Convenient location. I don't see any other poles. Let's start with the fact that there are no slippers and robes (it's in the hotel 4 stars), the request answered that ended, at the entrance and departure we were not helped with luggage. The problem with shower items in the bathroom: there is no hair conditioner, in the room for three one set vanity set (after cleaning is not replenished). Grey bedding and towels. No air conditioning, open the windows at night and hear ALL the sounds from other rooms. Poor housekeeping, when checking in the toilet cover was in spots. Very scarce breakfasts that are not replenished. They couldn't print the bill when they left. Unfriendly staff. When leaving could not be questioned from the receptionist to call a taxi, to which he began to get nervous and to carry himself not professionally. 2 stars no more.

Very nice rooms, bathroom amenities are great, great and varied breakfast, for everyones taste, very good located in the city center!

This was perfect for what we wanted. The place was great/clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is located right in old town near everything.

A totally sweet hotel in the middle of the old town. On foot in a few minutes in the Getreidegasse and on the Hohenfestung. Also to the house of nature in a short time. But the most important thing, a very lovable and hard-working staff who always stands by with advice and deeds.
Only for recommendation!

Very close to the center a double room, the 42, very well furnished with the bathroom clean and well equipped.
Wooden floors instead of the obnoxious carpets.

Comfortable, friendly hotel. Right in the centre of Salzburg, close to everything to do! Staff helpful, only thing to mention is our room got very warm and we couldn't find anyway to control the heat, bar keeping the window open. But that's a personal thing. Overall really good stay.

Hotel ok. For a 4 star house I had expected more … there are better hotels in the area …

Brought my tour group here for 3 nights, and have stayed here previously. Everyone was pleased with their rooms. Clean and up to day. Bathrooms decent size. Staff friendly. Breakfast is extra but plentiful. Close to tram stop. Centrally located in the old town, easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely keep coming back.

Great access to everything and not in the hubub of the "shopping alley". Great rooms. As with every German hotel we've been in, no AC. Paid parking, 17 Euro / day a 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again! Hospitality was great and breakfast was good (not included in room price).

Nice rooms and beds. Convenient location, but on a street where you will hear tourists late in to the night if you want your windows open.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room is tidy and neat. The breakfast offers a variety of meat, bread and vegetables, all taste pretty good. The hotel has only one tiny elevator and it doesn't reach the fifth floor, the top floor. You have to carry your luggage and climb a flight of stairs to get there when checking in.

Just steps from everything, Mozart's square, the river, a beautiful 5 min walk to Mirabella palace/gardens. The staff was great, so was the breakfast buffet. The only negative was no air conditioning.

An excellent place to stay! My husband and I loved being in Altstadt right before Christmas. Great location for the Christkindlmarkt. It was easy to walk to all the main sights as well, and we always enjoyed returning to our beautiful room. The historic building is well-maintained with comfortable modern appointments and the breakfast was one of our best in Europe! Reception was super nice, too! The hotel is just near Mozart Plat, on the opposed side of the rush street. Very easy to take a walk or take the bus from the hotel. The staff is very very friendly and warm and helpful. The room is comfortable! Don't miss the hotel if you visit Salzburg.
