Excellent hosts, very clean and well maintained rooms. Would stay there again without a second thought.

Very clean, newly renovated Motel. This is the second time I have stayed in the last couple of years.

Still good with a comfortable well fitted room with lounge chairs and dining table. The bed was large and comfy. Wi-Fi reception was good and free. The shower relies on the light from the centre of the bathroom and is therefore somewhat dark within it. The door to the unit is complex but good instructions are provided.

Beautiful little Boutique motel with wood fittings, corrugated iron ceilings and Bali style bathrooms. Staff were wonderful.

Fabulous place to stay, high quality rooms with a high standard of cleanliness, you can't go wrong. I would recommend this motel,. Great. Family run business.

Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to stay too long in Orbost as I was just passing through, but the Orbost Motel is a stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable choice for accommodation if you're in the area, even if just for the night.

As close to perfect as possible. Very attractively furnished. Super comfortable bed and the best shower we have used during our holiday.

Really unexpected how lovely this accommodation is. Very friendly staff and comfortable room with everything you would want. Large bathroom, king size bed and very Aussie use of corrugated iron in decor. Love it!

Place is pretty secluded. Room doesn't have much space. There are kitchen appliances provided, water heater, microwave, fridge. Service was good. Bed was comfortable.

Amazing. What a lovely surprise when the door opened. Beautiful room and ensuite. Best bed ever and best motel stay ever. Your every wish catered for. Everything top quality. Gutted we had only booked for one night.

What a wonderful place with it's own unique design. Super comfy bed, coffee pod machine with pods in each room plus a pot of fresh milk Large fridge (i hate those tiny bar fridges that most motels have) microwave which is very handy, plates cutlery. Large bathroom with a spa which my 5 month old daughter loved. Everything is modern and new. Lovely place to stay. Oh did I mention the super comfy bed.

Well appointed room, excellent kitchenette facilities and great design. The communal outdoor grass and table area was also great. Note — no gym. It’s now a boardroom.

Very modern, stylish and clean rooms. AC was extra powerfull which is a big plus for me as I sleep better at low temps.

I have stayed in many Motels but this was exceptional. The room was very well presented and had everything for a comfortable stay. Big comfy bed, dark and quiet room for a great nights sleep. Had a wonderful cheery welcome by the owner who escorted me to my room with fresh milk and advice on local places to eat. Highly recommended!

Excellent. Perfect for an overnight stay to break up a trip. Nothing like most old, dingy, run-down roadside motels. Rooms are big enough, freshly renovated and well-appointed. Only 1.4km walk to shops in Orbost.

The rooms are well appointed with modern appliances. My room was very clean and the service outstanding. Breakfast is optional but the portions are decent. You can always bring your own but my room didn't have a range. However, the microwave, toaster and kettle were all I needed.

Lovely spot to stay. A motel only in the sense that you can drive to your door; otherwise, it is so much more. Well equipped kitchenette, spacious rooms, comfy, and so stylishly done. As a bonus, their customer service is excellent: our kids left behind a couple of toys (yes, our kids; certainly not our oversight, even though they're both under 4… ahem…). They notified us by text as soon as found, then posted them to our home address. Without any fuss. How awesome is that?! (One in particular was something you'd easily overlook or just throw away; not Orbost! ) They were also great in giving recommendations for dinner (although we ended up cooking after all, because it was so well equipped). Thanks again! ⭐️ Ps what a gorgeous part of the world that is.

Stayed recently for work at the gas plant. Vickie and Michael made us very welcome straight away. Top people — why can't all hosts be like them? Nespresso, free laundry, and Michael offered to pick us up from town after meals and drinks as it was cold! We walked each time; just a liesurely 10/15 minutes after all. Big smiles all round!

We stayed one night and had a great night. Family of 4 including a baby. There was plenty of room for our porta cot and all of us. The room was comfy and the shower — amazing! And the coffee pods made my morning. Lovely and quiet, there was no obvious noise from the highway even with the window open. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Was pleasantly surprised by not only the stylish design but the super friendly young woman on reception! Was last minute booking and we certainly don't regret it. Well done.

Motels are often a scary proposition. But the Orbost Motel is something special indeed. The rustic but well furnished rooms are a joy to enter after a long drive. The espresso machine is a great touch and the free Wi-Fi keeps the kid happy (and dad too! ). While slightly more expensive, the benefits far outweigh the extra cost. And the staff were great too. Five Stars, no problem.

The motel looks new and beautiful inside and outside. I was so surprised to find such a motel in the small town of orbost. Such a great find. The owners are friendly and great to chat with.

Super friendly and helpful start. The room was of star quality. So comfortable and well equipped, couldn't have ask for better.

Amazing place it has free Wi-Fi gym spa loved it definitely worth coming back. I had to go for a jog because my body wouldn't wake up the beds were so good.

Clean, comfortable and modern. The gym is obviously never used as all the equipment groans as you try to use it, nothing a quick service couldn't restore. The price is quite steep but it's kind of in the middle of nowhere so you're limited for choice, especially if you're looking for somewhere to stop on the spur of the moment in the late one night.

A surprising find in Orbost and the best motel my wife and I have ever stayed in! The rooms were very clean and modern with the corrugated iron theme. There is a Nespresso cappuccino machine in all the rooms and there are about 3 stengths of coffee pods to choose from (I need a decent coffee before I hit the road). Staff were really friendly. I'll definitely stay there again.
