Nice hotel. Wellness area very nice but also too small. There is a new and an unrenovated part. Price performance is right though.

Class locality for large and small, very good outdoor area with small children's playground (slide, swing and sand box) very tasty food… Reasonable prices… Here I like to come back again…

I have been visiting Austria since I was 6 years old and now at 43 yrs old I am now bringing my children here. The Hotel Post is a fabulous hotel with a super restaurant. The staff are always so welcoming and work so very hard. This year's holiday we have been visiting the hotel regularly for dinner and loved it. We always try our best to order our meal in German and chat a little in German but tonight a young male waiter made us feel embarrassed and we felt forced to leave early as he was rude and commented on our lack of german. It ruined our evening… otherwise a beautiful place.

The location of the traditional hotel, in the middle of Westendorf, is perfect. It is only 5 minutes walk to the ski track, restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk you can take a taxi for 7 euro to any place in the town (max. 4 persons). The integrated ski store and bar are also a great benefit. The choice on breakfast is not very big, but the quality is good and price is low (10 euro per person). The restaurant have great meals for a normal price (20 to 30 euro per main meal). The staff is nice and helpful. The temperature setting in the rooms and corridors are too high, especially when it is — 10C outside. The hotel rooms are nice and cleaning is good, but at the old part the rooms contains too much damage and some dirty places (like fungus in the shower knob and shower screen). Unfortunately at the check-out we came to a discussion about some damages which occurred by a self closing door inside the hotel room. At some rooms at the old part of the hotel, the door of the bathroom close by an automatic door closer because the door opens to outside the bathroom. This can be really unsafe during the night and during showering, which unfortunately lead to an accident with serious injury. Luckily the management covered the damage costs, but the safety in the hotel rooms should be reviewed again.

Great service. Nice reception. The new building part is very nice. 1min to the lift. Quiet. In the middle of the village. Helpful reception.

This is a fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. The owners have very successfully blended an old traditional Tyrolean hotel with a modern, new annexe. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. The staff are exceptional — friendly, courteous and helpful. Food is plentiful and good. Westendorf is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is served by a free local bus which stops outside the hotel. Kitzbuhel, Saltzburg, Innsbruck etc are within easy reach.

The ambiance on the terrace was OK, we always come here when we are on vacation.

Friendly welcome when you arrive. All staff friendly. Food has been good and served hot as it should be. Rooms very clean and a good size, balcony overlooking the village. Would recommend.

Great hotel now New extension more rooms.

He location was perfect with a brilliant view over the mountains giving the best scenery as possible the food was also out standing cooked 2 per fection.

Service? There is none. Asked 3 waiters for the check and wating for over 20 min… still nothing. There is no communication between the staff.

On the 23 01 2016 at the hotel post, we were eating.
It was fully booked, probably due to the Hahnenkamm race in Kitzbühel.
Luckily, we had reserved a table at lunchtime.
I write actually votes, because I think I'm too critical…
But here, I've eaten my best steak I had ever been to a restaurant on the plate.
The Breading was beautifully roasted — crispy and wavy.
Clearly, the steak in the Pan was fried.
A wonderful buttery flavor has am that the steak in butter lard was baked.
So be it! — This is craft!
What could change, is that cranberries didn't this one.

Staff are very pleasant and attentive. This is my 4th stay here and will definitely be coming back.
