Great location and very comfortable bed but no actual windows to look out and bathroom layout is weird. Also no hot water, rather lukewarm. Would not stay there again.
The staff were wonderful and the room was just what we needed after a long road trip! The king size bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. I loved the local brand shower products in the room — what a luxurious way to wash off the layer of red dirt I had accumulated, haha! :)

The hotel is clean and has good facilities, although the rooms have no windows — totally closed in. The location is very convenient as it’s just around the corner from the town square and the Sails hotel. Most of the staff (including cleaners) were absolutely lovely, but had a bad experience due to Kaine at reception. Very rude and dismissive. When we went to check out, we asked about a food bill that we had had charged to our room from a café in the Sails hotel. He kept insisting that they “didn’t do room service” and rolled his eyes. I had to explain 3 times that we obviously didn’t get room service, but had ordered at the café next door. When he finally checked our account, he told us that we’re not even checking out today. We were checking out a day early, but as we had our suitcases and informed him that we were checking out, it was abundantly clear that that’s exactly what we were doing. We didn’t need to be told in a condescending manner that today wasn’t our check out day. After all that, he finally told us how much we owed for the food. Service was awful every time we interacted with Kaine and left a bad taste in our mouths.
