Thankyou so much for an amazing stay. Your apartments are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus, which made my night. Definately be visiting again.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in — unhelpful staff, completely overpriced.
Unserviced room and can't obtain just an extra 2 towels for a 9 night stay. Will NEVER book here again and will advise against doing so.

Lovely studio apartment, very comfortable, kettle & toaster very handy, convenient for walking around town. Plenty of coffee shops to choose from, good pubs close by Griffin and Austral hotels very reasonably priced dinners. Bus to the airport is around the corner. Staff very pleasant, will definitely stay again when next n Adelaide.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent location close to the mall, restaurants and pubs. Extremely efficient and friendly front desk staff. Highly recommended.

A weekend in our city. Reception staff courteous and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Individual air conditioner plus the ability to open a balcony door for fresh air. Couch plus table and chairs was different. I'd stay here again.

Very clean and tidy rooms, well insulated from the outside noise. Friendly staff, and helpful with directions. To be noted that if your breakfast is included, you'll have to walk one block down (5min) to get to their sister hotel where it is served.

Overall a pretty good accommodation experience! The staff were very helpful at check in, accommodation is basic but certainly more than acceptable. I travelled for business and it was good value as well. Bed was comfy too.

The receptionist (the lady) is amazing! I thought our stove didn't work as well as the phone and she immediately came to the room with me to check. Lucky it was just me, checking the wrong hot plate. The phone turned out ok as well, don't know what happened… the rooms are all very clean and tidy and our apartment feels very luxurious! Love it! The only downside: I didn't sleep well because the hotel heater was on all night, making me sweat.

Staff were really friendly, a very central area, 10mins to rundell mall 10 mins botanical gardens n the zoo. Does not have a restaurant on premises but 10 walk to the other mantra on hindmarsh. The mantra on Frome will give you a voucher to eat there. I would stay there again.

Overall a decent hotel in a good part of town. Pros — good location (short walk to Rundle St) ; very clean; rooms are decent size (not large) with balcony area; and had free Wi-Fi while we were there (apparently password system broken) ; cheap self-drive car park in basement Cons — fittings / fixtures a little cheap and dated; had the TV a long way from the bed; the aircon was difficult — either felt too cold or too hot; weren’t told that we needed to book car park in advance; lack of decent coffee next to hotel (though they offered free single shot coffee machine coffee at desk).

Staff are friendly and the location is pretty accessible to the CBD mall. Some of the interior is a little dated but the hotel is fairly and reasonably priced. The reception team are knowledgeable of the local area so will be happy to point you in the right direction for shops, bars, the mall etc. There is no onsite restaurant technically speaking but a restaurant is it's next door neighbour and apparently serves good food.

Clean and comfortable. Close to city, zoo and transport. Explore behind the touristy spots and find lots of interesting bars, cinemas, pubs, shops and restaurants.

The airconditioning was all over the place… Too cold, too warm. The location is good.

A good clean place. I will never understand however why they have big warm blankets making it nessesery to run the A/C all night. Put fly screens on the windows so then can stay open at night.

The building is old and smells sometimes. Room service is average. Entertainment TV and mini bar is bad. Internet connection is slow with drop outs. Staff are inconsideret and chatty when they shoudnt be. Restaurant is away from the hotel and food is average but the staff are wonderful. Not recomended for intronational travlers due to lack of incensitivity of hotel staff.

Good position, near Rundle Street restaurant s. Room 306 very spacious. Staff very helpful.

Good location. About 10 mins walk to Rundle Mall. Our 2 bedroom unit has a sofa bed but no laundry. Limited Sky channels. Friendly staff.

Staff were rude when we checked in. We rang up and booked parking, however this somehow didn’t get communicated and staff accused us of not booking parking. They were completely rude and told us there was no place to park the car! Aside from that, in the two bedroom apartment, the second room is small and doesn’t have a window or fan. Was very hot sleeping there in the middle of summer.

Stayed here 4 nights for a business trip with a work colleague. Upgraded from a two to three bedroom apartment upon check-in which was appreciated. Apartments are a large size but very comfortable. Location is excellent. However, I was kept up most of the night being bitten by mosquitoes. I would have had about 30 bites on my by the time the sun came up — rather inconvenient and slightly distressing. Checking other reviews in the past tells me I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue Informed reception who said they would look into the problem during the day. To be fair, they were much less of a problem afterwards but still a couple of bites received. I also have to give credit to Stephanie on the front desk for her sympathy, care and how she handled the situation. It was appreciated. Shower water pressure was ok, but not great, and air con worked well in the living areas but not great in the bedrooms. It's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town from here, but it will be a lot better when the roadworks out the front are finished — not the hotel's fault, but still slightly inconvenient. Finally, being charged huge amounts for Internet unless you sign up to their guest program is really a thing of the past and shouldn't be an issue in 2017! The staff were lovely, the room was nice enough, however because of the issues I mentioned I don't think I would stay again.

Stock standard rooms. Nothing special. The room has a comfortable bed, fridge and air con all worked. The Mantra is a few streets back form the Rundle Street mall but it is good being away from the noise and a short walk is always good. You will need to walk a little to find food.

Comfortable enough with plenty of space. How the lip of the door into the bathroom was a bit of a hazard and my wife stubbed and cut her toe on it. It seemed dangerous.

Rooms were tidy and clean. Location was great. Parking was limited and had to be purchased.

Good location. The 2 bedroom room we stayed in on level 1 was pleasant although furnishings a little tired. Was quiet despite being located opposite a pub. The bathroom was inadequate though for 1 person let alone 4. No bench, only a very small hand wash basin. Bath set too high & difficult to get in & out of — no grab rails. Not sure if all rooms are the same. Our bathroom did not reflect those shown in the photo gallery & did not meet our expectations of what we were getting. Everything else in the unit was fair to good.

I stayed in a Studio room which was nice with a small balcony. The room was smaller than I expected but very nicely decorated. It was a brief stay (only 1 night) as I was attending a concert and easier to stay in town. A few criticisms though, there wasn't any soap and had to wash my hands with body wash. The reception staff were nice when I asked for soap but not really apologetic. Pillows were very basic and quite flat and no spares available. Also noticed a slight sewerage smell in the bathroom too. A little disappointing but would possibly stay there again.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was spacious clean and warm. Plenty of windows for light. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be happy to stay here next visit to Adelaide.

On Friday night 7/7/17 we stayed in there 3 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor for $350 a night, which was booked months ago by my sister to stay the night before her wedding, she was told by staff that they would go above and beyond for her on her special day with a previous agreement to extend our checkout time on saturday to prepare for the wedding. When we arrived the receptionist informed us that we would have to leave the apartment at 11am saturday morning throwing the BRIDE out on the street 3 hours before her wedding, obviously stressed the mother of the bride agreed to pay the $170 extra for a 1 bedroom apartment which we would move in to first thing saturday morning. To top it off there was no hot water in the bathroom (all 6 ladies needed to shower) so we called the reception who said we would have to wait for a plumber who never showed up, the staff were rude and very unhelpful.

Small top floor room with barely a window. When I arrived in my room on the 6th floor there was a horrible stench. I'm reluctant to use the word sewerage and perhaps it was from the drains but it made me feel sick. Seemed to go on the second night. Water pressure combined with stupid water efficient shower heads meant you hardly got wet. Pillows were average, very flat, and no other options. Humming drone throughout the night from either the lifts or venting. Close to Rundle st, great Italian restaurant on the ground floor.

We are into our 2nd night of 5. Staff are fantastic and we are happy with our room. Good sized fridge and sufficient kitchen space. Slept well and like the location. Bad points — no free Wi-Fi or parking and extremely tight carpark.

Rooms are nice. Beware of the rooms on the top floor, it's very noisy. They do not have an in house restaurant but it is only a short walk to their sister hotel for meals.

Love this hotel. Clean and well located. Bathrooms are a bit dated but that's about all I can pick on. Well appointed and friendly staff.

The air con was above the bed to noisey could not sleep with it on and room then to stuffy there was noise from toilet above could here when in bed at night lack of commumication with house cleaners lack of car space no fee Wi-Fi you have to pay $10 for 24 hours lack of tourist infmation from reciption then on the 5 day we found it through another door.

Rooms more than adequate, and a short walk to the city centre.

2 bedroom apartment was advertised with air conditioning but that was only in the kitchen/ lounge area and nothing in the bedrooms not even a fan.

Nice room, great location but unless you want to have to visit the chiropractor after staying there I suggest sleeping on top of the doona as the bed is incredibly firm.
