The worst building I've ever stayed in.

The most disgusting place Did not even stay there. Walked in turned around and Walked straight out the door through the kitchen which is shared by 4 other rooms 10 bags of rubbish on kitchen floor by door. And that was at 3 pm. 1 Star is way to much for this place.

Beds are substandard, the bathrooms have very little drainage and the state of the rooms makes me think that the landlord's running a scam.

Pro: Inexpensive, centrally located, clean, good basic facilities. Con: Small, distinct lack of power points, advertised double bed was actually two single beds pushed together.

Close to city and markets. Easy transport available.

The upmost worst stay ever, dirty carpets (not vacuumed) Surfaces not wiped down, dust, hair everywhere, blood on bathroom vanity. Dirty cup under bed. Room basically hadn't been cleaned from the last few guests. Shared kitchen also filthy. No TV remote. Dirty blankets (though sheets were clean) No cups or complementary milk Dripping air conditioner on the carpet. Absolutely filthy For a $110 a night Unfortunately we had to stay due to having no time to rebook anywhere else When arriving reception failed to say they were taking $100 Deposit for key and remote, and that it would take 5days to be out back into our account. Reception did refund us 30% due to us having to stay in this hell hole, because he couldn't guarantee money already paid would go back into our account straight away. So we had no extra money to go elsewhere. Doesn't even deserve one star And definitely will be taking this further.

We were very disappointed in these so called apartments, we arrived only to find out that we were in a unit with separate rooms but shared kitchen/diner & laundry with other guest that were in the rooms upstairs, more like backpackers rooms than apartments, And also got asked for $100 security bond in case of damage to apartment, who do th…ey charge if there is damage as it is a shared apartment, wasn't to impressed with that but said I would pay in cash, I was then told as it was a Friday and we were only staying the one night, that Reception is closed on weekends and there would be nobody there to refund my deposit, So had to pay by credit card.
After dinner I went to have a shower and the state of the shower and vanity was disgraceful, it had not been cleaned properly. I had requested a double bed, only to find they had pushed 2 single beds together to make it look like a double bed,
And to make matters worse the balcony of our room overlooked a construction site, which they started work at 7.30 am on the Saturday morning, so needless to say we were woken up, as they were pouring concrete from trucks using a pump. When we went to retire for the night my husband went to lock the balcony door, only to find there was nothing to lock the latch into. So security for your personal belongings is a bit of a problem.

Comfortable and affordable. But the room had multiple electrical problems.
