Really nice hostel with a perfect location, just around the corner from the beach. Showers were clean and worked well. Rooms were clean and beds quite comfy, all single beds! No bunks! The only downside I could see is the Wi-Fi did not reach the bedroom. Had to go to the living room, but it was free and worked well. Glenelg is a beautiful place and this hostel is definitely worth the stay if you are looking to be in this area. Only a 25 min tram ride into cbd.

Worn out bathrooms. No reception of Wi-Fi in the rooms. Need to find street parking far off from the hostel.

Great atmosphere with friendly guests and staff. Quite a lot of long termers but still easy to join in. Only downside for me was no power sockets near the beds.

The old English building was converted into an inn with a room that was a general single bed rather than a bunk. There is free breakfast, a bar in the evening, and sometimes backpackers get together to play the game. Noisy time will not exceed 12 midnight, inn room clean or not is directly related to the guest, if the room has dirty passengers that room will certainly not be clean. Behind the parking lot and laundry, the most important thing is to be super close to the sea, you can also catch crabs back to eat!

Great location, free breakfast. Cleanliness is OK: daily sucked around kitchen cleaned, but still coarse. You can't be fussy. Staff are nice, but passive. Quiet location; Cafes, pubs, restaurants nearby; Beach 3 minutes and next big supermarket 5 minutes away.

The place is simply amazing, the owner T. Makes you feel as his best friend and the atmosphere here is great, will definitely come back.

This hostel was a cosy little place. Awesome exterior and the rooms were reasonable for a hostel. Nice and clean too. I left some shoes behind and the reception staff is being very helpful in having these returned for me. Will definately stay here again!

Nice location by the beach. Only a few bathrooms shared with a lot of guest. The staffs are very nice and resourceful.

Good hostel with no bunk beds and spacious rooms in an old building. Bathrooms are clean but there isn't much atmosphere or common area outside the bar downstairs.

Location is really good and room is nice but there are not enough showers and toilets. Crowd is above average backpacker age, free breakfast is very basic but free.

Location is very good, only a couple minutes walk from the beach and alot of food around. Rooms are big, staff are nice. Solid hostel overall.

I've never been to Adelaide unfortunately. I like the look of the seafront and city. I have been to Melbourne — which was a lovely experience.
