Excellent service, clean rooms and great location. I come up to Mackay several times a year for business and this is the place I choose to stay.

Great location and easy to walk into the city. The rooms were very clean. I loved it that the TV was Netflix. Will stay again.

Hunter (manager) was very helpful to our group. Checked in around midnight, our flight was landed due to a storm. We were tired, cranky and hungry. An "L" shape building amoungst surrounding business, dmall car park areaa outside rooms, with 2 smoking zones out front of building and a smal seat via carpark. No smoking in rooms. Free Wi-Fi and very roomy room for 1-2 people for an overnight stay. Tea, coffee and small biscuit available in the room and really good strength of air conditioner and ceiling fan. Clean sheets and a good bed. Hunter was also very helpful with directions in the morning to us zombies where to get breakfast. Thank you Hunter for your friendly customer service, clean and quiet accommodation.

We arrived late at night looking for a room and the couple that runs the motel were extremely accommodating and helpful. Super friendly and warm.

Absolutely amazing! After the horror show that was my booked room which I quickly vacated, I was warmly welcomed and given great advice in regards to the rest of my holiday in Australia. (I am from Canada) Very clean, comfortable room and wonderful host! He even greeted me as I was packing up (very early) came out to the car park to ask how my stay was! I will stay again on my way back north!

It's not a big flash place but it is excellent value for money and Hunter the manager is a top bloke and will do his best to make you welcome.

Great service and cared about return customers. I had to take my partner to emergency in mackay. After calling a couple places to tell the situation, the international lodge was the only place that allowed us flexible payment.

Never staying here again, need new beds didn't get any sleep. Most basic room for $90 very disappointed.

Hunter, the owner/receptionist was friendly and caring. Our room was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The price was negotiable. There were strong smoking prohibition rules. Our stay there was just 8 hours overnight so I have no idea about the area around it.

We were just passing through so only stayed one night. Room was very clean, queen size bed was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Travelling up the east coast and decided to treat ourselves to a motel. Thankfully we did because we found this little gem. The staff was so nice and helpfully and really made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotless clean with everything you need. The location is so central to everywhere. We will definitely stay here again on our way back down.

Handy location to the main shopping area/cafes in Mackay. Clean, not overly fancy, resonably quiet. Would recommend it for a bed for the night to travelling reps.
