Lovely clean apartments. Accessible location for both shopping and nightlife.

The property has had a recent refurbishment and it look great. The rooms are an excellent size and they look and feel good. Combined with friendly staff and a first class location that is close to the river and right on Chapel St, Quest on Chapel is highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. They decided to give me 4 days notice on Grand Prix weekend to inform me the room wasn't available after paying in full. They didn't care and made no effort to offer me an alternative.

Central to shopping district, quiet and that perfect room which you easily come home too after a long hard day of sight seeing.

The room was quite spacious and well priced but the entire floor and our room had a very old, musty smell to it. Great location. Was fairly upset that we paid for late checkout at 12pm and then were awakened by a phone call at 10:30am asking why we hadn't checked out yet. Better communication between staff is required.

I had booked a room at this establishment well in advance (at least a month) & had made plans with travel partner. Four days before my stay I was told room was cancelled due to renovations. This has caused great stress & inconvenience and alternative accommodation has been far more expensive. Are renovations only planned a week ahead? Very disappointing. I don't think I will be booking Quest again.

Nice enough slightly outdated, the lift smelled like bleach and the shower was mouldy. Staff were great.

The hotel is nice and very close to the main Chapel Street cafes Woolworths and clothing shopping is very close to the hotel there are several bars and clubs walking distance as well the only thing that I really did not like about the room was a leaking tap, and the carpet was a bit scrunched up in certain areas the king bed was nice and the room is very quiet for a good night sleep the bed was firm but soft the pillows were nice there are two TV's in each room and the bathroom was ok as well there is plenty of floor space which was surprising and for the price I think we got good value full stop the hallway to the elevator however was left to be desired everytime we walked outside our room we could smell are we eat musky smell like as if there was no airflow or possibly because someone was cooking food in another room full stop other than that staff were very friendly and accommodating thanks and we will gladly recommend and come back again the next time we visit Melbourne for professional or pleasure.

This was my 2nd time here and I love the ample space in the apartment. I came to Melbourne for work and for a place to rest my head for the night, this accomodation ticks all the boxes for me. It's close to lots of Cafes/shops on Chapel St.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay close to everything food transport and entertainment lovely rooms.

A nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff. Conveniently located within the Chapel Street retail and restaurant precinct and a short 8 minute walk to the South Yarra train station which is only two stops into the middle of Melbourne. Excellent.

Good clean rooms with polite and attentive staff in a good location for doing business.

Very nice rooms, but shower facilities not very usable and noisy elevator. Reception is not consistently attended but helpful when present. Great location!

The service here was quite good. The fittings/furniture was a bit old/worn but still functional. I'd recommend asking for a room at the rear if your a light sleeper as chapel Street can be noisy especially over the weekend.

Was lovely, everything needed for a night or a week. Fully contained kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, great friendly staff, and close enough to get to anywhere. Very impressed and would definitely recommend and will stay again.
