Great place to stay … walk across the road and you have the beach … or swim in their beautiful big pool. Walking distance to all shops and dining. Great little spot for a family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Element. The apartment was beautiful and clean and our daughter's loved the pool. Management is very helpful and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back!

We've stayed at the Elements in the past and the unit was fantastic and the location couldn't be better! So close to the beach — which is still technically a quiet beach compared to other destinations — but the ice cream shop just next door is fantastic and the best way to finish off a morning at the beach. Highly recommend this as a great place to enjoy the beach with children.

Inspect the room before you make a reservation! … some rooms are MUCH better than others.

Great place to stay, apartment was well laid out plenty of room and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Pool was heated so we could still swim. Only downside was not really a view but the location of Element on Coolum more than made up for it. Coffee Club and other restaurants downstairs including Coolum Thai Spice — some of the best Thai we've had. Maccas, pizza and fish and chips few minutes or Coles only 5 minutes walk. Surf Club and Coolum beach only few minutes to get to. Peregian Beach markets on Sunday only 15 minutes away. Definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. So relaxing and highly recommended.

Very clean with modern amenities. We were in building 4 and enjoyed lift access to our door from the car park. Bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were spacious. The pool was easily accessed as all units basically surround it. Always kept clean and not too chlorinated. Only issue we had was with the parking. Spaces are too small for 4WDs to park next to one another making it difficult to enter and exit your car. Whilst protected in security gates we never left anything valuable in the cars or surfboards on the roof.

Location was great, right in the heart if coolum. Apartment was not serviced everyday unless you stayed min 7 nights. Wifi facilities were poor at 500mb free per day with additional data to be charged at $10 per 500mb. Apartment needed maintenance as some things were falling apart.

The room was amazing as well as the pool. Perfect for staying a few days living comfortably. Only downfall is that the hall of the building we stayed in smelled a bit musty. Overall we had a great experience!

8 of us stayed for girls working weekend. It was spacious and comfortable with resort style fittings. We took 2 apartments, one overlooking the pool and the other the gardens. The best of both worlds! So much space to enjoy each others company as well as room for laptops, made easy with free Wi-Fi. Everything is in walking distance, but to be honest, we didn't want to leave! Thanks Donna, Jim and Lizzy for your hospitality.

This may have once been a 5 star resort but it most certainly is not one now. The beds were too small, old and uncomfortable. A double only in one room, and short singles in another. The shower leaked. There was mildew on the window covers. We were instructed by a notice in the apartment to remove all rubbish from it upon leaving, and if we did not do so we would have been charged a cleaning fee. Reception closes at 5PM on weekdays, and at 11AM on weekends, which is not what I would consider to be five star service. Parking was good. The apartment needed to be refurbished, and I think the level of service deserves a rethink.

Lovely accommodation, comfy, clean and great location. The pool is really nice with the beach across the road. Beautiful walks, close to shops, food and there was no need for my car all weekend.
We had a great stay, I highly recommend you look into staying here next time you visit the Sunny Coast.

WE were blessed to be able to stay at Element Coolum and experience the amazing accomadation, friendly service and gorgeous local surroundings that it has to offer. Highly recommend you check this place out when on holidays to the Sunshine Coast.

Our family loved this resort. It has everything you need and is fitted out to impeccable standards. We have travelled extensively but have rarely encountered a more unobtrusively helpful and considerate host, Jim even left us with a personalised welcome with suggestions of what’s on in Coolum that might be of interest (and was) and provided a discount booklet on arrival for the local shops and cafes which was very handy. The  apartment is very close to everything. I could not recommend Element on Coolum beach more highly. Can't wait for our next visit.

My wife specifically asked to have a room which is not noisy as I'm a light sleeper and we have a one year old baby, they put us in a room that is opposite McDonalds car park and a bowling club which has thumping music going off on a Friday night at 12am in the morning if you want sleep and a peaceful holiday I suggest you find another resort, great work management on listening to you customers requests NOT!
