I just felt it was in need of repair and staff trained how to run a hotel. Check in Room Lighting Compendium Bed Bathroom Heat pump Breakfast Breakfast staff Reception Staff Staff knowledge Tv channels.

Very friendly owners welcomed me at check-in and made me feel immediately comfortable. Room is getting a little dated, but comfortable nonetheless. Heater worked well, but an instruction sheet to choose the best setting would have been nice. It was an extremely busy weekend, our visit coinciding with a local wine tour festival, but was able to find parking on premises on each night. Good value and easy walk to the centre of the township, parks and Murray to Mountains Rail Trail If we come back again, will definitely consider staying here again.

Got the last room at the lodge as there was a lot of sports on in the area. The room we had consisted a double and 3 single beds. Two of the singles in a separate room. Very friendly service on check in and check out. On check in we were supplied with 2 bottles of milk as we are both big coffee drinkers. Parking was a bit tight with the number of guests but in the morning, didn't hear vehicles leave. Happy with the price considering town was booked out. Would consider staying again and location to all facilities was excellent.

The place is a bit old and antiquated but the price was OK, the internet was good and the owner was friendly and helpful. This place has new owners so give it a go. The beds and linen were good as well. This place will be better as upgrades begins to happen. Will use again.

Very friendly staff. Asked for a ground floor unit, the only one left was a family room (the owner jokeinly said as long as we didn't jump on single beds) we could have it for the price of $125.

The facility had a power blackout for a few hours from no fault of there own but owners upgraded me for the inconvenience although they didn't have to. Very comfortable great service and not because of the upgrade.

We arrived but accidentally had booked the wrong night. Despite this they sorted it out when we arrive despite the reception having been closed. Room was clean and bed comfortable :)

Stayed there the night of Jan 4th 2018 and was very pleased. It was very clean and comfortable, had most of the facilities/amenities that I would have expected for the price ($150). Was happy to pay that as I specifically wanted a spa. I had a look at other places earlier in the day on accommodation sites but ended up choosing this place as it was one of the first that I saw when I was going into the town area of Wangaratta. I was going to shop around but opted out! Check-in was warm and inviting and on asking to see the room was met with no objection which is a positive. Not sure whether breakfast was an option, didn't ask and it wasn't mentioned. Would have been happy to pay for it but chose to get my own provisions anyway. The owner mentioned (as it was around dinner time at that stage) that a good place to eat was the restaurant next door (The Water Marc) and yes I did dine there and also enjoyed the experience. There was a small shopping centre nearby that included a Coles and Kmart which was handy but the motel was within a reasonable walking distance of the CBD anyway. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Stayed at the Warby lodge last week great location close to town owners couldn't of been more helpful rooms were very clean good country hospitality when you visit Wangaratta next give it a go.

Great stay on a Saturday night when visiting friends in the area. Very comfortable bed, huge room, extremely clean, quiet (couldn't hear the next door neighbours, unlike the hotel in Melbourne the night before) and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Spent one night here while traveling for work. Clean room. I was staying alone but was given a room with four beds which wasn't ideal.

Awesome experience at the Wangaratta Best Western. Providing everything we needed and very friendly.

Always nice, trendy looking rooms always clean. Free Wi-Fi, nothing to complain about. Perhaps the mini bar Is way too expensive eg;can of coke RRP $1.50, Warby lodge=$3.50.

Great pricing for standard room. Would love a microwave and some more utensils.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL… Very rude and grumpy old manager, abused me for parking in driveway for less then 2 minutes, hurled abuse and swear words at me, none of which should be repeated in any form or manner, highly recommend NOT staying at this motel, plenty of other quality motels in the Wangaratta area with friendly and nice staff. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL… would rate less then one star if I could.

Great service, breaky delivered hot and fresh, truck parking, Lecky blanket mate cmon, good stuff!

Best to avoid. Stayed 2 nights and now have 6 bed bug bites — still itchy after a week with welts. Have reported to Wang Council Health Dept and really hope they follow this up with an inspection.

It's a 30 rooms room motor inn with a mini pool and a BBQ area. The services are as basic as up can hope for. The best part of the inn is that it's centrally located, city center is walking distance. Heaps of places to look around, plenty of restaurants and entertainment options.

Rooms clean and tidy. Rude welcome at reception and constant harranguing about where we parked our car dulled the experience. Would not recommend due to unfriendly reception service.

Great overnighter. Has everything you need and not far to walk to anything.

Do not stay here. Under NO circumstances stay at the Best Western Warby Lodge Motor Inn. Very rude staff.
