This hotel is super! The rooms are clean and modern. Mine looked like it was recently redone. There is adequate room, with a big, soft bed. There was a tub for bathing that had a curtain to allow for taking a shower. The mini-bar was well stocked. Good bar with excellant service. I had a burger with fries in the bar. The food was very tasty. The down sides: The toilet was situated sideways in an alcove that made it difficult too stand up after using, there was only 1 very thick blanket for the bed, and the prices for the mini — bar were very high. I still give it 5 stars because it was very comfortable and quiet.

Convenience to the airport is the thing this hotel does best. Be warned that a standard room has no coffee, no tea, not even an empty cup. And it’s kind of old and depressing looking. Don’t be fooled by the sexy lobby, your standard room will not look like that. Breakfast is not free, as a quick look at the website would have you think. The restaurant dinner buffet was good, but the meats could have been better. The bar is overpriced. Construction started promptly at 7:30 am, despite us being told it would start at 9:30.

The room was okay, but average for the price I paid. The shower was very quirky… The shower head was to the side of the bath so to shower you have no choice but to stand uncomfortably on the plug hole. I was apparently given an upgraded room, but my view was the multi story car park. Hate to think of the view I could have had. The evening meal was the saving grace, I had fillet steak with pepper sauce on the side. This was perfect.

The hotel is tired. The rooms are smoked, the eyes are cutting. Furniture, upholstery, it's time to change everything. Although for 130 euros you can not pay attention to it. The restaurant is quite decent.

Since my wife and I had a plane in the noon next day, in order to save time and avoid early get out to catch the plane, we choose NH Vienna airport hotel, the location is near the terminal, you can walk their place easily with you baggage. The staff in front desk are very nice and polite, they deal the check-in rapidly and give you warm greeting, noted and remind you dinner bar, breakfast buffet opening time. The room is quiet and clean, it has kettle and refrigerator both, and you may drink the water from the faucet. It’s really nice for both of us to have a cup of hot tea after tired, long, rush journey. I will recommend all of you NH airport Vienna hotel and it save you lots of time to catch the plane, it is a nice place to take rest in your Europe trip.

Very nice hotel. Very costly. Hotel is close to airport, walking distance only. Reception area is too big and staff is very good. Rooms are pretty much big and very good. Beds and room is neat and cleaned. Nice view during rainy time. Nice hotel.

It is very close to the airport (on the left side of the train station terminal). The breakfast buffet is wonderful but the bathroom amenities are not up to par (no bidet) and no conditioner. For a person who stayed only for a few hours to sleep, eat and bathe those bathroom essentials were important (hence the less than five be star rating.

Comfortable and functional. Good hearty food. Large clean room. Very helpful staff. No airport noise despite it being on the doorstep of one of Europe's busiest.

The service is intimate and the English is very standard, the price is reasonable and there is a bathtub, the room is very clean, the design is extremely good. Another great point is the location is very good, and the car is only a street away, the train station is only one street apart, with the third Airlines Xiamen walk about 1~2 minutes, the first flight Xiamen about 2~3 minutes. Such a good location is especially convenient for travelers with a lot of luggage.

The smell goes down at the entrance, The Age hotel, three stars firm, at night will go if in a city laziness to drive or a transplant prolonged. Near railway station (30 m) and rent parking, from the airport on foot 100 m.

A very nice and comfortable place. Spacious room for a couple. The only drawback is no water heater in the room. The access to the hotel from the tour bus parking area is not friendly. Need to lift up the heavy luggage over a pavement.

I’m subtracting 2 stars for the following reasons: 1 because the room on my second stay wasn’t nearly as nice as the room during my first stay, and not a room worthy of 4 stars (it was a 3 star room), and second, because the bartender kicked us out 30 mins before closing time (this was May 6, 18). We had just arrived from a tiring 24hr travel and the last thing we needed was some rushing us to finish our glass of wine. Reception said bar is open until 1 am, but he kicked us out at 12.30. Fix this problem, fix all the rooms, and you will get a 5 star review.

The staff were very helpful Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast varied and abundant with a space reserved for gluten free products.

The proximity to the airport, opposite arrivals — and departure building, unbeatable. Price performance is not in any relation. €120 for 1 night. A pleasant smell in the entrance area up to the reception. Unfriendly staff in the restaurant and dirty room.

The hotel's location is surely aimed at business travellersand meetings. Within walking distace from airport but still peaceful and silent. Together with the conference center it indeed was convenient for the 2 days long meeting I had there. In general there was nothing remarkable — as other NH hotels it offered a clean, well supplied room, courteous staff and decent breakfast menu. The only downside was that the architect of the particular building had had no respect for taller people. With 195 cm my head was literally hitting the ceiling when showering and an occasional door frame also seemed lower than 2m — a problem I hadn't encountered before.

Great location — walking distance from the airport. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable. I don't speak German yet they were accommodating and spoke English to me. Rooms are clean and service is wonderful. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

For a reservation by mail I have waited over a week for an offer (until then I have reserved in the meantime differently). At the interim Nachtelfonieren, they wanted to transfer me to Spain. Annoying if no one is responsible for anything. There are probably different rooms, anyway it is madness for a very high price to get such a bad room. Hellhörigst! There is a connecting door to the next room or space. Very worn equipment and the white tiles in the bathroom should be subjected to a more precise cleaning. When checking in as well as at check out, there were problems with the cost transfer that was already sent in advance, so I simply paid everything myself for time reasons. The breakfast was very good. Oh and on my credit card statement, I was then simply deducted the local tax without any information.

Good location although is not central.

Restaurant good, reception slow and room old, worse-than-expected for a hotel of these characteristics. The new zone, I guess that will have room more in line with what is expected, but do not again assess.

Ingenious Lobby. Great comfortable rooms with very nice views! Absolutely recommended!

My initial experience with the front desk staff was not impressive. Bordering on the inept. I had emailed the hotel for a daytime rate, 9am to 6pm as I had 10 hrs between flights. I was quoted 79 EUR via email. They upped the rate to 85 Euros on check in. The receptionist had no idea about day rates. The manager had to intervene. Still took me 30 minutes to check in. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was nice. Curtains were darkening enough to sleep well. Soaps and shampoos were adequate, towels soft. TV channel were upto international standards. I used the gym which had one inoperative strength training machine. The belts on the treadmills were frayed and worn out. Bonus is that the hotel is next to the airport. Look for the airport control tower… hotel is next to it. The candy at the reception is yummy!

Horrible customer service Got stuck in the elevator this morning… so pressed the alarm button… then tried calling reception 4 times for help… only once they picked up and said someone will come… I had a flight to catch… was totally panicked… their staffs unapologetic and cold behaviour to my situation was upsetting to say the least… their staff is not trained to handle these situations… just putting good looking people to represent hotel brand only goes so far… NH should be ashamed of their customer service!

The best Crewhotel ever! Room, dinner, breakfast… Great. Even a crew lounge at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay there. The location is terrific, and allows to reach the terminal in foot for maximum flexibility. Otherwise, the hotel is very spacious with a big restaurant area, a grand lobby and a very pleasant hotel bar. The hotel looks new and very well maintained. It has a nice Wellness area that allows for a workout and relaxation time. I only got to experience the evening buffet, which was well stocked and tasty. I was offered a breakfast box instead of the breakfast due to my early departure. That was at check in but then apparently forgotten during check out. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for any traveler passing through Vienna.

Perfect Hotel, the general language is German, although they speak all perfect English, but there is a very nice Spanish receptionist and always willing to collaborate co "their countrymen", all very clean and well organized. They have smoking rooms.

The hotel is located right on the airport grounds and is therefore perfect to stay there before the day of departure. It is a modern-looking hotel and you will be greeted very nicely. Large lobby with good restaurant and bar.
The rooms, however, have rooms in the "old building" and modern rooms. At our last stay we had an old room and that was very disappointing. The furniture was ungepfelgt, tiles in the bathroom loose and everything seemed to be more comfortable. In addition, the next day we had no hot water due to a burst pipe in the morning. However, the staff responded immediately and gave us a room in a building wing that was not affected by the burst pipe and we were allowed to wash ourselves there. This room was in the same hallway as our room, just on the opposite side and this was a nicely modern furnished room with nice floors and bathrooms. Plus for the quick response at burst pipe, but minus that we have got such an old room, although we have been relegated more often.

Staff was helpful and rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was regular and hotel is extremely close to airport. Literally a walk across to the airport to Terminal 1. Taxi service offered directly from the hotel is extremely reliable and very prompt although pricey.

It is a small but excellent hotel. First of all, it is difficult to meet a hotel of high quality compared to this price or building size. Although it is not magnificent or glamorous, it is high in quality and level. The facilities for business guests stand out and are close to the lobby, such as conference rooms and crew lounges, making it convenient to use. The rooms are handy with mesium-sized facilities, and the bathroom, bed nibble, temperature control and pillows are well-adjusted and fluffy. There is almost no noise from the external soundproofing system and the internal heating and cooling system. It is very close to the airport and is close to the city center. There's many bus route to surround city such as Budapest, Prague etc. The breakfast buffet is made up of health food and has a high reputation among people in the US and Europe. The Crew lounge is equipped with state-of-the-art PCs, including high-end decorations, including coffee machines, bottled water, beverages, tea and color printers. The GYM is large and big, especially the sauna facilities are the best. The only complaint is that there are too few dumbbells and there is no facility for weight training. There are cheap composite products but they are old and have been left for a long time in a broken state. Employees are all friendly and committed to their duties. But sometimes late check-in process.

Great location if you've got an early morning flight. Rooms are nice and large, and aren't too noisy.

Arrived before 10 am after a long flight. Check-in procedure was quick but I had to pay 30€ in order for them to give me a room before the official check-in time. Very expensive on top of what I've already paid but after a long flight, all I wanted was rest and a hot shower. So I paid for it. Receptionist didn't bother to inform me of the Wi-Fi log in procedures as well as the location of the lifts until I asked. Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I had my lunch and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendlier at the restaurant. Food was superb. The spread at the breakfast buffet was beyond expectation. Made up for the expensive room rate. Checkout was a breezy affair. I had a different front desk staff who served him and he had a much friendlier disposition than the one who checked me in. Room was spacious, albeit slightly outdated in decor. There was complimentary coffee and tea but you have to pay for mineral water. Shower has good water pressure which I really enjoyed. Hotel lobby and restaurant were really nice but I felt underwhelmed by the room. For convenience and lack of options, I would probably come back again if I need to transit in Vienna. It's literally just about 3-5 minutes away from the airport. Would be nicer if front desk staff could be friendlier.

The hotel is good located at the airport terminal and just a few steps from the train station. Wide and inviting lobby area. Rooms are clean and modern furnished. However, the HDF floors are very cold especially in winter time. The bath aminities are excellent. Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant offers a wide selection of foods. It was my second stay at this hotel and I would choose it again if I will have to stay at Vienna airport.

We had dinner at the Restaurant and we descompusimos. I don't recommend it under any terms.

Nice enough hotel. Thin walls and I question the diligence of the cleaning staff (pretty sure the is hair shavings on the shower wall. I don't shave. Nor do I shave daily. Nor would I shave in the shower. Also, the cleaning staff left my window open… It's about 5 degrees outside. : (

After a long day of travel arrived with my family of four and they could not find my reservation. It was unclear whether the fault was theirs or the booking company. But it took 45 minutes to get checked in. I asked that they comp my family's breakfast for the inconvience. They refused. I talked to the booking agency. They tried to talk to NH and gave me a name. I waited for an hour and then spoke to the "gentleman" I was refered to. After feigning ignorance of the issue, he finally acknowledged the issue and the inability to squarely assign blame on NH or the booking company, but still refused to comp our breakfast. He offered me one drink, when I refused explaining that I don't drink — he offered me two drinks? What the …? How much does the 25 Euro buffet breakfast cost them? 4 Euros? Never staying here again. Too bad. It's a nice hotel, but absolutely no concern for the comfort of a customer.

I'll say first that this review is only about the lounge and bar of the hotel. The service was made by a great bartender whose name is Valentin Lonite, he was a specialist for sure. A great ambiance to drink and relax between flights.

Average hotel. I had two rooms, armchair style Louis XVI Torn,
Dirty bathroom joints, no soundproofing, you hear all planes. Hair dryer full of cream, no heating. Rusty lamp foot, wallpaper off and dust everywhere! Check out very long. Very cold reception. Other than that, very high price…

Basic business hotel suitable for short stay at airport. Reception and bar staff all polite, helpful and efficient. I would recommend if you need a place for one night.

The hotel was nice. It was a ~5 minute walk from the car rental drop off lot and another ~5 walk to our terminal in the morning. The room wasn't the nicest looking, but it was fully functional. I wish the shower had a curtain or some glass to keep water from getting into the bathroom floor.

Hotel is ok for over night stay, but nothing special. Rooms are big but very basic (with exception of big screen TV). One of the towels in my bathroom was dirty. I stayed here because of the missing flight connection. For that location is perfect as it is just outside of the airport terminal 3. Also dinner and breakfast are quite good and the service is very good.

Located just 50m from the airport, it is the perfect place to stay if you leave Vienna with an early flight or if you arrive late. The restaurant offers a delicious dinner buffet.

I would call it chaotic… I travel a lot… in many aereporti I stop… beautiful and ugly… but messed up like this I have not found…

Nice hotel, comfortable room, king size bed, quiet, luxurious and very varied breakfast! Two small downsides: the lighting system of the rooms (many buttons in all the senses of which only half walk) and the fact that nobody knows how to speak French in a 4 star hotel!

Very convenient for travelers. But drinks in minibar are quite expensive. Ironically, I will suggest to walk to arrival floor. You can find SPAR supermarket there.

Extremely convenient stay right opposite the terminal 1 entrance at the Vienna airport. It's also located right next to the rental car service and the airport train station. The rooms are quite luxurious and big enough. Beds were very comfortable though a little narrow. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back…

Do not stay here if you want to take a shower. How does 21st century Vienna not have shower curtains? Water all over the floor. Are they trying to be cheap? I called reception and was told they do not provide. On top of that tub was extremely slippery and almost busted butt several times. Seriously bath only! Also, Room air conditioning did not work and had to be transferred to another room. Other than that not too bad for a 3 star hotel… Updated to 3 stars because they ended up moving me to a room that had a shower curtain and AC that works.

The room was decent enough, you are paying for the convenience of being at the airport. It was a nice one night stay marred by one bad thing. When I got home and looked at my statement I discovered there was a duplicate charge on my card a few days later for the same amount. This was resolved quite quickly over a few days after I got my bank involved. It's a disturbing reminder to always check your statements.

Very good 4* business hotel in perfect location. Good business center for conferences nearby. Cosy rooms, good restaurant and a bar.

Booked room with king size bed not available. No Upgrade, had to rely on a single bed. Bathroom was ripped on some of the tiles and fragmented. The TV channel selection was huge, including. Sky. The Breakfast was the Highlight! A lot of selection and very tasty!

It's hard to judge and review having stayed a single night but I found the hotel convenient, staff professional and friendly. Served its purpose well (stayed with a toddler to catch an early flight). Cot was already prepared and ready, which was quite a nice gesture.

Best for those who stay one night for waiting a next flight. 2 minutes from airport on foot. Here are many tourists from east or south east asia. It takes about 30minutes to center of vienna. The last train from Wein Mitte (city center) leaves 23:45.

Very conveniently located just next to the airport. Fast reception staff and very friendly restaurant staff that serves you fast. Room surprisingly large, but a bit old fashioned. The room itself is very clean and the bed is large and comfy. Easy to connect to the internet. Bathroom with separate toilet. I will be back the next time I am in Vienna.

Very good place to rest a night, speak several languages. The bad thing is that the shampoo bathroom gave me allergy.

Très mauvaise isolation sonore, impossible de dormir en raison du tapage nocturne de gene irrespectueux. 189€ c'est cher payé pour ne pas se reposer la nuit. Very bad sound insulation capacity, the rumour of some disrespectful people makes the night into a nightmare. 189€ for a sleepless night is much too expensive.

They overbooked hotel and put us in the other much older hotel 20 min away. They not only stole our 1, 5h of sleep but also put us in old (by design, — about 20 years not renovated) hotel with non working air conditioner (at maximum cooling it was 25 oC in the morning). 166 eur for it and no discount or upgrade. Super nice! Conclusion: booking this hotel does not guarantee that you will sleep there, — 50 % chance. Especially if your flight is late, and even if you gave your flight number to track it. They just give your room to people, who come before you.

So, it's a standard 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean. I wouldn't say anything was tacky, loud, or smelly. The bed was comfortable, and internet WAS included. That other review scared me beforehand, but it's not true, the internet works fine, at least as of Feb 20, 2015 — and there's no crazy password to learn either, it's straight forward. Flat screen TV in the room, though no HBO. I had a bath tub but it's a bit dangerous. It's a very rounded tub, especially near the shower head, so it's easy to slip and fall. I wonder how many injuries they get in that place. Food was terribly over priced. Dinner options are a 25 Eu buffet, or alla cart items starting at 10 for pasta, 15 for a burger, and 24 for schnitzel. Luckily the airport's right next door with a quality grocery store (closes at 9:30) a restaurant/pub (closes at 9) and McDonalds. Room had a minifridge which is good for snacks from that grocery store. One funny thing, there's a balcony over looking the entrance as you enter the building. You won't notice it while entering, but you'll accidentally stop there when trying to get back down to the main lobby. I think it's for secret service and mafia to know when someone's entered the hotel. At least it was empty when I got there. I think I'm safe ;).

165€ for one nigth in a small room with small bathroom (no bath tub, just shower) its a lot of money.

Sauna, Fitnesscenter, leider kein Schwimmbad. Zimmer o. K. Und sauber. Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Ich war positiv überrascht. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals war gegeben.

Loud, smelly, tacky and overpriced. Breakfast, internet, and headphones should be included.
