• Upon booking, guests are required to provide a credit card and government-issued photo ID of each guest who will be staying.   Monday- Friday 09:00 until 15:00
  Outside of these times, an after hours answering service will be available for urgent matters between the hours of 08:00-21:00.
  
  Please note that this property requires a refundable AU$ 250 security bond prior to arrival to cover any incidental charges. This amount is fully refundable upon check-out, provided all keys are returned and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

  A damage deposit of AU$ 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

  The minimum age for check-in is 18
