My home away from home! Complete with friendly and helpful staff! The room service team is amazing! The counter staff incredible and the quality of room is second to none! Always love staying here.

Hotel reception super friendly. Great rooms and serviced daily is excellent. Good pool for children!

Central to the city. Great view of the harbour.

Well when I stayed there it was a lovely place and. Jew was as good also easy to get to places and parking was not a problem.

Great place for a business or family trip.
Close to all amenities, restaurants, tour offices and the water.

Best memory so far is getting home late with no available car parks and the lovely girl on reception letting me have her car park-what a champion. Rooms are nice too.

Only place I stay when visiting TVL. Gym access to Anytime Fitness is an added bonus. Good location with easy access to great restaurants in Palmer st. Staff are always helpful.

Asked for a sign to be added to the bedrooms upon arrival, it was laminated. Say no more, 5 stars. Also front counter lady was amazing bants/10. (Clean rooms, great location and friendly staff)

Maintenance has a lot to be desired. Rubish removal from the shopping center wakes you up early.

This location is perfect for some of the best restaurants in Townsville as well as being a nice walk to the beach front and city centre. The rooms are large, modern, clean, and have fantastic views. This would have to be one of the best value accommodation we have ever stayed in. Staff also very friendly. Can't fault it.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat clean and fresh… The views from all rooms is quite pleasant over the yacht club.

Maids complained to the organization I booked my stay with about having to do their job i. E clean the room. Also no new towels were supplied, Wi-Fi was bad.

Quest is kind of the same no matter where you go. Room was comfortable and tidy. Noise was more of an issue here than I've experienced in other ones. I could hear the TV and shower from the adjacent rooms. There was also a loud conversation outside my room door at midnight which sounded like it was taking place next to the bed.

Wi-Fi is not working. I had to make multiple phone cals to reception and go down myself to try to get to work with no luck. Disappointing. It does says free Wi-Fi in room in their website. No problems encountered in all other Quest apartments I stayed in. I stayed here for work reason so it was vital for me to have Wi-Fi. Noisy room, could hear kids running and loud noise in room next or above mine. TV remote is not user friendly. Had to call the lady at reception to work it out. There was NO kitchenette in the room. Only a microwave.

Nice room. Great view. Profesional staff. Very clean and had no problems.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Lots of good eating places nearby, although it would be quite possible to prepare your meals in your own kitchen which is well equipped. Private parking. Only letdown is the swimming pool which is small and not particularly attractive.

Hotel good for quick visit big rooms. But… some friends in the same week I was there had problems with cockroaches.

Good, neat and tidy place for stay. The only thing is that their foxtel service is hit and miss. Wi-Fi never worked.

Rooms are decent. The Wi-Fi is severely limited (300mb or something) which is difficult if you're working or wanting to stream films/tv. My A/C was faulty up one night that I stayed there but they were pretty good about it, offering to move me somewhere else. They don't have room service but you can charge your meal at most surrounding restaurants at least. Staff are quite friendly.

Pretty good place to stay. Near good restaurants, charge back service at quite a few. Small issues like Wi-Fi is a bit dodgy, USB chargers didn't work. But lovely people and overall I had a good stay.

I work nights. I recommend staying here anytime. Quiet and Dark rooms for sleeping and only a short walk to all types of shops and restaurants.

Not happy didn't receive the one bedroom apartment as paid for. The one bedroom apartment has separate bedroom, kitchenette and laundry, we had neither. Traveling with my 87 year old mother, before booking we arranged to have room with a walk in shower, not one over bath, received a room with shower over bath. What mother not to bath for a week. Requested twin beds received double bed. Love my mum but we want our own bed.

The rooms are well equipped and the view of the Marina is awesome.

Had 2 bedroom apt — shared between 3 friends. GREAT value. Very clean with plenty of space. The reception staff very helpful and friendly, we had all we needed for a weekend in Townsville. Also received 3 Qantas FF points per dollar for the accommodation. Highly recommend.
