Sunday night meal, good quality fish and chips, very ordinary salad bar, not cheap but satisfying.

We always use Streaky Bay as a rest day whilst travelling between East & West Aust. Absolutely a great place to stay. The food is excellent, rooms very comfortable, & Staff very helpful. Always have had a great stay. Cheers.

Untill the manager came out and yelled at my 1y/o for crawling on the ground, in front of 20 or more diners I thought it was half decent. If my kids weren’t around he would be on the floor. There are ways to deal with things professionally, like a manager should. The staff girls were great, they apologised to us and said he was an idiot with no clue… that says something (he has black hair and is a skinny runt of a man)

When in Streaky Bay, a good place to just relax with a drink and watch the boats on the water or the sun set on the bay, is the Streaky Bay Hotel. They have a nice outdoor area to take in the sights and a nice if maybe dated restaurant with salad buffet. The drinks are cold and the food is reasonable though what you would expect from a pub. Prices are standard but it's the view from the outdoor area that makes it a winner.

Streaky Bay a place you really can relax. Visit the hotel for the welcoming and friendliest staff. Recommend their meals especially for me was the Steaks wow Also you may just win a meat tray. I did lots off fun cheers.

Bar staff great service but resturaunt kitchen staff and food very poor let stock run out then take too long to replenish so finish before rolls come, takes long time to put bit of pie on plate in fact at least 12 min so decide to leave ask for refund to be told only been 12min. How hard is it to take pie from fridge on put on plate. Return only when hell freezes over.

Nice feed though the serve of fish was very small compared to years ago. Very clean and staff friendly. Nice brews and views at the front.

Great spot to have a beer and dinner overlooking the bay. Food was amazing. Beer choice was limited. Rooms clean and comfortable.

The Oysters were not fresh and one was decidedly so off that I had to spit it out. Pointed this out to the waitress and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. The Grilled whiting was covered with so much salt there were still solid granules on the fillet. I have rated two stars only because the view was nice. Beer is cold but don't eat there if you are expecting fresh local seafood.

Streaky Bay Hotel is a gorgeous sea side community pub that's been lovingly restored with some extra character added. The managers and staff are great people and provide great service. If you're lucky, you might catch some live music on the deck with sea views!

Good food. Very fast service. Great views. Outside tables appeared to not be cleaned. Little pricey for pub grub, but in line with other options in the town.

Mostly rude staff, only one lady who smiled and was pleasant all night. The seafood was pretty average and seemed raw and defrosted, especially the scallops. They knew we were here with a group of school kids and didn't once as roudy and foul mother customer's to calm down. Honestly disappointed: only reason I'm giving two stars is for the one blond waitress who was kind and friendly all night. Man at the bar was also pretty nice.

Location location location. Love this town, Love this spot. Great food and the hotel has so much character. We stayed in the ocean front balcony room and the sunrise and sunset view can't be beaten. Looking forward you getting back there.

Sensational pub, Staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Food is for want of a better term awesome. Locals are also friendly.

After seeing a review saying they had the "best parmi (the reviewer) had in years" I decided to try it out, while my father had the fisherman's catch (or something to that effect). The Parmi was gigantic, and cooked well, while my father described the "catch" as delicious and fresh, also cooked perfectly. Beer and soft drink were a decent price, and the meals were a pub standard price, however given the food that was on the plate, it should probably be more expensive. Great atmosphere. Genuinely glad we stopped there.

Stayed there twice for 1 night. Will stay there 3 nights next time we travel from Perth to the Eastern States to look at local attractions, such as Murphys Haystacks. Lovely and friendly place. Had a meal of 2 Dozen Oysters. Delicious, and probably the best Oysters in the world.

The room is clean, modern and the reception staff at the hotel/motel were ve4y accommodating. Now waiting for our meals, so far everyone elses meals are very large, smell enticing and are all cleaned up! Bbring on the lamb shanks and whiting.

Went here for dinner and a few beers. Nice place, great view and good atmosphere. Beer was cheap, food was good but a bit on the expensive side.

Beautiful old pub. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower varies by the second. Dont order the king george whiting fillets. Way over priced and the size of sand whiting. My local pub can do better at 1/2 the price.
