Friendly staff, awesome views outside the hotel. Wi-Fi was okay around the front desk and bar but you had to pay extra if you wanted WiFI in your room. The signal was so weak in our room that I didn't bother to pay extra for it. The indoor pool and spa were awesome! One strange thing though is that check in starts at 2pm but when we arrived at 3:30, there was a typed note on the counter that said they would be back around 5:30. Other guests milling around the lobby said they had been waiting an hour before we got there. I guess for people that had booked and paid in advance, there were envelopes with their names on them and the keys inside. We had made our booking online that same morning as had the other families that were waiting to check in. Moral of the story, if you want to check in before 5:30, book your reservation a day or more in advance. Also, one other strange thing, I was about to get in the shower at 8:50am when I heard a key in our door. As the bathroom door was by the main door, I peeked out just in time to see the door start to open. I shoved the door closed and hollered, 'excuse me? " and the person left without saying anything. I've been disturbed early by housekeeping before but this time we had a do not disturb sign up and they didn't knock or say anything. So I'm not sure what the deal was.

A trip to the 60s, old sought-out furniture, no chair in the room, bathroom an imposition. Bathroom windowless, light switch to actuate only after you have crossed the bathroom, accessible via a step from the room, fan must be switched on in the Zi, mold in shower and blankets. Chairs in the restaurant covered with worn fabric. Sanitary area of the public area top fine, staff friendly, breakfast good.

Cosy Hotel, ideal for families. The staff is very friendly and constantly striving to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the gastronomy area I have seldom experienced such friendly and attentive service staff. The food is very good and plentiful. At dinner you can choose from three main courses. Even my very choosy grandchildren had a great taste. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel Edelweiss is for the price and also the facilities very good but the lift directly to the ski, and it is also very easy with the bus everywhere. The staff is very nice.

It is cozy, friendly service, beautiful room and beautiful surroundings! Even the food is great!

Pleasant place without praise, but not even demerits. I think it is a place to recommend for its cleanliness, courtesy and suitable for family group, but also respects others.

Not recommended pets included cleanliness not good therefore 1 star.

The rooms on the ground floor (55) smells musty and fungus. Free rooms are not available, does not help the window open. No internet in the room, worst night for a long time …

Good, clean room, great breakfast buffet. Evening meals good, salad buffet very good. The best part is the staff, always friendly and very helpful.

Nice view from the balcony in a relaxing spot but the location of hotel require some walking and somehow hard to find, otherwise all is good.

I would put Wi-Fi in the rooms and dark curtains because in the morning you wake up as soon as the light comes. For the rest good breakfast and lots of kindness.
