Got covered free parking. Room is nice and clean. Highly recommend for short stay like us.

Staff were nice but that was as good as it got! Unauthorised transaction was taken from my acc prior to check in and then they had the cheek to ask for full payment at check in. This error was rectified but they should not have taken any money from my acc to begin with Rooms were dirty their brown couch was stained and looked like they picked it from a dump, our room was full of ants. Shower was grotty and mouldy. The whole hotel is run down and filthy definitely not worth the money when Quest Kew down the road is cheaper and clean. Will not reccomend this hotel.

Nice rooms, lovely service. Perfectly located for the main strip of shops for kew and the parkland. Will definitely stay again.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE The most unprofessional staff alive. They lie about price. Charged card more than quoted. Then charged $50.00 for mini bar before entering room. Said it would be re embursed within 2 days. 4 days on No money. Manager Eva lies. ACCC and Fair Trade notified of dodgy practice. Room dated and dirty.

I’ve stayed at this accommodation for 10 x1 nights with the most recent being late March 2018. Unfortunately, I wont be staying there again as the cleanliness is below acceptable. The accommodation never felt clean — as per photos — Filthy utensils, dirty bin lid, ants on the kitchenette bench, the curtain was dirty and the window frame very dirty, sticky carpet and the bathroom floor and toilet not really clean. I mentioned this to the front of house staff (including, on one occasion the owner) but nothing seemed to improve over the time I stayed in the room. In fact on my last night I am sure the linen on the bed had not been changed from the previous guest. There were hairs in the sheets. This has nothing to do with the needed modernisation that other guests have complained about. Although I do agree that some updates in the room and particularly the carpet on the stairs in needed. The front of house staff were not at all friendly or welcoming just very transactional and quite dismissive. For a four star rated hotel this simply is not acceptable and is indicative of a business that does not place hygiene and the comfort of guests as its main priority.

Absolutely abysmal — a huge warning to anyone who is looking to stay! From the offset the service was extremely disappointing. We stayed here as a large group and felt like we were a hinderance rather than a group of paying guests. There was only one lady working on the desk who proceeded to tell us that the rooms were not ready because we kept changing our room configurations. The 'manager' who wasn't there (and wouldn't attend) told our tour leader to go away for 20 minutes whilst it was sorted, which after another hour it still wasn't. Eventually we were checked in and despite asking for queen beds we were given two singles and told to effectively deal with it until the next day as there was no one to fix them. The next day the beds were just made 'together', however this was only with a double doona and two single fitted sheets (Seriously… is this really a hotel? ), but not bound together so my husband fell through. The following morning we asked a lady at the counter (someone should really give this hotel a uniform as checking people in whilst wearing a tracksuit was less than professional) who after she was moaning about our group being a hindrance to another guest said she would eventually get our beds made properly.

Better than expected and right on the tram line.

The room was dirty and unclean and then asked to be moved to another room and next morning reliazed that the sheets and cover had large stains on them, no screen on the windows no soap holder in shower no exchaust fan in bathroom stains on the floor, kitchen area was oily stained and more not good.

Very terrible, bad location, bad service, bad view, and the reception service is very terrible. The most terrible thing is this charge extra money from my account! Pay attention everybody!

Accommodation is modest but fine in a fun part of Melbourne's outskirts. But the staff were very friendly, helpful, and obliging… the hotels strongest feature.

Nice facilities, terrible food and service was always asking for hot water, attend to their coffee pod machine.

Nice group of apartments. Fairly quiet. About a 30 min tram to City. Food options within walking distance. Rooms clean and spacious.

Wi-Fi and parking included, small kitchenette in a standard room. All great. Will definitely stay again.

Cheap and cheerful. Very close to a tram station for easy access to the city. The bathroom was a little dated, but good value for money. Got the best price from their website, not any third party sites.

I was there for a professional function. Plenty of parking in the back. Nice looking venue.

Service is great, very welcoming. The outside place screams quality; But as soon as you enter the room everything is pretty average.

Tv channels that were advertised weren't avalable. The shower wasn't cleaned and had little to no water pressure. The bed was clean and comfortable so all in all 3 stars.

Very bad. Not clean. Checked in by 3 pm. Left the hotel by 9 pm, as we couldn't stand there anymore. Stinking. Not even worth a star. It is 4 star hotel? Nor even there is an elevator. Avoid if possibke.

Nice and clean and convenient all good except for the fact that when someone has a shower in another apartment you get a high pitched whistling go through the one you are in. Currently enduring it at 1.00am on Monday morning.

Have stayed here several times. Decent price / services ratio and the staff are always helpful. Short walk to Kew shops.
