Very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, roof top beer garden/ BBQ has the most beautiful view. A must stay when in Mackay!

Nice new clean and centrally located. Staff friendly as was every person I met there. Walking along the boardwalk so many people said hello. What a nice place to visit.

Spent a week here and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are friendly and always helpful. I had no issue with the pillow it was plesant and gave me no trouble. The person I was traveling with likes flat pillows and did not have any trouble with these pillows. Very plesant place to stay and close to shops and the city centre. I would stay here again.

Loved the hotel and the setup. The location was perfect and the staff were super accommodating. Definitely coming back.

Clean rooms, facilities are well kept, service person downstairs is polite and helpful. Carpark is clean and well maintained. Units a little small on space. Views to the river are great.

Would be an easy 5 stars but the tiles in the kitchen need a good clean and so did the rug in the lounge. Also some dish soap would be super handy. Thank you to the lovely fellow that brought up extra clean towels too.

Enjoyed staying here… clean modern and self contained apartment with lovely view of the river and city. Eight minutes walk to the mall where one can enjoy shopping or walkways along the river way. Affordable … will come again:) )

Great roof top realxtion area for guests. Bbq and chess and views if sunsets. Friendly service. Clean comfortable apartments with close to cbd and shops walking distance.

Room was very well presented. HOWEVER! We booked room for 6 people. 4 young children and two adults. I called 5 days before check in and they stated they didn’t have rooms big enough and that it would be two rooms. I asked for two rooms beside each other. The lady said that could be arranged. When we checked in at 7p we noticed that the two rooms were 4 levels apart. We did not enter the second room as it was not sufficient to our needs and not what we had requested. The following morning we handed the key back. When asked for a reimbursement, management said they can’t do a refund and that time of year is very busy and we only got what they could offer. If they couldn’t provide a product or service that was requested and paid for, they should have advised. They can’t simply take your money and not produce. Very very poor service and very very disappointed. Won’t be staying here again. $900 gone, and for what.

We moved in here as permenant residants almost a month ago and have had an overall positive experience. The staff and management of the building are very helpful and always happy to assist.

Nice accommodation, large rooms, gym, pool. Central location and close to Caneland Shopping Centre.

Exvellent location to CBD and amenities. Hotel is well presented and in excellent condition.

Absolutely disgusting! I left something behind of value, over $100, it was a facial cleanser that I use to heal burn scarring on my face. I called to get it back to be informed it had been thrown out. When I called the manger said (don't be so stupid to leave it in the room, and continued swearing and yelling! Being abusive. ) Plus the room was revoluting hair all over the floor and pillows. I have a small baby at crawling stage and he was covered in dirt mess and black hair. Not fun! Totally upauled at this cleanliness and the way I was treated. I will never return. It's the pitts! BIG THUMBS DOWN!

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean & the king size bed was awesome & very comfortable. We also had fantastic views of Mackay CBD and the Pioneer River.

Apartments sized accordingly to the prices, views are good depending which side you are on. Parking not secure.

Booked online, then when we arrived to check in the had lost our booking, we were left to try to find last minute accommodation. Absolutely disgraceful. The whole point of booking is reliable accommodation, this place is far from that. Will not be recommending to anyone.
PS — it was a good thing we didn't wait for a phone call as to whether they had fixed the mistake like they told us they would, because it's been over 5 hours since they said they would call! Worst service ever!

Great place to stay, perfectly located near shops, restaurants and bars, beside the river. Well furnished, comfortable, definitely be staying again.

Great view. Lovely customer service. Poor soundproofing and air flow, could smell what next door was having for dinner every night.

Reception staff great, rooms quiet and comfortable, excellent nights sleep. Close to mall and restaurants, secure parking and residence. Can't beat it for the price.

Impeccably clean and modern with all the comforts including free Wi-Fi, daily room servicing, full kitchen, foxtel, tablet use, aircon, large balcony, quality toiletries, helpful staff, close to shops, half hour walk to hospital or $14 taxi. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best apartments we stayed in clean modern it was so good we said we could live in it staff were helpful & because it was our wedding anniversary they really made a fuss of us, will be recommending it to all my friends.

Great location, it locates in city central. Very bright, pretty, and modern design rooms. Free Wi-Fi, foxtel, and inside carpark. There are tablet, CD player, aircons and TVs in both of bedroom & living room. Friendly staffs.

Everything about this place was just lovely, Staff, Apartment, enjoyed a beer on the Rooftop area watching the sun go down & walking distance to everything possible, will definatly be back!

Lovely spacious rooms in a very convenient location. The rooftop is beautiful. But the best thing about Riviera is the amazing customer service. The staff really go above and beyond. Can't recommend highly enough.

What a spot! The rooms are lovely, the view incredible, that rooftop venue space to die for and topped with a friendly, helpful and professional team! And on that gorgeous blue Pioneer River to boot!
