First of all, I was already 3x in the hotel for seminar visits and the following has to be positively highlighted:
* very friendly and polite staff
* well-appointed rooms
* appealing spa
* excellent food, whether at the rich breakfast buffet, lunch — or evening buffet, the choice of menu (depends on the number of seminars) and the meals at the seminar itself
* Cleanliness in all areas
* free underground car park
I would have given 5 stars if the following points were not:
* Beds and upholstery are too soft for me, so I didn't sleep well
* Replacement of the carpet in the seminar area (as a dust mite allergy sufferer I suffered)
* New armchairs in the seminar area, the current armchairs are uncomfortable
Puchberg itself is a beautiful place at the foot of the Snow Mountain and ideal for hiking.
In any case, the hotel is worth a visit.

It doesn't get any better than that. Service with charm, humour and perfection! Food like in paradise and wavy food like nowhere else. Thank you for making my wedding day so memorable!

Service personnel are top, especially the apprentices. Only with the reception icenters there is a little chaos. Food is also very good and plentiful.

Hotel and service are good. Room beautiful, large terrace. Unfortunately, the late checkout appointment agreed at the time of booking was not taken into account. Thus, half a day was lost. Very annoying.

I liked the area, the hotel and the sauna very much, the food, Candl light dinner was unfortunately not my taste at all.

It suits me very well, the Wellness area is excellent and the food is excellent, in addition to the tennis space in good condition.

Also as a non-hotel guest you will be greeted courteously and friendly, cared for and pampered. The sauna visit in the evening has a sensational price-performance ratio and pays off in any case. From 17:00, you are almost alone there — and can enjoy everything again so much.

Really great hotel. Very quiet though the station is next door. The wellness area is sufficient and has also open spaces so that you can get a bit of fresh air after the sauna. The rooms are clean and the room service very competent. Even in the evening someone comes by and asks if everything is in order or something else is needed. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. The massage very relaxing would give it even more stars I would have added a few. Any time again.

Hotel, bar, lounge, restaurant, indoor tennis court, sauna/spa… This is the snow Berghof in Puchberg. Very friendly staff from restaurant to housekeeping.

They verschlampt our reservation for two nights and made us like stupid ones. After all, we have been 2007 guests in this House and have always been satisfied. Mistakes can happen everywhere, but to make a reservation, to portray us as the dumb and to give us a room as a handout for one night is a insolence for the league. We certainly don't see them anymore.
Dear Mr Zenz, thank you for your prompt and professional response. Unfortunately, I do not comply with some of your statements.
We wanted to celebrate my birthday in your house as well as last year. My wife made this stay a gift to me. We called you about 4 weeks ago and a gentleman of the reception has recorded all our personalities, even though in your system already noted. When asked if we received a confirmation, we were told no it's all already reserved we don't have to worry about anything. If we then drive 70km to you and arrive with our suitcases in your house, we will not make this out of Jux and greatness.
Also we were offered only one overnight stay without a solution approach of a second. Otherwise we would have stayed. I see this as alms, and I certainly do not stand there alone with my opinion.
The friendliness of their staff was given, but without a solution approach rather worthless. I wouldn't mind if you just apologized to us for the misunderstanding and we would have just looked for another hotel where people work happen also mistakes.

Great seminar Hotel Small but fine indoor pool and cosy spa — sauna area and the Snow Mountain environment invite you to relax after the seminar. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner from regional and international cuisine. My room was rather small but with balcony and functional furnishings. I felt very comfortable.

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, excellent cuisine, a beautiful Wellness area. We were already often guests here and come again and again gladly for a few days to relax. Can recommend this Hotel really.

A very nice hotel in a prime location. A good starting point for hikes. The room and the bath room — are tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. Very good quality mattresses. The food is excellent, the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa was not used by us.

For the fourth time here and always very satisfied. Good food and 1a personnel.

Had my stay from Thursday to Sunday. Package deal. The single room was dark and small was in the old building. I then got a double room for single use after complaint. The room was great was located in the new building.
In the restaurant, I got a minor restaurant table although also in the main restaurant room would have been. On Friday, a well-known couple which remained until the Sunday came. These were also a dark sinister double room. After complaint, they got another room, slightly larger but also in the old building so bleak.
The set of 2 table remained us also for 3 people.
The food was excellent, the Spa super. The hotel is unfortunately designed for groups (seminars) and not for traveling alone or private guests.
