A nice apartment located in between 2 hubs of the sunshine coast. The apartment has good facilities but the interior is a bit outdated. Overall it's a great place for the price you're paying.

This place is getting pretty tired. Staff are lovely however many thi gs are broken. Air con didnt work. Lift didnt work. Appartments are old and need money spent on them. We paid a higher price for this place too. Honestly we were dissapointed with this one. Maybe after a re-vamp it would be ok.

The position and view is amazing. It's the perfect spot. This is our second visit here and although we found a few broken things in our apartment, we still enjoyed our stay.

Nice one bedroom unit we had a top floor unit and had full sun all bay with great views.

Ocean Boulevarde is GREAT value for money! It's a little bit old & tired & needs some TLC, so it's not really like an older wine. It's just in an AWESOME location, has fabulous views, is charming & quite spacious.

Great location directly opposite the beach. The room was very clean and had great ocean views from the balcony. Underground parking and helpful staff.

Alexandra Headland is a peaceful setting on the Sunshine Coast and Ocean Boulevard offers spectacular views of the ocean from each apartment. We feel pampered with all the luxury facilities and well planned layout with plenty of storage space. It is such a quiet place to relax and go for a stroll along the beach or take day trips along the coast or up to the hinterland. We return to Ocean Boulevard whenever we can and are always warmly welcomed so it just feels like a home away from home.

We have stayed at ocean boulevard twice now and both times have been brilliant and we are keen to return asap. It is perfectly located right opposite the beach, great ocean views and sea breezes are what we love the most, as you immediately relax here. The rooms are lovely and clean and all have a perfectly positioned balcony to take in the views and enjoy a few vinos. Alex beach is nestled between both Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, so staying here means you are within easy walking distance of two other great beaches too and lots of yummy restaurants and cafe options. We will definetely be returning soon.

Ocean Boulevard is a stunning resort! Situated right on the beach in the beautiful Alexandra headlands. What more could you want! With the beautiful beaches at your door step, with ocean views as far as your eyes can see. Ocean Boulevard is the place to be. They have stylish resort apartments suited for couples and a beautiful relaxing pool area, local beaches, shops and cafes. This is really a stunning location that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.

This is a great find! We often pop up to Ocean Boulevard when we feel like a break and always leave feeling rejuvenated and rested. The location is top-notch – just across the road from the beach, with plenty of nearby shops and cafes, and a short scenic stroll up to Mooloolaba. The apartments are excellent value, spotlesss, quiet and equipped with everything we need. The thoughtful touches, such as local tourist information and magazines to read while lazing by the pool, are a great touch. And we always find the owners to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. We also like the fact that this resort is couples only, so it's very peaceful — which is great if you fancy a quiet break away.

Love to stay at Ocean Boulevard to enjoy great uninterrupted ocean views and so close you can hear the ocean from the bedroom or the well appointed kitchen. On the rare times it is too cold to swim in the ocean, you can enjoy the heated pool and spa. It’s a singles and couples resort, lots of privacy, quiet and close to a range of coffee shops, restaurants, deli’s and bars. What more could you want. Friendly reception staff always ready to help.

Located perfectly at Alexandra Parade at Alexandra Heads, the unit is clean comfortable and perfect escape for a romantic stay for couples. All units have ocean views, and it is close to bars, restaurants and clubs. An easy stroll along the walkway beside the beach is most enjoyable. The pool and spa are located at rear of resort and there is lifts to all floors and parking is secured underneath the building. The staff are most friendly and helfpul. I would recommend Ocean Boulevard for a most enjoyable getaway at the Sunshine Coast, and will be going back again to stay as soon as is possible.

After staying at Ocean Boulevarde for three nights we felt like we'd had a full week away from our daily grind. Being able to hear the rolling waves at night, a short walk holding hands to the restaurants of Mooloolaba and tantalising glimpses of the ocean from our beautifully furnished room, it was the perfect short break from our busy schedules. The sunshine coast has always been a favourite for us, even though we live in a coastal town, it offers the great shopping and exciting restaurants you find in the capital cities without the drama, and the service is so friendly you feel like a local. upon enquiring about some local entertainment our wonderfully helpfull hosts pointed us towards the "Ripe" music festival in Noosa, we didn't even have to drive with public transport right at the front door! After a great day out full of live music and dancing, we awoke the following day, with the pacific ocean, wecoming us and inviting us to jump right in, clear our heads and embrace the day. Thanks Ocean Boulevarde. We're looking forward to staying again.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while holidaying in queensland, we found it a lovely place to stay at, the guys at reception were so helpful, and entertained us while ewe stayed here, also the facilities were just perfect, we would come back from a fullday of events and left tired so we would jump into the hot spa and just relax. It was also so close to all ammenities, and I hired a car which made things even that little bit more easier and fun, I would definately stay here again, we want to plan another holiday this year ok cheers Zadhiya and Sylvia from SA.
