Very comfortable and well kitted out. Great location with good access to the town and facilities.

It was amazing food that was served, the rooms where real spacious and nice and everything for your trip was provided at the hotel. Everyone is very kind and the slopes are only 10 meters away from the hotel.

Excellent it really is. Just spent a week there and it really does tick every box. Location, atmosphere, staff, food, a lot of people there seemed to be annual visitors so it would seem we all agree.

All the best… only lack that some waiters do not speak German.

Excellent hotel, had a fabulous time as a family of four including 2 small boys.
Highlight was the quality of the food and nothing was too much trouble. We all loved the spa area and the lady who works there and helps in the pool is just amazing.
Only issue we found was that the beds were very firm for our liking.
Recommend!

Wonderful Hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Great food and service in the restaurant. Ask Ralph Moser to help you select one of their outstanding wines from a fantastic wine list. The spa area is really great after a hard days skiing. This was our fourth year in a row at the hotel — we will be back.

Best ski&spa hotel I've ever stayed in. Excellent in every way: staff & service, rooms/suites, interior decoration, food, atmosphere. It's our 3rd stay so far ⛷

Very loud street noise! Federal Highway located directly on the busy (truck, motor cycles per second). Very tight, old hotel — aufgehübscht only by modernization. Very Spartan rooms with fleckigem sofa and stained sofa cushions. Extremely economical management: breakfast buffet extremely skinny, canned fruit instead of fresh fruit, crisp bread, tinned, radio music. In the evening: Very lean food, instead of the promised 6 course menu 1st gear 1 thin slice of carrot (1! ), 1 half cherry tomato, then 1 soup, 100 g "Salmon" (it was in fact an other fish) with noodles, then an ice cream. Meal times in the evening until 18 h — 19 h 30.

Peaceful accommodation with great service: which starts with the arrival with Prosecco reception. Travel (and the car contact) is completed with the submission of the car key, the luggage will be taken to your room and the vacation begins. Location close to the slopes, to the sunset enjoying the beautiful weather (if applicable) ; excellent food, beautiful wellness area with views of the surrounding "mountains", and very pleasant cooperation with ski rental and service (skis are brought up in the hotel and picked up again). Fun to vacation here again.

A House with a great spa, friendly staff and very good food. We come back.

For many years we come or to go skiing in the hotel twice mountain world. We are very satisfied with the facilities, cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere and location to the ski area. We feel almost like "home" and therefore like to keep coming back.

Very clean hotel. It is really tried every desire to meet great food super Spa location: get out of the Ski cellar, a few steps buckle direction meadow, skis and go the first few Bögelchen to the drag lift — and you are on the gondola which transports one to the ski resort of Obergurgl. Staff is very friendly and everyone tries to satisfy immediately. Staff in the restaurant area could be more attentive. There are some a few waitresses who have behave as you would expect in a 4 star restaurant. All very nice, but often inattentive in the workflow that is uncoordinated. very good wine list, value for money very good all in all highly recommended.

Over the years, we have become real offenders in the mountains. We can hardly imagine a sporty winter holiday with a more appropriate basis. Particularly valuable are the well-kept ambiance and the at the same time relaxed atmosphere. The dedicated and friendly staff are also involved, such as the matching guest. You can find there's even real friends.
