My family and I stayed at the Windsor Gardens Caravan Park ever since February. The staff is lovely, supportive and helpful. I love how there is a hiking trail right outside the caravan park, there is alot of amazing sceneries. Thankyou Windsor Gardens Caravan Park for you hospitality and would recommend to anyone who wants a little getaway for the weekend or a holiday.

Most helpful reception, spotless amenities, park very busy but the site we were allocated was generous in size. Located perfectly for dog owners next to the river with popular walk and bike trail.

We stayed here for one night and honestly it was great! The toilets are very clean, they require a code to get in and the sites are very level and spacious. Staff are also very friendly. It is right near a walking track which is so nice, it goes by a small river and the caravan park is very close to Adelaide. Absolutely lost for words at the arrogant display of pathetic & extremely unprofessional service from permanent park manager ‘Linda’ (Not temp Mgr Linda) Completely childish. Utterly abhorrent & at any/every opportunity we will inform our peers not to ever visit this ‘closed shop’ & children ‘unfriendly’ park.

Good caravan park, with gate access to the great walking track, people at the cp were good, especially Pauline and Bill.

Charge me $100 for a night on a tent powered sight but I hadn't even set tent up or had used the sight witch I had to leave a deposit like they asked me to do so handed in keys and no $100 dollars back to me not very helpful they are as a caravan park (set in own ways) not like other parks that are more helpful and understanding.

Very clean caravan park … very polite staff. If you are visiting Adelaide, I would highly recommend that you stay here … you will not be disappointed.

Good facilities, showers were a welcome treat. Camp kitchen made meal prep much easier. Car did not get bogged despite constant rain.

Nice small park backing onto Torrens River and Park. Most sites concrete pads for caravan and awning and crusher dust surrounds. Some larger grass sites. Nice clean Amenties. Close to buses and about 15 to 20 mins from City Centre.

Great tidy park. Amenities first class. Staff very helpful. Price is great and stay 7 pay for 6 nights.

A very well run caravan park with a pay for 6 nights, stay for seven. Amenities are immaculate and although there is only the one amenities block there are plenty of toilets and showers. The park is well situated with extensive bike /walking tracks directly behind it. Short drive to shopping precincts or hop on the free bus to the city.

2 Nights — great staff and nice area — very quiet at night and good cabins — BUT — Ordered cot in room for infant shown on booking — cot ordered on original booking but never confirmed as requested … 9 a. M. On day of booking the booking was confirmed by us with email to park office to advise of 8 p. M. Arrival — and — Cot supply again requested and asked for confirmation … later than day at about 2 p. M. We replied to sms booking advice and again asked for Cot confirmation — No confirmation, despite 3 request — and — NO COT in room … unit was clean and all good for normal use, but floor very dirty for crawling infant — had been mopped clean, but needs hand scrub and polish seal (annually? ) to make mopping effective …
Still recommend and will be staying again as we have done in past in both cabins and motel units — first time any faults and only posted for info of management …

Very nice large park. Weve been travelling aus and this is one of my favourites… staying here for a week and really great facilities very clean and friendly ppl great quality of locals… and to be so close to the city and such a reasonably priced park we found. Absoulte gem.

Great park. Spacious sites, gravel and slabs. Shade on many sites. Very good, clean amenities. Friendly helpful staff. Sizeable camp kitchen with bbqs and fridge. Rates are very reasonable. A fantastic walkway and bikeway is just outside the fence that leads to bus interchange for the express obhan to the city. Path goes for kilometres in both directions with gorgeous green spaces, a running creek, birds, playgrounds and exercise points.

Great caravan park with excellent facilities. Right next door to the Torrens linear park good for those after dinner walks or morning walks. Occasionally you can see koalas in an and around the trees also plenty of bird life.

Spent two relaxing weeks here enjoying the magnificent gum trees by the river and abundant birdlife, quiet place, centrally situated …

Good location, parents have never had an issue when caravaning here and has walking paths in and around location. For a visitor, easy parking at front office area.

Very clean park, lovely cabins, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Staff were great, very helpful. Park and amenities clear and tidy, but sites are on the small side and hard to get longer vans into.

Just prior to my arrival the NBN contractors had broken through a main water (desal plant) pipe and subsequently the main power line to the park. Thought to myself "this will be different" all credit to the park management by the time I went and obtained dinner and returned they had a large generator on site and within 20 minutes power back on. This only reflected good on park management well done I would definitely return good job. This was caused by outside contractors who should have known better.

Nice park on the Torrens good walking. Berths were tight gutters were a bit steep.

2 people/2 night powered and water 70$ Very quiet.

The woman manager refused to get me medical help when I was heat stressed and in the toilet block with my heat stressed dogs. It's against rules for the dogs to be in the building but we had nowhere to go and I felt I was going to faint or worse. I called her to help me. If I called 000 who would care for my dogs? I have a cronic condition/disability which the manager was fully aware of. I was staying to visit a Dr. I begged her to help me. She kicked us out of the building back into the heat after berating me 'I can't take your issues on' and 'the weather is not my fault'. Her demeaner changes from sweet tone and smiles to vile and narcissistic on a whim. I see already I am not the first person with health issues attacked by this woman. A Dr I saw later told me it was a dangerous situation. When someone needs medical help, you get it. This woman enjoyed my distress. Disgraceful!

The motel rooms are cheap, but pretty dingy (no windows) and our smelt like sewage. We decided to upgrade to a cabin. More expensive than we were prepared to pay and probably a bit overpriced. The next day, moved to a lovely serviced apartment close by for less. But they were nice enough — clean and well-furnished. If probably look for a cheaper alternative if I came back.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin month ago. Very clean, modern furniture, bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful.
