They verschlampt our reservation for two nights and made us like stupid ones. After all, we have been 2007 guests in this House and have always been satisfied. Mistakes can happen everywhere, but to make a reservation, to portray us as the dumb and to give us a room as a handout for one night is a insolence for the league. We certainly don't see them anymore.
Dear Mr Zenz, thank you for your prompt and professional response. Unfortunately, I do not comply with some of your statements.
We wanted to celebrate my birthday in your house as well as last year. My wife made this stay a gift to me. We called you about 4 weeks ago and a gentleman of the reception has recorded all our personalities, even though in your system already noted. When asked if we received a confirmation, we were told no it's all already reserved we don't have to worry about anything. If we then drive 70km to you and arrive with our suitcases in your house, we will not make this out of Jux and greatness.
Also we were offered only one overnight stay without a solution approach of a second. Otherwise we would have stayed. I see this as alms, and I certainly do not stand there alone with my opinion.
The friendliness of their staff was given, but without a solution approach rather worthless. I wouldn't mind if you just apologized to us for the misunderstanding and we would have just looked for another hotel where people work happen also mistakes. But it's not okay to be put out by your staff as a liar.
