Our stay at the Alpina has been fantastic! You are welcomed into what feels like the Platzer home. They have created an atmosphere and a team of staff which make you feel part of the family. The rooms a spacious and comfortable. The pool/spa/gym area is well done and provides some great facilities and treatments. The show stopper is the food … from the breakfast buffet to the a la carte dinners they always produce something special and cater of everyone’s tastes to an incredibly high standard. They make everything seem effortless for them! The hotel is well placed on the slopes it is a quiet family friendly area with good intermediate skiing to keep all levels happy without being too big and overwhelming.

Just returned from another week at The Alpina, our fourth year. Wonderful staff and service. Facilities are fabulous. Rooms very spacious. Everywhere is spotless. The new children’s land is amazing. Very convenient, ski in ski out. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning again next year. Well done Alpina.

Love this hotel. Perfect location near the ski slope. Very clean, elegant and also cosy. You will feel as you are at home. Fine restaurant with 5 courses menu. Fine wines. Clean, well equipped and relaxing wellness, devided into two departments : one textile and one without. Well equipped fitness area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very engaged owner family. Always smiling and saying hello. I have visited this hotel 5 times for my ski holiday. Looking forward to next time.

Just had the most lovely week at the Alpina. Outstanding hospitality and facilities. Great spa & pool perfect for south post ski aches. Staff could not be more friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.

We have been here many times and keep coming back. We've tried other hotels in Obergurgl, but Alpina is 'home'! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The restaurant is fantastic, with excellent food. Too bad Antonio and Ivan are not here this season :-)
Breakfast is great with a really good selection of food.
I have never met someone on the staff that isn't friendly and we always feel like coming home:-) The wellness area is another highlight: we visit it daily after a …day of serious skiing, it is really relaxing to jump into a sauna and do some reading (ehh… sleeping…) on the beds :-) And skiing? The hotel is next to the slopes, so get out, get on your skis and go. The ski area itself is not too big, but challenging enough for us to come back every year. And we stay at Alpina :-)

A wonderful hotel which provides very high standards in all areas. However, it delivers this amazing quality in a very personal and attentive manner making one feel very much at home. A marvellous hotel.

Price is more or less ok, fair quality yet very mediocre customer service. Have been staying at Alpina for some 10 years but there is no adequate treatment for loyal clients. Finally, they cancelled the booking couple of days after the initial confirmation with no clear reasoning. If by any other hotel, wouldn’t leave this review and thus if you’re planning to stay at the same hotel over the years, you may consider someone who cares more than Alpina.

Utterly lovely. In a great position for skiing. Wonderful food, lovely rooms, brilliant staff. There's a great spa in the hotel in which to relax after a day skiing.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The food was very good and generally everything was very clean. All in all very recommended hotel.

Very nice hotel right on the slopes. Excellent food, great service, free underground parking, large wellness and fully equipped gym overlooking the mountains. Price performance ratio very good.

This hotel has the perfect balance between a home from home and a 5 star hotel. We had an amazing holiday here this year, just after St Patrick's Day and the whole family were catered for very well. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely be back.

The staff are sometimes a bit difficult but apart from that it is a really nice family hotel. The pool and spa are amazing and the food is exquisite. The rooms are clean and tidy and it is close to the ski slopes.

Fabulous hotel, right by the piste with only a short walk until you can ski down to the main gondolas. The spa is lovely and the food is very good, choice of starters soup, main and desert with very attentive staff. The rooms are also very well appointed, we upgraded to a suite with a nice seating area, lovely comfy beds and nice bathroom with a separate toilet. Would definitely return again.

The Hotel Bellevue was great! The room was super large, even very much, and to eat delicious free cake in the afternoon. The Services was really good. We forgot phone charger in the room. You have sent it per Post back to us. Thank you.

Great hotel with Super cuisine and direct location on the ski slope. Great wellness and SPA area, free underground parking and friendly and competent staff, definitely a very very good price / performance ratio.
Tip for fitness enthusiasts: modern fitness room with a fantastic view.
