Lovely shady spot and good campers kitchen and ablutions. Will be back!

Spacious well appointed park. Ablutions very clean. Extra facilities such as pool, jumping mat, bbqs.

Amazing site especially for families, from our tent site we could see the playground perfectly, close to toilets and kitchen, the water area is fully fenced off, one way around the campsite makes it safer for kids, one of the cleanest sites I’ve experienced and would recommend it to anyone!

•Great space for the caravans with own toilet and showers.
•Facilities are very well maintained and cleaned.
•Lots of fun to be had from the kids!

Just has four days there in a chalet. So great it is puppy friendly.

Fantastic caravan park, clean amenities, very dog friendly, great for kid's with park, jumping pillow, pool etc and most of all lovely staff! will definitely be back!

Great play area for the kids. We all loved it and didn't want to do. E home.

Dogs are allowed to stay in this place, but they will charge more for $200 when we finished at their villa.
(No one told any information about charging for dog)

Great place, kids playground just outside our front door. Got upgrade to a spa free.

Avoid at all cost fun police on patrol all the time will never return, sorry if it sounds harsh but at $120 a night for a tiny patch of shade cloth, power, water, no way. Had a week in horrocks before here half the price and much more laid back.

Love the fact kids of all ages accounted for, people nice and friendly and the fact was a no smoking park was fabulous.
Definitely will be going back.

This place really gone down hill. Stayed in the top of the line studio which cost $350 per night, had broken tiles, light globes missing, equipment as advertised in the brochure missing (no surround sound or PlayStation) Child proof lock faulty, when I complained got asked to leave! Thanks for that.

Good but way too expensive for what you get. Almost at the point of pricing everyday families out. Wake up big4

Amazing stay at Beachlands. The boys had so much fun with the playground and bouncy pillow and I cant begin to tell you how amazing the staff are (especially Sarah and Roy) super friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to help us out with our multiple requests. Thanks guys! Cant wait to come back :)

Seemed good. Enjoyed the use of the camp kitchen. Staff were able to help with any requests made. Really good location as it was close to all the big tourist itens of the atea. A good place to have as a staging place to explore the region.

We stayed here on the long weekend just gone in the caravan site near the jumping pillow pool and amenities, the staff were amazing and so welcoming and friendly great price too, our 3 young boys had an absolute ball and we will most definitely be back would absolutely recommend 100% Thankyou to all the lovely staff for a amazing weekend.

Excellent clean family/pet friendly park. Would be 5 stars if they got rid of the hire pedal cars …

Had a spa chalet for a week, in one away from Bussell highway. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great facilities for kids to play on and ride their bikes or scooters. Close to beach and bike path to ride into Busselton. Food vans and good coffee. Great for kids to make friends or if you go with another family.

Been twice. Lovely spot. Very clean and not too big so not too many people. Bit annoying and visit but more so down to a visitor not being considerate with their dog. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 6 days… Caravan site Liked the fact that they guild you into site. Great park and amanities, excellent family bathroom. Was disappointed that they placed our family not close to the park inbetween a lot of Gray nomads. Copped complaints about our kids which wasn't the parks fault but could consider placements with park. Kids couldn't just go to park without us and outside tables just a bench chair. Laundry facilities expensive $5 a load. They deliver coffee to your site at 8am if you order…

We stayed for 2 nights in the Jacuzzi Bungalow with 4 adults and 2 kids. We really loved the entire park and the bungalow itself was awesome. Loved that free Wi-Fi was available. Great location, a quick wall to the beach, close to Jetty and places to eat out. The well dressed potato came to the park on saturday night which was convenient and the food was delicious.
We only have a couple complaints, first being the 'Jacuzzi' was actually a spa bath (for 2 people) located on the back deck. We were expecting at least a 4 person hot tub/Jacuzzi not a spa bath. We still enjoyed the hot spa bath on the cool nights, just had to take it in turn. Second complaint is we hired the bikes and once we had paid for them were told we could only ride them within the park, we were looking forward to a ride down by the beach. 1hr is too long to ride around within the park. Lastly, the lady at reception was not the friendliest and we felt of an inconvenience to her. This job really requires someone who is inviting and makes you feel welcome, a simple smile and friendly tone would be nice. This happened on more than 1 occasion.
Overall I would come back and would recommend this place. Hopefully the review will help future improvements and a 5 star review next time around.

What a great park you have there! We absolutely loved our stay.
Friendly staff, great facilities, the cleanliness of all areas of the park are a credit to you and your staff.
The location is perfect 150 metres to a beautiful beach.
And dog friendly. Being able to have our dog with us on holiday was so good. Loved our bag of goodies on arrival. Thank you.
The map with different areas marked out to explore was fantastic.
We had the best holiday and we will be back, hopefully annually.

We recently stayed at Beachlands for 5 nights and had our grandchildren stay with us for a night. The facilities for children were great as was the camp kitchen and toilet blocks. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay there again as around our site there were 6 dogs, three of which were directly at the back of our van, 1 next door and 2 to the back. When I checked the rules for dogs on the website it stated 1 dog per site. The 3 directly behind our van were 1 large Labrador and 2 border collies. They also used this area for their toileting. The border collies barked every time someone walked past with their dog and the park owners chatted the dog owners once in the 5 days. A suggestion would be to put the non dog owners in a separate area away from the people who bring their dogs.

We stayed just before Christmas and had such a great time. Staff were helpful and friendly, texting us to let us know that our room was available early, and giving us plenty of tips for places to eat out. Our kids particularly loved the pool, which was heated to the perfect temperature — not too hot, not too cold, just right for two hours of swimming and splashing. The accommodation was perfect for our family of four — everything is nice quality, super clean and they have black out blinds which helped the kids sleep in a bit. We'll recommend it to friends!

Great with young children, as the park is not too big, and they can free-range. Lots of other children around, and the cabins were modern and clean.

Awesome. Hosts are great and friendly. Stayed an extra two nights. Clean camp kitchen. Heated floors in the new ablution block. Decent sized camp bays. Well maintained. Can't praise the place enough.

It is a very good camping spot. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Camp grounds are very nice. Only a short walk from the beach. We had a lovely time there. The kids loved tbe playground, swimibg pool and bouncing billow.

Lovely small caravan park. Lots for the kids to do and as it's not too large you are not trekking long distances to find the kids. Great facilities. Close to beach, and it's a safe walk there on a quiet street with no busy roads to cross.

Great place. Even though we did not get the room we booked, stafc apologised and gave us a similar room and other great goodies.

Just stayed there last weekend. Was mint. Super clean, lots to do and very helpful and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. Felt like a real holiday.

We went for the first outing with our caravan to Beachlands. We were helped into our bay by a member of staff — a very useful service for us first timers. The park is small but well maintained and very friendly staff. Location is top rate, walk to the beach and small drive to shopping centres, restaurants and so forth. It was such a resounding success hubby is talking of visiting again.

Stayed here in a campervan. Great caravan park. Everything is clean and well layed out. Has a heated pool, jumping pillow, very clean camp kitchen with fridge and a large screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi (1gb) was good. If I had to make a complaint it would be that the laundry is too expensive.

We took our 4 grand children for a 7 day caravan holiday to the Beachland Holiday park and from the time we booked in and was assisted to our site we couldn't have been more impressed. The conditioned of the grass was the best I have seen at any caravan park we have visited. This is a great little park for kids with a fantastic water play ground, bouncy pillow, large clean and well appointed camp kitchen with large flat screen TV. The park is close to the beach with great cycle park running along the bay.

Very comfortable accomodation. Fantastic place for kids. Lots to do however they shut down bouncy pillow by about 630pm so keep this in mind. We stayed 2 nights over the weekend and had a wonderful time the staff were very efficient as this place is a well oiled machine.

Awesome camping. Very family friendly and full of activities in summer. And the beach is across the road!

Rooms are clean and the facilities are good. Dog friendly is a massive plus.

Convenient location. Great accomodation with individual self serviced chalets. Reasonably priced.

Great for kids and nice cottage type places… bit crowded and expensive but it is in a great spot.

I agree great park for kids, but if you are caravanning don't be there on long weekends the park is far too small and tight/cramped the children have no option but to run through your site continually and very noisy. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom.

Fantastic place for the whole family. Keeps the kids fully entertained so grownups can relax too. Shaded, well maintained and a great home base to the southwest.

We couldn't speak more highly of their service and facilities. So many things to keep the kids and "big" kids entertained. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Hands down one of the best caravan parks we've stayed in. The whole family was super happy. Love the inflatable pillow, water park and pool for the kids. Facilities were great, really nice family vibe too. Thanks for finding room for us during a super busy time.
