Great experience from when we first walked into the foyer. The young girl on reception was lovely. Our room had everything we needed & perfectly neat & clean. The location is central to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend — we’ll be back :)

the room (studio) is a little larger than a standard room with a kitchen sink, fridge, single stovetop burner and microwave.
also has a small table with 2 chairs.
I was here with business and the hotel has an arrangement with multiple eateries nearby to charge back.

Great Access to Cricket and Central Markets.

We stayed for 4 nights, two in a standard one-bedroom apartment and two in an executive one-bedroom apartment. They were the perfect size for two people; if you're a couple or like some room to move you should definitely book a one-bedroom apartment or larger room. The beds were comfortable, the full kitchen was fantastic to have and the other amenities were excellent; the only significant thing missing for me was a smart TV that you could cast your phone to or use YouTube/Netflix/Stan on. The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests as much as was possible. It was great to be so close to everything important.

Clean and modern looking room, located at the quiet area of city. Receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. Accessible location, tram stop is just right infront. Couple good cafe and restaurant around, L. Law bistro, previously delish, around the corner and authetic italian across the road. China town is not far either. Parking in front of quest is free after 12pm saturday until monday 8am.

I have stayed at many serviced apartments across the country and I can say Quest KWS is the best so far. The Customer Service over there has been taken to another level.

The rooms service and room are really amazing the rooms are very clean and well maintained! It is quite close to city market, coles, restaurants so its very easy to grab dinner and lunch. There are few bars nearby if you want to grab a drink! The hotel staff is very friendly. I love my stay here and it's definitely recommend!

The service is excellent, had to check in after hours and someone was waiting for us when we got here, the hotel rooms are quite nice and clean. Enjoyed the two nights I stayed here.

Fantastic place to stay. We are here because we were booked in through our insurance company as emergency accommodation. We could not have been better looked after.

Good quality rooms, plenty of options for meals nearby with charge back options available if traveling for work. I was there for an extended week stay and was well looked after. Parking available if required, not on site though.

We reserved the Loft room for our wedding night, and it was nothing short of amazing. The room itself is incredible and the staff were so accommodating and friendly from the time we booked until check out. Thank you again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for hotels for you & guests to stay at for your wedding! xx.

A good place to stay in Adelaide. This hotel is better than the other Quest in the heart of the city.

Reserved a room and paid for on line arrived to check in only for the quest to inform us they have our reservation and money however did not have a room available for us and they were booked out requested we take a seat and wait we proceeded to wait for 45 minutes while the one staff member checked in everyone else who arrived I had to interrupt her and remind her we were still waiting she proceeded to call other quests with no reservations available will never stay with a quest again.

Stayed here 2 nights for a conference. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable with a high quality feel about it. Included a full kitchen and there's a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. Tram stop right out the front door means there's really no need for a car unless you're venturing outside of the cbd and surrounding suburbs.

Staff very greeting and helpful. Security was good as had to use cards to go into lift. Rooms where beautiful & clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Tidy little room but it had all the features you would expect for a 4-5 Star. The staff we great very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended and at a reasonable price point.

I tried to book online for a colleague. The website booking system is very badly organized and frustrating to use from a smartphone. I got tired of trying and booked a nearby Airbnb room for 25% of the cost!

The room is very comfortable and big enough. The kitchen corner had everything you might need and enough space to cook.

Rooms are wonderful and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Really enjoy this hotel.

Staff are good, but rooms are pretty ordinary. Ours had no proper balcony; and very little natural ventilation. No other amenities. Don't confuse this with a proper hotel.

From Canada working in Australia for a six weeks. Stayed at Quest 379 King William South in Adelaide from January 27-March 14, 2017. All of the staff were excellent and helpful. Anytime I needed help with something it was provided no questions asked. The manager walked me up to my room late one night when my key card was not working to ensure I got in. The cleaning crew kept the room very nice everyday. Had to check out for one night due to the hotel being booked months in advance. Was very happy to return, on that day had left my cash and passport in the room safe. Called inquiring and they had put in the front desk safe for me. They stored my luggage that same day when I returned to Quest they had put all of my luggage and food back in the apartment for me. Emily at the front desk was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone, excellent experience felt taken care of a long way from home. Kind Regards Damien.

Wonderful place friendly staff and great rooms prob the best I have stayed in for sometime.

Excellent sized rooms for an extended stay. Basically brand new so everything is clean and works well. At the quieter end of King William which is good or bad based on preference. Good value for money. Be aware when booking online that there are two Quests on King William, this is the good one.

One of the better Quest apartments I've stayed in. Great location (right next to a tram stop and across the street from my favourite pub: The Kings Head). Rooms are modern, very clean, and perfectly suited to my needs (travel a lot for work and stay in places for one or two weeks at a time). Right around the corner from a supermarket (IGA) and bottle shop (BWS). The rooms come with a complimentary 250Mb a day of Wi-Fi, although it's not capped each day, so mine ran out on day 2 of a two week stay. They'll then try and sting you for over priced data. Overall I liked this place and will probably choose to stay here on my next work trip.

Great location with easy access to the CBD, Adelaide Cricket Ground, North Terrace and all the major attractions. There is a great onsite cafe with some great healthy breakfast options. There is a free tram out the front which took us everywhere we needed to go. The team at the hotel is totally focused on customer service which is refreshing. Book direct with the team and theyll be sure to offer a great rate.

Wonderful! New hotel in a quiet location. Connected to the rest of the CBD with the free tram. Staff are friendly and welcoming, apartments modern and specious. The onsite cafe serves great coffee and food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rang to book a room for the Christmas pageant so my little ones could see Santa away from the crowds (only to find that head office has raised the tariff for that particular day to $855 per night!? The christmas pageant is a day for the children and I am disgusted that Quest feel it appropriate to raise such ridiculous revenue off the back of the enjoyment of children. We won't be staying at any Quest apartment in the future ever again.
