They did not empty our TRASH CANS IN JUNE WITH 26 DEGREES OUTSIDE OR MAKE OUR BEDS! This is inacceptabile for a 3 star hotel or any other sort! To get back in your room in JUNE, 26 DEGREES OUTSIDE and to smell your GARBAGE! SHAME ON YOU, WE PAID 87 EUROS PER NIGHT AND YOU DO NOT ENTER OUR ROOM TO MAKE THE BEDS OR THROW THE GARBAGE?!?!?! Also the room needs a serious makeover. Please see the photos and the receptionist could change her attitude to be a little nicer to her guests. When we got here we only had one set of towels. For a double room it is kind of weird to call for a second set. Overall I do wonder why didn't they do their damn job?! (In the photos you can see also thay the shower is no working properly)
Had a great stay here. Located right next to a tram stop, so super easy to get to city and the airport.
