4 star hotel without air conditioning only a small fan.

For one night, everything was good! I apreciate how clean the room is!

Top hotel near Vienna Airport. Locked parking can be rented at low cost. We used for our holiday — parked car at the hotel parking lot, been taken by the hotel staff to the airport, on the return with the taxi voucher back to the hotel and slept there one night.
Rooms were very clean and spacious, staff very friendly. Breakfast played all the pieces.
Will book here again next time — highly recommended.

This hotel advertises itself as “Hein Hotel, Vienna airport”. Do not believe it, it is false advertising. I just paid 13€ from the airport to get here and will have to pay another 13€ to get back to the airport. If I add that to the price I paid for a tiny room in this hotel, I could have stayed at a comfortable hotel right at the airport, walking distance from the terminal. The room has no air conditioning and has no restaurant. Stay away from here.

The hotel has low standard for 4*, I have to stay there for 1 night because of missed flight, the only advantage is that it's close to the airport and it's clean. However: — there is no air-conditioning, it was very hot in the room — there is no mini-bar — no real restaurant available in the hotel, there is a small bar with too few tables where they only serve disgusting, cold, overcooked pasta with some sad sauce on it, so there is nothing eatable available in the hotel. Why don't you just give some dog food to your guests, it will be even cheaper :p — no early-breakfast option available if you leave before 06:00 — the reception is closed at night, so if you arrive late or need something in the middle of the night, you have to wait until morning — no toiletries available in the bathroom I have never seen a 4-star hotel with such a low standard, even in non-European countries.

A squalid hotel. Collaborates with airlines to accommodate passengers with cancelled flights and other problems. A shabby, cheap room, lack of toiletries (given that passengers often have everything left in the luggage, which is at the airport). Furniture is the most primitive more than 10 years ago.

Close the airport! Good if you have a fly early in the morning.

Super Hotel for a sightseeing trip in Vienna. We had a great stay and are happy to come back! The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and beautiful and the breakfast very good. Top recommendation!

I was just a guest in the bar, but the bar was great! Dominic (the bartender) was super friendly and accommodating. The music unfortunately less good and the red wine too warm. Dominic pre-cooled the glasses for us and as a result it was a wonderful treat.

Nice hotel, everything clean and all staff very friendly. Due to my professional life, I spent several days in this hotel, which I cannot recommend for a longer stay. This is not due to the hotel but in the immediate vicinity there is simply nothing. Therefore, much better suited for short stays. All the extra wishes were fulfilled by the hotel itself, thank you very much for that.

Super hotel to spend the night before a flight. And you can also park the car at the hotel for the duration of your holiday. And this is also very attractive in terms of price. Unfortunately, my car had when I picked up a small dent in the driver's door again. But otherwise, everything was OK.

Definitive the worse of the two Hotels in Mannswörth. For me only a stopgap. Thanks to the good Breakfast, there was a third Extra star.

Great hotel for an airport stop over. Thought the limited menu would be a problem but I tried most of it and it was all top quality. Great receptionist took care of all my needs like booking taxi etc. And all with a really good attitude and smile.

Good and inexpensive hotel for passengers, but also providers of secured parking spaces including shuttle service to the airport Vienna Schwechat. I have been using the Hein Hotel for many years as a parking lot when I booked a flight from Vienna. Once I was overnight. The rooms are modern and clean, the bar is very pleasant. If the flight starts early in the morning, you get a packed lunch. The shuttle service back to the hotel is also quick and easy.

More hôtel than restaurant. Good bar and room are Nice but food Is more snike style. Good for the voyageur waiting for another flight the day after.

Terrible service and place. No "thank you", "please" and "welcome". Manager of the hotel is more important than Queen Elizabeth and any guest. Maybe that's the reason that hotel is empty?

Hotel with modern and well kept interiors, very courteous staff, easy to reach and convenient to the communication routes 10 minutes from the airport, accessible by taxi.
Breakfast on the porch with possibility of table outside.

It was beautiful the experience, because I had no mobility and had not come by plane, so not because I had to come stay here so far and the hotel facilitated everything thanks to Anna the receptionist who speaks Spanish, and to tell him that even a taxi paid me to withdraw Efe Ctivo from the airport. I loved it! And that's so comforting that it's the staff so human and caring.

S) Upon arrival the front desk "Manager" if that's what he likes to call himself, informed my girlfriend that if I wanted to come to the room, that we needed to pay 50 euros extra for a couples room. We informed him that I was a guest and was only going to be staying there for like 3 hours and he said that to be considered a "guest" you are only allowed to be in the room for a few minutes. He said this was hotel policy and that every hotel in the world was like this… We were ready to pay for the whole night for the single room, but instead we walked right down the street to Hotel Reinisch and not only paid LESS, but didn't have to deal with any of the BS. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend. The front desk guy also tried to pull a fast one on us and switched the room from single to double just because he saw me standing next to her, didn't even bring it up to us until we mentioned it… horrrible.

I hadn't had nice sleep there. The bed was so soft and I didn't enjoy my sleepover. The room looked like it was renovated 10 years a go. Breakfast was great. Great choice of food.

Nice hotel in a great airport location, they have a lovely breakfast, and accommodate our dogs, and we love the park across the street.

Great, convenient hotel close to VIE airport at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious and rooms very comfortable. If you book directly with them, the breakfast is free. Staff was courteous and recommended a great Austrian restaurant nearby.

Service very good, hotel clean, staff friendly, have also used the parking for 3 weeks Shuttelvto airport and returned perfectly organized and price much cheaper than at the airport!

Although your hotel was ok to stay at for one night, your front desk staff needs to do their jobs better. Unfortunately there is no night staff. We thought we had scheduled a 4am airport shuttle when we checked in at 7pm. We woke up at find that no car came to the hotel. We attempted to call both of the numbers listed in your room book. One taxi company said they were too far away and the airport service said it was too late to book a car. The oversight of the front staff made our trip home start out on a very bad note. The hotel is too far away from the airport to walk. Fortunately after many phone calls we finally found a taxi company that knew your hotel and could get us there. Based on this alone we would not choose this hotel again.

I've been to some airport, also in Munich, but the Boutiquehotel Hein is by far one of the most efficient and best airport, where I have stayed. The staff is very polite and the rooms are well equipped and clean. During the transport to the and from the airport, everything went perfectly and in perfect order. A hot tip: take the breakfast buffet service!
