We had a lovely stay, Linda and Greg were great hosts all about their guests looking after your every need. Lovely accomodation. We Will definitely recommend it to our friends.

It was such a great night! Fantastic shower and warm bed! Quite and private. Everything you need everything they got, just like home! Especially the breakky fresh my day up! Would like to stay again!

Now the only place we stay in Busselton. We've stayed a few times. It's hard to imagine a better suited couple of hosts than Linda and Greg. There are 4 immaculate self contained rooms with a well appointed common area. Breakfast of your choice in their dining room can be a lingering conversational affair. What better way to start a holiday day?

What a great B&B. We spent 3 lovely days here and were made to feel most welcome. Greg and Linda are very easy company and make you feel really at home. Our room was very nicely appointed and the beds comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and well cooked. What more could you ask for. Would definitely come back again. What can I say… Greg and Linda are 2 of the most welcoming, genuinely beautiful people I've encountered. Accommodation is superb, beds are super comfy, rooms are setup perfectly and breakfast was amazing every morning. Highly recommend.

Mr & Mrs gave us a feeling like their own family, so helpful, warm and friendly couple. I strongly recommend people to select this b&b and I bet they will not be have a feeling of their own house. We stayed at Baudins B&B and we had such an amazing time!. My husband had planned my birthday surprise and I am fascinated with Baudins’ hospitality. When you get to the entrance you can see a lovely garden, Greg and Linda made us feel very welcome during our stay. The rooms are in a separate house, everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety (yummy). It was fun, such great hosts!. Benz and Jake.

We stayed one night at this B&B at Busselton, it's very closed to the jetty. What strikes us most was the hospitality of our host, Linda & Greg. They both run the b&b themself, they are super thoughtful and making a few exceptions for us. They welcome us personally and show us around. Linda even volunteer herself to be the nanny for Kai during breakfast so that Victor and I can eat in peace. How sweet. The b&b is spotless clean, room is spacious and super comfortable bed. Everything seem brand new. There is also a cosy communal living room and pantry to share among guests. And the cooked breakfast by Greg was really the highlight here (sorry, I was too hungry so forget to take any picture). Kai had a blast play & chasing with Paris. Yes, they deserved 10/10

We have been to Busselton many times. This is our best stay ever. Greg and Linda are such wonderful hosts.

Very nice Bed, nice shower, guest rooms are in a separate building so have a good privacy & quiet. Good, generous and varieties of Breakfast. The owner Greg & Linda are friendly and helpful. The best B&B in WA. We strongly recommend to everybody.

We stayed here for two nights (two couples) and absolutely loved it. Linda and Greg were the perfect hosts and the amenities, breakfast and general welcoming atmosphere were excellent.

What a delightful surprise this little gem was! Owners were so hospitable and friendly. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this as a base for seeing the many attractions in the area.

Wow, did we really have to leave? And how do they fit four spacious rooms, each with a spacious bathroom, into the house extension that's the B&B? How much cream and butter goes into the scrambled eggs which makes them so diabolically good? Can you eat any more at breakfast? So many questions… not quite enough time there to answer them all! I went to this beautiful place with my daughter Juliette 10 days ago, and I found there, a very great peaceful house, all you could need was there, also the host were very welcoming.

Spent Sunday night here and have to say what a great experience!. Excellent accommodation, warm, friendly, gorgeous surroundings, home away from home and beautifully furnished. Lovely people who Manage it, made home made cake on arrival. I have to say that whether for business or holidays, this is the place to go to. All this included a sumptuous breakfast and we didn't want to leave. Thanks for a very pleasant stay:) A definite 10/10 for me. Cheers Deb.
