. Nicely located close to beach, creek, and shopping centre. Pier is very close for fishing or squidding. Walking track up to scenic lookout is next to creek. Staff very friendly and amenities good. Very busy park and would suggest booking in advance.

We had a fantastic 3 nights here. Facilities were fantastic, staff super nice. Walking distance to shops and beach. Had a blast!

Parking areas a little uneven. Half our sit was dirt. Amenities were fine. Park easy to get into and out of.

FILTHY! Husband & son need to take some cleaning classes, son took just over half an hour to clean the female toilet and shower block! Just mopped the floors, still soap scum everywhere, shower heads need major descaling they go in every which way direction! Kitchen camp only had one stove inside working (looks like other had been out of action for a while) & very small, hard to fit 2 good size pots/pans on… Upside friendly staff & nice facilities, just need to maintain it & actually CLEAN it!

Haven't stayed there but, I'm working there and it's an awesome well maintained Holiday park for old and young people. Also great for families. Highly recommend this place.

An excellent spot for setting up a tent and enjoying a holiday! Friendly staff, communal kitchen is great, with access to fridge and freezer, stove, microwave ect Bathroom in great condition, many showers I cant pick anything bad about this place! :)

Very complete Camp kitchen. Everything is clean. Some sites are rather small and they are fairly glued. All the sites have electricity. The Wi-Fi worked very poorly when I passed. If you are near the men's room, you will hear the door slamming loud and clear. Prefer the sites under the Norfolk pines that runs along the Little River.

Great facilities for campers. Clean bathrooms with plenty of showers so you will not have to wait. The grounds are small so the caravan park and campsites are not overcrowded. The crew at Port Campbell Holiday Park are really friendly and offer lots of information on request. You're minutes from the ocean and the tourist information centre if needed.

Overloaded, a lot of flies, but it's the area that wants it. On the other hand the equipment, sanitary, kitchen made available with refrigerators, toaster, plates, barbecues… And very close to the places to see.

Lovely little park by the river. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and town. Very friendly and helpful staff/managers. Amenities are plentiful and clean. Kitchen was large and we'll set up. Could upgrade the induction plates or provide instructions as it was hard to be sure what temp you were cooking on… only on/off. The one plate was cracked and didn't work. For $37/night, 2 people in a van it's reasonably priced. Laundry was $4/wash and $2/dry. Right in-between all the sights. Would stay again.

The laundry was very clean and new. However, there are only 3 Waschbaecken to brush your teeth. Large Campkitchen clean and newly furnished with view over the situated. Next door there is a ´ lounge with pool table, pinball and simple tables where you can sit. There are also comfortable sofas for watching TV.

Quite nice functional accommodation, unfortunately but no microwave predominant beach and the main road can be reached in a short time on foot (approx. 2-5 min. ). The national parks can also be reached by car in a short time (approx. 10-15 min. ).

The worst service and horrible their hospitality and customer deal.

Had a very comfortable stay in a studio cabin. Well appointed, with everything needed for a good stay. Camp Kitchen also had everything needed except perhaps for a conventional oven. Close walk to shops & eateries in town. Also beach very short walk away. Only grizzle is the fact that I had to change units during my stay. Why couldn't they put the others in the unit I had to shift into?

Good location. Cabin is clean but unstable hot water.

Pretty good camp kitchen although electric jug very dirty. Use the boiling water tap instead. No unpowered sites. $31.50 for a single camper.

Had a great stay over Christmas. Cabin is new clean and had everything you need for a short stay. BBQ had a broken pipe. Told staff and it was fixed straight away. Friends camped. Found sight clean and staff friendly. Best of greal location to the beach. Two minute walk.

This is the worst caravan park I have stayed in over many years as a regular camper. Our site was ankle deep in black sand, the staff were rude and unhelpful and the toilet facilities were dirty and too small for the number of guests using the park. On several occasions during my stay I came out of the toilet or shower to find a male staff member in the woman's bathroom. He appeared to be cleaning, although the facility was never cleaner once he left.

Me and my partner stayed in a cabin for $115 for one night. It had everything we needed to cook, clean, and keep us warm. The staff were very nice and helpful over the phone, especially considering we were arriving after and leaving before reception hours. It was pretty basic with an institutionalised feel and its cosiness factor was lacking — something that we were surprised at considering its external appearance. This cabin would be more suitable for those more interested in having basic living facilities rather than a place that's cosy. It is well priced for a family/friends of 6-7.

Free wireless which was really only 50mb. Really? 50 mb is the size of a twitter post. And at $57 was the most expensive caravan park I stayed in Australia.

A bit unwelcoming, when I went to the counter to book into my caravan site, the young lady at the counter said she was doing something on the computer and was busy. The whole time she never made eye contact. Even when she finally severed me. She efficiently told me where the site was located. It turns out it was next to the rubbish bins for the caravn park. People where opening and closing the bins all the time not to mention the smell on a 40 degree day!. The park itself is small and sites are tight. However it has a nice beach and the locals are friendly. I understand as an employee in the service industry people must be checking in all the time, but it doesn't take much to greet a weary traveler with a look and a smile to say hello… does it? She told me the sites were at capacity most nights. I imagine some thought into the temperature would think you would keep the site next to the bins for capacity days?

The service was by far the best we've had on the Road in Australia. Around $30 a night, the amenities were clean if not particularly warm! The sites nice and backing onto the river. The town its self is small and relatively touristy, but nice to relax in for a night and close to lots of the major attractions along the coast.

Have stayed in all types of camping grounds & caravan parks Australia wide, but this Park takes the cake! Reviews stated sites were on small side with nothing over 20ft, however going with friends who booked & told a 22 foot caravan would definitely fit on their sites. On arrival it was obvious sites were very small & more suited to tents. Tried to fit onto our allocated site — but no, only to have the A frame half way across the roadway! Management then said put van on angle across site which we did, however, couldn't put out awning. Furthermore, the number of campers in the Park put huge constraints on the Bathroom facilities, with floors continually wet and messy. The Park Rules handed out on arrival also stated "Scooters, Skateboards and Roller Blades were not to be used within the Park grounds" — this was never enforced. Small children as young as 2years were riding up and down roadways making if very difficult for traffic who also didn't keep to the speed limit of 8kph park limit! as were Parents not supervising these children. Unfortunately, at the peak rate of $68 per day, cannot recommend this Park and gave it a rating of 1. Dec 2012 — Jan 2013
