Great place. This is our annual family holiday destination. Location, facilities and good size rooms. It's had some renovations over the years. New managers this year, cleaning is not upto standard. Windows dirty, kichen items not clean, managers don't seem to be spending the money to keep the place up to standard. Time will tell.

We often holiday at Majorca Isle. It has modern clean facilities including a Tennis court, outdoor pool, spa, and BBQ area, indoor spa, sauna, and games room with pool table, and secure under cover parking. It's right in front of the patrolled surf beach, and just around the corner from the protected waters of Cotton Tree. There also plenty of shops within walking distance, and the main shopping centre just a short drive away.

We use to stay here 20 years ago, and decided to bring our grandchildren back here. Great spot for small children getting to the beach and having the river close by. We had few problems with our booking when we arrived not getting the unit I had requested but was sorted out by Darren within 5 mins of checking-in. The unit we had on the 11-floor facing the river was nice had everything in it you needed. A new fridge in the unit would be an asset. Best of luck Darren and your team we will be back.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was on the 10th floor facing the ocean. The facilities and staff were great. The outdoor spa wasn't working and a few spots needed repainting but overall a good experience. Just don't jump inside the lift as it may stall and they apparently charge a $750 fine.

Pros: Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great pool facilities and close to the beach. Friendly staff. (Minor) Cons: Ceiling fans ran so slowly they may as well not have been on (a little annoying on hot nights). Doona was too small for the bed, and didn't fit it's cover.

This was our 3rd or 4th year we have been coming to the Majorca, and previous years it has been great. This year however it was like the management didn't care. We paid over $1300 for our stay and our unit on the 12th floor was not properly maintained. Being summer, it was hot. Yes you get a pretty awesome sea breeze for the most part, but 2 fans in 2 bedrooms did not work. This made night times really uncomfortable. The air con also was not working. It was 5 days in of our 7 before the fans were fixed. Management also let the tradesmen in without our knowledge. We were down at the pool and happen to see someone in our unit. We had left our valuables in our locked unit and these guys were just let in. I spoke to management about this and they did not seem to care. Then unbeknownst to us, the electrician smashed one of the glass light covers while repairing the fan in our room. At around 2am, I woke up with a sharp pain in my foot only to find it was cut by a shard of glass. It was deep enough to make it bleed quite a bit. The next morning I found 2 more shards and took them to management. They said sorry bout that. That's it! Once again, did not seem to care. Too bad if it had been my 2yo son eh? The only upside was the lady who we saw upon check-in and check out. She was awesome and genuinely was appalled by what we told her. Unfortunately she was not in a position of power to offer anything in terms of compensation.

Just fabulous, we had the best stay, loved just relaxing & looking over the Ocean. Much more than we expected. We cant wait to get back.

Always impressed staying here. The apartment and building amenities are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and our unit (33) outstanding with sensational views out to sea and down to Mooloolabah. Maroochydore Surf Club is straight over road and the Cotton Tree area offers restaurants and coffee shops exuding relaxed charm. Short walk to river to throw a line in with the kids. Bus at the front door every 15 mins to Mooloolabah and Kawana shopping centre.

As a family we have stayed at this apartment complex in two and three bedroom apartments, plus the penthouse. All apartments are fantastic the staff are friendly, and the location WOW… We are going to keep coming back. Thank you.
