Lovely big king bed, and king room. Nicely decorated and great hot shower. Good amenities: Microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer! Great location, within easy walking distance to all eateries in main street. Lovely hosts and staff. Highly recommended.

Stayed there on the 21st December 2020, it was a lovely place, very simple but suited what we needed, bed was big and comfortable for me. The room was big and the parking ample. The owners were lovely, we had dinner over at the pub and my partner had the hamburger and said it was one of the best he has every had. All real ingredients, I had the beef snitty and it was huge and delicious. The place was recommended by owners.
Would stay here again.

Exceptional Service, great size family rooms!

The rooms are clean and big. King size bed, Austar TV. Friendly check in and walking distance to eating places.

The owners were great very friendly, we paid the extra $50 so the dog could stay in the room, good size breakfast delivered to your room for a reasonable price, disability access room was very spacious and fitted with proper appliances, rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Located just a stagger and a crawl from 3 reasonably priced pubs with good food and a couple of nice cafes during the day. Would recommend to anyone going though winton.

Ray and Jan looked after us. Rooms are spacious and clean. And our king bed was super comfy. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was serviced daily with fresh towels. Great location — 2 minute walk into town. Undercover parking. Nice little area out the front to sit with friends. Plus the brolgas come every morning for a feed. Very special.

Motel was very clean and well presented. We actually booked the wrong night but the lovely staff there tried to help us find accommodation elsewhere, which was above the call of duty.

Friendly staff. Handy to main st. We stayed in upstairs accom (4 adults) comfortable beds — good basic kitchen — bathroom ok but vanity and mirror far too tiny. Needs attention to soundproofing adjoining rooms as has been recently renovated to multiple accommodation possibilities.

Clean, good prices and very accommodating owners who are most pleasant.

From Townsville accidentally took the long way to Winton and this was one of the only 24hr check in motels in Winton. Comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, friendly staff and not far from the rest of Winton. There also is a lot of attractions around mainly including paleontology/dinosaurs.

The friendliest staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and comfortable. The service is. Second to none. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything that you want and need after a long drive! Would stay here again for sure. The couple that run it are lovely. And walking distance to the tatts hotel which is great for dinner.

The staff here are what really makes this place a stand out in my book Jan and Ray Anderson were amazing they bent over backwards for us really going above and beyond to make sure our stay in Winton was wonderful I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us from the little things like turning our air con on before we got un the room each day and keeping the reception open for our late arrival to the big things like personally driving us out to the age of dinosaurs museum when our pre booked tour fell through. They were wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and a great price. Daily service was thorough and all staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend travellers stop here for a few nights when passing through Winton. Actually there is a lot to see and do in Winton so stay an extra night if you can.

We are so thankful to Ray and Jan the owners for going way above anything we had expected after unexpected car trouble and all the caravan parks being fully booked out due to the opal festival. A nice clean room and comfy bed was much appreciated after a long day.

Lovely outback hotel. Spotless and pleasant. New, friendly, and helpful owners. Happy to point out the best places to get a meal. When I left a document there, they offered to drive halfway to Longreach to meet me. You don't get that sort of generosity much any more! :)
