run hotel with a smile on all employess and owners faces. Nice and big family room. Good bathroom with bath/douche and a separate toilet. Breakfast fine for a good start on the ski slopes, daily choice of freshly baked /cooked eggs with or without bacon / ham/ cheese. Dinner with delicious soups, salad bar and meat /fish/ vegetarian choice. Some evenings the serve a buffet of meat dishes and desserts. Right across the street is the skibus stop, which takes you to the Grafenberg skilift in just a couple of minutes. We had a great ski vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in January. Have stayed in Wagrain previously at a different hotel but would definitely return to the Schautter. Roland, Lisa and parents are excellent hosts and go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable. We stayed in the Guesthouse which is 3-4 minutes walk away but we did not find this a problem and would be more than happy to stay there again. The bus stops directly outside with direct access to the Mozart, Greaffenburg etc The food is excellent, accommodation spotlessly clean, great location — what more could you ask for!

Best experience. Best triple room with large loggia. Super quality building — we liked a lot. Very good breakfast. Just a suggestion: to open few tables for a-la-cart service in the evening. Thank you!

Update 23.08.2016 I can only confirm the positive things I wrote last year. Fantastic Beer family: we will definitely return! ********************* The hotel is beautiful, the owners are friendly, professional, warm. The food is outstanding. If I do not give full marks it is because the position penalizes him a little, because it is in the town center on a busy road and without a garden or a green area outside. In any case, the soundproofing is perfect.

We were at the Hotel Schattauer for the first time and were very satisfied.
The breakfast was very rich and the dinner (5 courses) varied and spicy, as well as always beautifully garnished.
The room was spacious and clean.
The Beer family and all the staff made you feel in good hands.
We will certainly spend our next holiday there again.

We stayed at the hotel as guests the previous Christmas week and were very satisfied. The rooms are large and very well maintained that food was very varied — it shuttled between Nouvel's cousin and local cuisine.
At our request, the sauna was switched on every day and the towels were provided.
We will be happy to come back next year.

I stayed with my family (myself, my wife and two children) at the Schattauer Hotel for a week from 20th to 27th July 2013: A wonderful holiday, the courtesy and professionalism of the Beer family made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is located in a strategic position to know every day different places, use of the Salzburgcard (included in the price of the room) allows to take advantage of all the services and the attractions of the Territory. A special recognition to the skill of the chef, every evening excellent culinary proposals, cooked with mastery and served with care and elegancy. Hotel certainly to recommend!
